Here's my C.S.Appearance: A "handsome" boy who is average height for his age, wears very non-descript, bland clothes but, he dreams of wearing the newest-nicest boys wear. He has dark-black hair, and DEEP blue eyes. He has a fair tan, that usually clashes with his eyes and hair, but he isn't ugly. He has and average build with long legs, somewhat muscle-y arms a strong core. (Kinda feel weird describing some of this stuff.) John is fit, fast for his age, and has strong arms.Bio: John used to live on a large farm plantation made for feeding people in Etheon ,a few miles away, for as long as he can remember. He was technically a slave but, like all the other boys there, he wasn't called that and was probably treated a little better than real slaves. Like the others there, he was always taken care of, well fed, and had nice sleeping quarters. He worked harvesting a wheat-like plant all day from what would be 4:45 am Earth time to 6:00 pm (Earth time) were he and the others would have a short dinner and about an hour and half break before they got to bed at 7:45 (Earth Time.). One might think that John didn't have it that bad but, he and the other boys hated it. They had no one to love them, the plantation owners only thought of them of a way to make money, and they were severely beaten for anything that they might have done wrong. Even though John was a nice hard working boy, he was always socially awkward and had no real friends, so he wanted to leave the plantation more than anyone else. The only problem was the plantation was heavily guarded with cameras and non-magical task masters watching the boys' every move. John's big break was when he found a magical gun after bringing grain to a merchant who would later sell food to the cities people. During his free time that day he found out the guns abilities and he could shoot it on his own fairly well and made an easy escape that night, taking a fair amount of food with him. He is currently in the city searching for someone who could take him in and teach him the ways of tech magic.Other: Looking for anyone who may want to have a master-apprentice relationship.Edit: Weapons been explained.

Noble Phantasm: Thor's Hammer, Mjolnir

Noble Phantasm description: Beowulf utilizes the power of Norse god of thunder Thor. It is a massive, ornate hammer that requires a massive arm of great strength in order to wield. It is a powerful weapon, and it can be thrown with great force. It uses the power of lightning in order to attack once activated as a Noble Phantasm, but its full power cannot be utilized inside a building. It is still overwhelming in such a state.

Raising it towards the sky outside causes lighting to strike it, doubling its potential power. If more lighting is called forth, it increases even more in power, changing its shape as it takes in the lightning.

Magic: Mad Enhancement

Personality (can be left blank): Beowulf is a great warrior, characterized predominantly by his feats of strength and courage. He also perfectly embodies the manners and values dictated by the Germanic heroic code, including loyalty, courtesy, and pride.

Bio/History:

King Hrothgar of Denmark, a descendant of the great king Shield Sheafson, enjoys a prosperous and successful reign. He builds a great mead-hall, called Heorot, where his warriors can gather to drink, receive gifts from their lord, and listen to stories sung by the scops, or bards. But the jubilant noise from Heorot angers Grendel, a horrible demon who lives in the swamplands of Hrothgar’s kingdom. Grendel terrorizes the Danes every night, killing them and defeating their efforts to fight back. The Danes suffer many years of fear, danger, and death at the hands of Grendel. Eventually, however, a young Geatish warrior named Beowulf hears of Hrothgar’s plight. Inspired by the challenge, Beowulf sails to Denmark with a small company of men, determined to defeat Grendel.

Hrothgar, who had once done a great favor for Beowulf’s father Ecgtheow, accepts Beowulf’s offer to fight Grendel and holds a feast in the hero’s honor. During the feast, an envious Dane named Unferth taunts Beowulf and accuses him of being unworthy of his reputation. Beowulf responds with a boastful description of some of his past accomplishments. His confidence cheers the Danish warriors, and the feast lasts merrily into the night. At last, however, Grendel arrives. Beowulf fights him unarmed, proving himself stronger than the demon, who is terrified. As Grendel struggles to escape, Beowulf tears the monster’s arm off. Mortally wounded, Grendel slinks back into the swamp to die. The severed arm is hung high in the mead-hall as a trophy of victory.

Overjoyed, Hrothgar showers Beowulf with gifts and treasure at a feast in his honor. Songs are sung in praise of Beowulf, and the celebration lasts late into the night. But another threat is approaching. Grendel’s mother, a swamp-hag who lives in a desolate lake, comes to Heorot seeking revenge for her son’s death. She murders Aeschere, one of Hrothgar’s most trusted advisers, before slinking away. To avenge Aeschere’s death, the company travels to the murky swamp, where Beowulf dives into the water and fights Grendel’s mother in her underwater lair. He kills her with a sword forged for a giant, then, finding Grendel’s corpse, decapitates it and brings the head as a prize to Hrothgar. The Danish countryside is now purged of its treacherous monsters.

The Danes are again overjoyed, and Beowulf’s fame spreads across the kingdom. Beowulf departs after a sorrowful goodbye to Hrothgar, who has treated him like a son. He returns to Geatland, where he and his men are reunited with their king and queen, Hygelac and Hygd, to whom Beowulf recounts his adventures in Denmark. Beowulf then hands over most of his treasure to Hygelac, who, in turn, rewards him.

In time, Hygelac is killed in a war against the Shylfings, and, after Hygelac’s son dies, Beowulf ascends to the throne of the Geats. He rules wisely for fifty years, bringing prosperity to Geatland. When Beowulf is an old man, however, a thief disturbs a barrow, or mound, where a great dragon lies guarding a horde of treasure. Enraged, the dragon emerges from the barrow and begins unleashing fiery destruction upon the Geats. Sensing his own death approaching, Beowulf goes to fight the dragon. With the aid of Wiglaf, he succeeds in killing the beast, but at a heavy cost. The dragon bites Beowulf in the neck, and its fiery venom kills him moments after their encounter. The Geats fear that their enemies will attack them now that Beowulf is dead. According to Beowulf’s wishes, they burn their departed king’s body on a huge funeral pyre and then bury him with a massive treasure in a barrow overlooking the sea.

The main problem I have with these "OC" characters is that they don't follow the standard formula for becoming a Servant in the universe. Basically, Servants must have been some variety of legendary hero in their past life, who transcended death by having their spirit summoned by the Holy Grail.

On this given information. I'm going to update my CS. Picture change needs to be done as well. I want something more Norse now, since he has Thor's hammer. After or in between work I will perform this duty. Also updating his bio accordingly. Since I now see the big issue in his bio and being new/unkown. ^-^ (I thank ChunkyCaptain for that too.)

I know others may see this as nit picky or 'backseat gm'ing' But I thank you for the information given to me, that will further help me improve the CS to be more accepted or apart of this universe/lore.
