guys Titanfall is taking over my life, I have levelled 25 times in two days don't send help
Roger, help is not on the way.
Posting again because I'm halfway through Spades' post and all I can picture is this:
Obscene Symphony
There's an image I won't be able to get out of my head now.
Sorry for the post being so short, I've been busy, but I wanted to put something out so MonkeyBusiness could continue.
“I am glad that we will be able to continue this peacefully,” Idliss said. “The trade routes will be established, if you require more details then you only need to contact one of our trade outposts and they will provide you with the information that you need. I hope both our nations will prosper from this meeting.” Illixian Fleet “Rear Admiral Caroc,” the communication officer said. “I believe that the meeting will be ended soon.” “Very well,” Caroc said. “Captain Jok’tal, I would like for you to report back to the queen and inform her of what has happened. In the meantime, I would like for a portion of the fleet to start investigating other reports.” “At once Admiral”
Homer was about to go to the bed with the others to drag Myles out, but he paused. It didn’t take three people to get one intoxicated friend out from under a bed, and to be honest they had gotten him out from stranger places before. Homer decided it would be better if he just went to get the first aid kit, but before he could leave he saw Sav being dragged under the bed as well. For a brief moment, Homer thought it was Myles playing a joke on her. That moment ended however, when it felt like the floor gave out and they were all dragged under the bed. After that, Homer wasn’t sure what happened. He was falling, twisting, and tumbling through the air, but it was… wrong somehow. They hadn’t simply fallen through the apartment floor, and everything was black all around them. He could barely make out his friends falling with him. He thought he heard screaming, but he couldn’t even tell if he was doing or if it was the others. Although, if he had to guess he would probably say both. While he was still trying to wrap his head around everything that was happening, he caught a glimpse of the ground while he was flipping through the air. Not a good enough look to tell where he was, but good enough to know that he would hit it soon. _Crap_, he thought. _This is not going to end well_. Then he hit the ground.
Yeah, I was hoping Katakon or someone would post since they haven't posted as much, but maybe it would be better to move on for now, and maybe they can work something out if they come back.
Read Admiral Caroc’s fleet arrived at their destination, the last location of the two carriers. Both appeared unharmed, however a large fleet of unknown ships were above the planet. They appeared to be moving into a more defensive position. Before Caroc could give any orders message came from one of the carriers. “Admiral Caroc, this is Captain Jok’tal of the _Zunde_ I would like to request that you refrain from any hostilities. Captain Idliss is currently onboard one of their ships and he is trying to negotiate with the aliens.” “I see,” Caroc said. “Do you know his status?” “I just spoke to him to inform him about your arrival. He seemed fine, however I don’t know how the Korwrath will take the appearance of your fleet. Not that I don’t appreciate the reinforcements.” Jok’tal said. “Very well. Send a message telling the aliens that I would like to be kept up to date on any agreements that they make with Captain Idliss. I will remain here until the meeting is finished, afterwards I will continue to investigate other alien sightings.” On the Korwrath ship “Let’s hope interesting doesn’t mean violent,” Idliss said. “While I am sure that my Queen would like to be able to make allies with all of the Korwrath I am sure that she would agree that working with one group would still be very beneficial. So tell me, what is it that you need and how can we help? I will relay the information to my home world and they will see what they can do.”
So, who needs to post next? I could do it, but I was thinking Kiri or someone should go before me.
Idliss watched as his guards stood at attention when a new figure entered the room. Not wanting to appear rude, Idliss mimicked their actions and watched as two screens lit up showing two other figures, the other admirals, if Idliss were to guess. He listened to Admiral Ro’s introduction and was surprised when he mentioned being in charge of “this group of Korwrath”. Strange, Idliss thought, are they not a unified species? Pushing this thought aside Idliss sat at the table Ro had gestured to and spoke. “I am honored to meet with you all. I hope that we can establish peaceful relations that will benefit us both. Although, I will admit that as a mere Captain, the decision is not up to me, I know our Queen would like for our two races to work together. We know this sector fairly well, and if you are in need of supplies or resources we should be able to help you locate them.” Before Idliss could continue his communicator began to blink, signaling a message from Captain Jok’tal. “Please forgive my rudeness, but my fellow Captain would not call unless it is important.” Idliss pressed a button on the communicator and allowed Jok’tal to speak. “What is the matter, I am still talking with the Admirals.” “We may have a problem Idliss,” Jok’tal said. “I just received word that a fleet from our home world is coming to investigate the alien sightings. I wanted to let you know in advance so that the Korwrath would not be alarmed when they arrive.”
Mitch hesitated for a moment before he set down his drink. He smiled and patted Homer’s shoulder and took the dishtowel from him, meanwhile Sav made a quick exit saying something about not needing any help. _Why do I get the feeling I was just used as a distraction_ Homer thought. **“Yeah, I’m fine, it’s healing.”** Mitch said as he put the ice on the bruise and picked up his drink. Homer looked around awkwardly trying to think of something to say. Mitch wasn’t a very good liar, but did Homer really have the right to call him out on it? He still hadn’t told anyone that his aunt had thrown him out the house, and he wasn’t really planning to do that any time soon. Fortunately, a loud thud and some cursing from Myles gave them both a distraction. **“I think we’re needed.”** Mitch whispered and walked towards Sav’s room to see what happened. Homer followed after his friend, shaking his head. “Can’t we have one party without Myles getting a drunken concussion?” he asked. Homer was still worried about Mitch, the bruise might have been no big deal, but he did know that he and Daniel had broken up recently. And Daniel didn’t have the best temper. “Hey, Mitch you do know you can talk to us though. If something’s bothering you I mean.”
