Lol, my internet comes back and now no one is posting. xD
Be it for thievery, the unlawful use of magic, your genetics, or whatever reason, you find yourself trapped in a freshly made cell in a dungeon. Travok Thornbreak, the dwarf; Trear Oakfell, the elf; and Ashkar Branor, the man. You three have been brought to this dungeon by cart, blindfolded and gagged, you do not know where this dungeon lies.

The fourth, Norixius Tarhun, the dragonborn, was in the cell when you previous three arrived, though by the look of it, he wasn't there long. In fact, he'd only arrived to the cell that morning. The cell itself is carved into the stone that surrounds the dungeon, all but the wall that leads to the hallway made of roughly hewn rock. The bars themselves are brand new, and show no signs of wear.

The stench of the dead, tortured, and dying fill the air, even the guards themselves wear cloth around their mouths and noses to hold off the stink. A young but frail man is huddled in the corner, his dirty rags and abused form giving evidence to the idea that he was the one person in the cell who hadn't just arrived at the dungeon. Aside from his absent murmurring, the sound of the chatter of nearby but out of sight guards, and the wailing of the damned, the sound of a dozen picks against rock reaches out from one of the larger side passages.

A few moments pass, and then the man turns towards the three who'd just arrived, despite having ignored Norixius' presence and any attempts from him to get the man's attention. He doesn't speak, nor does he move from his position, but he stares. At Travok specifically, with the wide-eyed look of an animal inflicted with the desperate hunger of starvation, but there was no malice or ill intention, just pure desperation.
I'm going to use an online site for the character sheets, found here. Once you've joined the campaign there, make a post here saying something along the lines of "Made a character" and then give that character's name so i know who you'll be playing. If you don't want to use dmroyale, then PM me and we discuss other options.

We'll be starting out at level one. As for rolling stats: 4d6 drop the lowest, it doesn't have to be in order. We will be using feats, and the lingering injuries optional rules.

== If you're a magic user, it appears that the cantrips aren't working for the DM side of DMRoyale, so when you make your character make a note here of what cantrips you chose. ==

My title is so original, don't you think? xD You can find the dice section here.
This will be a 5e D&D game.

As a side note, while I DM in person this would be my first forum based DnD, so I may make some errors in the beginning. I'll probably just take a look on how others are doing it, shouldn't take too long to get the hang of it.

Don't worry, this is also my first forum based game, so we'll learn together! xD With the dice system this site has though i don't think it'll be all that different from an in-person game. I'll start working on the actual thread then.
Interested. xD

The actual thread is up here.
The second the fire came out, so was Blink's blade. He didn't act else wise however, just having it ready for the rest of the conversation.
@Hael You confuse me, but for the sake of not starting an argument that will accomplish naught but worsen things, I'll just leave it. Maybe later we can respectfully debate it but for now I'm too bothered to trust myself to. xD
@Lauder While we're speaking of things that bother us I need to throw in that I'm pretty sure I've seen you and @Hael(mostly/entirely Hael actually) denying techs on a false basis. Unintentionally I'm sure, but it irks me in a way to see say, very long lives to immortality thrown out due to it being unrealistic, when it's on par with warp drives in that particular department, if not more realistic than them.

My point is: sure, ban it for how OP it is, but don't ban it for how unrealistic it is, because it's more realistic than a hell of a lot of other techs you've approved. That was just an example, and I'm not trying to tell you how to do your job it's just, well as Lauder said, it bothers me.

Edit: and sorry if I sounded rude I didn't mean to. I've just rewritten that like 8 times and I gave up and just sent what I had.
