Olli continued to carry on towards Cyllage with Kjolmar. They talked about their tactics for the next gym, Olli didnt have a type advantage in this gym unlike the first. He only had Fire, Dark and Normal types. All of which are going to be useless type match-ups against Rock. Olli had to think of something soon. All of a sudden Kjolmar turned without saying a word to find a squirtle that jumped onto him, it was clear they had met before. Olli shook the squirtles tiny hand and laughed. "Hey Coop. Im Olli...." He paused to reach for his pokeballs and release his pokemon. "...and this is Lunar, Diana and Chimchar." His pokemon smiled, Lunar seemed to be looking for Prince, Chimchar danced around the squirtle, putting on a show with fire, meanwhile Diana, stayed clam and vigilante at Olli's side, the same as everytime she came out.
"I think there's a town close by called Camphrier Town. I think we should stop off there for a bit to rest and resupply. I realised I dont have any pokeball's to catch pokemon with yet. I forgot to restock." He chuckled. He then remembered the present. From Persephone. He pulled it out of his bag. the box was so beautifully wrapped. He opened it carefully and inside sat a pokeball with a note on top. He read the note first.
"I believe you Olli. This is why I am giving you this present, in hope it might help you. His name is Athene and hes very playful. I love you big bro' x"
He threw the pokeball up and out appeared a Zorua. However Olli had seen a Zorua and this looked different. The normally red tip at the top of his head was blue instead, just like the colours that it was wrapped in. The Zorua smiled at Olli and jumped over to him. Olli bent down and started stroking his newly acquired buddy. "Hey athene, I'm Olli." He said semi laughing. Athene jumped up and down like he recognized the name. The Zorua then transformed almost instantaneously into what looked like Persephone. "I need you to help my brother Olli, Athene." The image of his sister said mimicking her voice too. The image then changed back to Zorua. Olli forgot about Zorua and Zoroarks ability to transform their appearance. "Thats a neat trick, Athene." he said getting up.
He turned to see what in the distance looked like a small village. "Come on guys, we cant be that far." He said making his way forward.

Olli didn't take notice or even try and answer the questions raised about his Lucario. It hurt him alot to think about. He had become close to Kjolmar over the past week but he still didn't feel comfortable admitting to his failures as a trainer. He felt down as he walked towards Luminose City, barely listening to the conversation Kjolmar was having with Charlotte. He realised they had stopped in the street and he finally turned shaking off his feeling. Charlotte had asked him to go find the Looker Beauru for a painting that Kjolmar needed, whilst Kjolmar went with her. "Thats fine by me, Dont worry I will meet you in an hour." He said as he walked off. This gave him time to calm down and collect his thoughts.
As he walked with his head down round the tall streets of Kalos, he started to hear small pattering footsteps behind him. He turned quickly to see that Lunar behind him. WHAT!. He glared at the Eevee that seemed to be ecstatic about the fact it managed to break free of its pokeball. Olli smiled at the sight of Lunar, the marking on its head hardley visible in the day. He picked her up and put him on his shoulder.
He finally arrived at the Looker Bureau and walked inside. As mentioned it seemed to be empty of anyone. A small office like room with various sheets of paper scattered around the desk and walls. Olli looked around to find the painting on the desk, an envelope covering a majority of the picture laid on top that read To Kjolmar. He put the Letter in his bad and then picked up the painting.. It was amazing, Olli had seen pictures of mewtwo before, from studying myths in Kanto but here, it looked different. His tail came from the back of his head with a cresent coming round the front. Olli wrapped the picture up and carried it out of the Looker Bureau.
As he started to walk back towards the route 5 gate, he heard a little girl from close by, where about he could not make out. "Olli, I've been looking for you." He continued to look until finally he felt a tug from behind him. He turned to see Persephone, his younger sister, His eyes widened, "'Seph what are you doing here?" He asked still in shock. "I came here with Grandma and Cynthia, on the train. Today is the day Cynthia moves to the Kalos region to take on the its Gym and leauges." She frowned. Persephone was the only person left in Sinnoh who truly believed Olli's story. She had stayed loyal to her brother through multiple calls on his holocaster. They were close. "Me and Grandma are going home later today, back to Sinnoh. We just came to see Cynthia off. I wanted to bring this though..." She pulled out a black box that was tied with light blue ribbon. "This is for you. I wished in the well at home that I could see you today so I could give you this." She handed over the box and Olli stared. This was so quick, his smile widened. He hugged his sister and thanked her before convicing her she best run back to Grandma. Olli put the present in his bag and carried on to the Route 5 gate, with the painting in hand. He finally saw Kjolmar again waiting for him. Charlotte always seemed to disappear while Olli was gone. He shrugged and Unwrapped the painting showing it off to Kjolmar. "Here, look how amazing it is." He said handing it to his friend. Then Olli remembered. "Oh This is for you...." He pulled the letter addressed to Kjolmar out of his bag and handed that to him too. "That was on the top of the painting when I found it."

Olli looked down at the floor when Kjolmar mentioned Cynthia. Olli hated living under the shadow of his sister, everyone made her out to be a hero. If they only knew. He shook it off and made his way to Kjolmar who was sitting down preparing food for his pokemon. "Yeah my starter was Chimchar. He's been with me since the begining, Prof. Rowan gave chimchar to me when i started out. I caught Absol a couple of days later after he saved me and Chimchar." Olli came to a halt in his speech when he saw Charlotte appear with a Riolu. Not only had he not seen Charlotte since his gym battle but her egg had hatched into a Riolu. "Wow, thats so cool charlotte. I have a Lucari.... Had a Lucario" His face turned.
Olli was intruiged by the news brought forward on Kjolmar's Holocaster. Mewtwo could evolve, probably just a painting though, not real evidence behind it. "I will come Kjolmar. Olli quickly put the holocaster away noticing that Kjolmar had clocked on. He turned to his new friend and forced a smile. "Her name is Cynthia, and shes bad news, I dont know why she wants this stone but she wont get it." He turned away sighing. "Cynthia is my sister. She is the Sinnoh leauge champion and has always made sure she was better than me." He shivered at the thought of her. He shook it off and carried on walking towards Camphrier Town. He turned back to Kjolmar "Come on buddy, let's go. Gyms are waiting." He yelled.
"I hope your right" Olli replied.
Kjolmar asked him whether he wanted to catch any pokemon. Olli had a different state of mind when catching pokemon. "I only catch pokemon that speak out to me, that seem like they were meant for no one else." He said to Kjolmar. "You see, when I caught Eevee, I knew I had a bond with it due to its unusual cresent symbol. That symbol is used alot back in my hometown in Sinnoh." He explained. "I wait for pokemon to find me, if you get me" He said shrugging as he thought he sounded silly.
Olli's holocaster which he had brought from Luminose before meeting Kjolmar started beeping. He had a new message. "That stone that professor Sycamore gave you is mine Olli. I will take it from you. This is your warning. C." Said the Holocaster, the voice was female but the image was shadowed and blurry. Olli knew who it was, he didnt know why or what the stone Sycamore gave him did but he wasn't prepared to let her get it. That was only trouble waiting to happen.

Olli watched as Kjolmar raced off into the grass to find new pokemon. He wasn't suprised, Olli was excited to see what the Kalos region had in store for him. He watched as Kjolmar battled a wild Pancham. He was concerned however by Emolga's disobedience towards Kjolmar, but nevertheless he caught the Pancham. "Well done Kjolmar." Olli said as he came back over. "But what happened with Emolga dude, he just didnt respond to you? Arent you bothered by that?" He asked Kjolmar.
Olli smiled as Kjolmar confidently spoke to Professor Sycamore about Litwick. It was intriguing to see that even Professor Sycamore was amazed by Litwicks personality. As Olli watched Kjolmar hand over Litwick to the professor for research, Kjolmar asked the question of the Cyllage Gym. Olli smiled mischeviously towards Kjolmar. He forgot about the fact they had more gym badges to get. Olli turned to the Professor and shook his hand. "Thanks Professor, I'll take good care of this stone, I will find out what its for." He said as he walked out of the room and into the elevator.
As he walked out of the lab and back into Luminose City. Olli looked for sign's for Route 5. Route 5 connected Luminose to Camphrier Town. This was the way they needed to head to get to Cyllage town. He saw a big archway leading out of the town with the number 5 above it. "This must be the way, come on Kjolmar" He taunted Kjolmar as he ran off towards the archway.
As he walked out of the lab and back into Luminose City. Olli looked for sign's for Route 5. Route 5 connected Luminose to Camphrier Town. This was the way they needed to head to get to Cyllage town. Olli smiled. "Yeah your Litwick seems to crave alot of attention, its not like any Litwick ive ever seen. We will walk to Sycamore's lab, its just around the corner". He continued to walk through the streets of Luminose, conversing with his new friend. Thier pokemon skipping beside them.
Sycamores Lab
As Olli walked through the doors of the Lab, his mind was blown by the technology that was held within it. Complex machines and scientists covered the room. A scientist walked over to them both as if he knew who they were. "Ah yes, Professor Sycamore has been expecting you, please go up in the elevator. He is on the third floor. Olli shrugged at Kjolmar to show that not even he knew what was going on. He walked over and entered the lift, Eevee and Chimchar climbing onto his shoulders in the meantime. The lift stopped and the doors opened. The room was amazing.
This was clearly Sycamore's office. It had windows which you could view the whole of Luminose City in. Olli stepped into the room in awe. It looked so cool.
"You must be Olli, Professor Rowan has told me alot about you kid." Said an unfamilar voice from the corner of the room. There stood a quite young man with brown cascading hair. This must be Professor Sycamore. "Yes. Professor Rowan sent me here." Olli replied. "Yes he did on my asking, I wanted you to come here so i could give you this. Sycamore handed over a small circular stone, it was white and black in color much like a ying yang symbol. "What it is?" Olli inquired. Professor sycamore laughed. "Thats for you to figure out, I have heard alot about your past from my dear friend Rowan Olli Wyatt. I believe this is an item that will prove useful over time." He chuckled as he noticed the unintroduced trainer in the room, Olli quickly noticed this and spoke up. "This is my friend Kjolmar Professor. We met in Santalune City, we beat Viola together and earned our badges together." He smiled with pride.

This made Olli smile, this is the reason he became a pokemon trainer, to experience bonds between pokemon and humans but also pokemon with other pokemon. Seeing these pokemon play together in Luminose city brought everything to a new light. He had an idea.
"Hey, Professor Rowan told me that his friend Professor Sycamore lives here in Luminose and said we should go see him. He's on North boulevard." He said as he signaled for the pokemon to follow them.
"Hey Kjolmar also i've been thinking. How about we do what we did in Sanatalune City's gym at every Gym. Let's take on the gyms together. It's clearly aloud in the rules otherwise Viola wouldn't have done it. I just feel our pokemon have such strong bonds already, why not take advantage of that in our journey. What d'ya say?" He said quite confidently awaiting a reply.
