Bio

I'm mostly an OC RP-er. I have a bunch of OCs that are pre-established but am always open to creating new characters within new stories. I prefer PMs for 1x1 RPs just because they are easier to keep on top of in my opinion.

I enjoy coming up with plots and I do like gritty stuff, I am also a huuge fan of fantasy, so if plots are left to me, that is generally the direction that they will go in!

I can RP one-liners or casually; 2-3 paragraphs is my limit for speedy replying because i’ve got a busy job and can’t sustain massive posts every time DX but I will do my best to match what you give me :) I'm wary of RPing smut, but I don’t mind a bit of romance and smush. I tend to say kiss touch and play, anything more fades to black :D

I can't say how quick I can be to reply, I work uncertain hours - apologies in advance!

@2plus2isnot5 Sounds good to me! I'm sure V could use another girl around to talk to too as True isn't the best company at times!
@2plus2isnot5 Awesome, thanks for posting, I'll put the letter of acceptance up there for you in a moment for job role etc. I'm thinking that since she's a botanist, maybe a big part of her role at the shop is tending to a lot of the ingredients for potions in the gardens?
She can work behind the counter and sell too but that could fit in nicely and Kale can teach her about magical plants alongside her degree?
@2plus2isnot5 Yeah that could work quite nicely actually - post an application to the character tab so I can work on how True and Kale would interact with her and hopefully it'll mean less people need to wait to interact :D
@2plus2isnot5 Hi! Absolutely! You can, like V, hand it in IC (Might take a while to get the acceptance letter depending on who is in the shop!) or just write up an application in the character tab and go about it that way :)

Kale watched Sergei counting his coins and smiled, listening to him mumble. He leaned across the desk and pushed two of the coins back towards Sergei, "That is more than enough, sir. You have only purchased a small amount." He took the vials and deposited the contents into a small leather pouch to make it easier for storage when travelling, then wrapped the top of the pouch tightly in string. He handed these across to Sergei. "Scrolls? We have many in a variety of languages, are you looking for anything in particular?" (@bloonewb)

True looked up as a man entered the shop. His eyes narrowed and fixed on the man's arm. He could hear it clicking and whirring as the clockwork pieces inside moved his arm. At first glance, he had assumed that it was armour and that this man was some kind of soldier. Now he wasn't so sure. He noticed that the arms held two small crossbows and it made him more uneasy. He heard the man's request and called across to him, "We have some quicksilver supplies, sir. After I have helped this young lady I will assist you." @J Silversmith
@bloonewb I love that XD
Kieren

Kieren watched Sheila talking and found himself frowning. She wasn't like the others in the room, she seemed on edge and calculating. She wasn't so sure of herself like some he had seen around the room flirting and writing on the board. His bluntness had done its intended job and she had become almost patronizing with the way she drawled through the sentence, but her eyes showed a flicker of uncertainty. He wondered whether he should keep up the talk about murder to scare her away, when she mentioned racing and caught his attention.

He heard her name and the nicknames and shook his head, taking her hand, "No, we don't shake hands; we fistbump and perform a synchronized hand-shake routine," he paused allowing himself to smirk and shake her hand, "I'm Kieren. Call me anything else and it'll be a different kind of handshake next time, shithead." He drew his hand away and looked across to the teacher (@LadyinInk). She had her head down and was droning on about tides, completely blind to the class. He glanced to the door, which was propped open slightly. He could make a run for it. Ms Rancine wasn't paying any attention at all to the rest of the class, it was possible that she was trying to drown out the chatter and push through the lesson as quickly as possible. It would be easy to sneak past her. That was, until two more students walked in.(@Xandrya@KatherinWinter) They made the idea of running out of the room impossible due to the fact that they would almost definitely draw the teacher's attention. Fucking pity.

Instead, Kieren looked back to Sheila. "So you're in here for racing? Ever raced a motorbike?" he asked, keeping his voice low.

Zain frowned, sipping his drink and watched Silkie patter off to Ethan, then shook his head, hearing the boy chatter away. "You could talk the ears off a stone, Ethan.." he reached up to grab one of Ethan's cups when the boy started shouting for him. Zain walked over to him and his eyes widened, "Ethan! You actually rang someone!" He grabbed the phone and winced, seeing the name on the screen. "Hey, I'm so sorry, my little brother's been playing on my phone, he must have called you by accident."
Kale leaned back against the desk to watch his new little apprentice at work. She was a natural. Charming, confident and very knowledgeable. He watched her flit about the shop with the giant man struggling to navigate the small dimensions of the shop; he was tall even for Kale's standards! He pushed himself up and slipped out of the shop floor and through an archway behind the desk. The archway was concealed by a thick deep purple curtain that was fraying and dusty. He ran his finger along a series of books and folders, looking for one cover in particular.

True bristled again at the sound of the glass breaking sharply on the floor. He hissed lowly and rolled his eyes, watching the giant man to see what more damage he could possibly do. He kept his black eyes on V too, watching her work. He was suspicious about her, she was almost too good at what she was doing. She must have been part-elf, because her ears were pointed and as far as True was aware the elves were nice enough people. Perhaps it was her dress, perhaps it was his lack of enthusiasm for anyone new, but he just couldn't put trust in her.

He felt eyes on him again and turned to face the girl (@MiraChan) that had walked in earlier. He blinked slowly at her, listening carefully. He squinted at the page she held out and looked over the picture. He couldn't read the words, and the picture on the poster wasn't very useful, it looked like the girl had drawn it herself. She must have been quite young. True sighed, "How long has he been missing?" he asked, looking back up to the girl, "have you considered attempting to track him? Kale has an old spellbook somewhere with tracking spells and powders..."

Kale slipped back out of the room with a scroll of parchment in his hand, to see Sergei (@bloonewb) counting money on the desk. "We are in the south, my friend, but we accept any currency you have to hand. Not everyone that visits expects to buy something, so we take pride in accepting whatever payment is available." he glanced at V with an eyebrow that told her to take note. He saw movement in the corner of his eye and looked across at another woman that had entered the shop (@MissCapnCrunch). She looked as though she was quite happy just looking for now, so he left her to approach him.
