Jeonbae can be captured, but he's a grandfather so unless they bring more of those warriors, it'll be tricky, hehe.
Edited it, the warrior is perfectly fine while Jeonbae probably has internal bleeding and is nowhere near the other dragons.
Edges of objects started getting fuzzy after Jeonbae had shaken out the last droplets from his drink. The faces of each of the dragons twisted around slightly, seemingly distorted. He blinked a few times, his hands wrapped around the glass, the lightning dragon staring into it pensively. Talking about the dangers of hunters had unearthed memories that were better left alone. He didn't want to think about them, but the alcohol helped with that.

Don't have more than one drink. You need to stay alert, those hooded figures are suspicious.

"Yeah, yeah..." he muttered. "Gotta protect the children..." Jeonbae looked up. Chu was talking to Winter in a raised voice, a scowl on his face, the ice dragon looking chastised and ready to burst into tears. She wordlessly got up and left the bar. A blip of fear registered in the back of Jeonbae's mind, dulled by the cocktail he had drank. Aksaja followed suit, wobbling around as much as Jeonbae's vision was. The fear returned, stronger than before, sobering the grandfather dragon up somewhat. He glanced over to Aster. His face was composed, but Jeonbae could tell he was scared.

Great, now both of the children are out of your sight. What are you going to do if they get captured by hunters, huh? You messed up.

"You need to leave quickly... It's no longer safe here... So hurry after this..." he said in a low voice, making sure nobody else heard. "...Take care of Myrtle... Dear Chu." He smiled, then began to speak in a much louder voice.

"Now you drunken men get back to your lovely wives. They're going to scold you for being out so late. Sorry to bother you, my darling children can be quite temperamental. We just came here after all." He left the bar quickly.

Jeonbae nodded, his eyes widening as he realized what was going on. As a grandfather, it was his responsibility to protect the children and members of the tribes, and because of one drink, he may as well have failed. He stood up quickly, looking over to Chu for a second. He began to run towards the entrance of the bar, elbowing the crowd out of the way, into the street. Two hooded men, similar to the ones he had seen in the bar, chased someone down an alleyway some ways down the street. Jeonbae started to run, stumbling a little, still sobering up, ducking down the same alley the hooded figures did. Three forms, Winter, Aksaja, and Aster, were in nets, slung over the shoulder of the hooded figures. A imposing figure, a man clad in armor made of unusual material, blocked the alley between Jeonbae and the figures. Hearing labored breathing and urgent footsteps, the armored warrior turned around to face Jeonbae. One of his eyes were golden, and the lightning dragon could tell it was infused with magic.

"Well, hello there! Was wondering when you'd show up!" he exclaimed, laughing sardonically. Jeonbae took a step back as he confronted the man, his eyes narrowing. Maintaining some composure, he untied his bandana and took off his round, dark glasses, neatly putting them in one of the many pockets of his robe.
"I won't waste any time," Jeonbae intoned, unfettered rage creeping into his voice.

He threw his palm forward, an electrical arc erupting from his hand towards the armored warrior. Seemingly absorbing the energy, he shook it off, grinning. He started rushing towards Jeonbae, who jumped out of the way. However, the warrior swung the large, bulky sheathe of his sword around, hitting Jeonbae and sending him several feet into the alley, the wind knocked out of him. A dull pain lingered in his stomach, and he found it hard to move without agitating whatever wound had manifested inside him. Seemingly unable to call upon the power of lightning, he stumbled and fell to the ground as he tried to run away. His ears were ringing, and the edges of his vision grew blurry again from the impact. The warrior laughed again.

"Hurt, didn't it? It's made out of dragon bones."

You're waaaaay in over your head on this one. Better get away while you can.

Jeonbae glared one last time at the warrior, and flew up into the air, transforming into his sinuous dragon form after some difficulty, winding up above the streets. He roared in anger, and took to the edge of the city they had first come in through. He abruptly switched back to his compact form, dirt flying up around him as he crashed into the earth. He slowly pushed himself off the ground, coughing. He felt absolutely hopeless. He wasn't able to get past that warrior, and the other dragons besides Chu were on their way to the Hunters' HQ. Chu would have to get them, but he had no way of knowing if he did or not. He laid back down on the ground, trying his best to ignore the throbbing from where the sheathe had hit him. The pain would take a while to go away from such an impact...
I'll work on getting something up later this week/weekend.
I should have a post up sometime tomorrow or on Thursday/Friday.
Jeonbae took another sip out of his glass as Chu and Aksaja both grabbed their drinks, the two talking to each other briefly. The former sighed, and turned back to Jeonbae.

''Say, does it explain why those guys walk around the city like they are on their job?'' he asked, referring to the hunters. Jeonbae nodded.

"Most likely. What my friend told me while I was out was that..." He paused, looking around nervously before continuing. "Certain people are capturing dragons, and draining the magic out of them for use as an energy source."

"This, of course, kills them, and the older, the more energy can be extracted. My guess is the reason why we see them around the city is because they've been ordered to look for dragons and take their energy."

"We need to not start any fights, and to be as normal as possible." Jeonbae tilted the glass back, the rest of his drink draining from it. He slammed the glass on the table.

"These hunters will go to any lengths to get a dragon in their possession. You need to be incredibly careful around them, any sign you're one and they won't hesitate." He brushed back a few strands of purple hair near his ear, showing a decent-sized scar running from the top of his ear to his jaw.

"This is only one of them. I won't waste your time with the others, you can see where this is going."

"However, don't be scared. In the event they do capture one of us, we have the ability to fight our way out of the town and escape," he explained, smiling. His gaze softened slightly, the alcohol warming him from the inside out. He looked around the room again. More people had made their way in, Moris the bartender working on several tables' drinks. Nothing seemed out of the ordinary, though a hooded figure was seated, alone, at a table, over a glass of dark liquor. Jeonbae shrugged it off.

It's probably just a traveler coming through, hunters rarely drink, last time I checked.
Maybe interested? Depends on schedule.
I'll put something up tonight or tomorrow.
Tomorrow or Thursday I will have something up then.
I guess I could move the story along if nobody else posts, it would certainly spice things up and give more to post on.
