Personality: While agent Park has shown himself to be ruthlessly capable when the situation calls for it, he hasn't failed an assignment yet, though various dispatchers as well as staff psychoanalysts have noted a potential undercurrent of sympathy for rouge elements. While this is morally and ethically commendable, as the last thing we here at the SDMS need is some psychotic loose cannon flying off the hinge at every turn and displaying a blatant disregard for any form of human life, it has the possibility of becoming a major hinderance later on. Recommend immediate withdrawal from active duty, rigorous evaluation, and rehabilitation should this ever become the case.

Race - Caucasian.
Height - 5'10.
Weight - 196 pounds.
Eye Color - Grey, though the agent's left eye shines a vibrant blue when in use.
Hair Color - Dark brown.

Power: Park's power functions through the use of his left eye, which lets him shut down the abilities of any superhuman he sees provided he maintains direct line-of-sight while his power is active. For the purposes of protecting other agents—and to ensure a comfortable work environment—agent Park is required to wear a patch or some other form of sight obstructing covering over that eye at all times when not operating out in the field. Furthermore, this cover is to remain in place during operations with other teams, until such time as a capture is to be made or when the situation dictates. Finally, this power has several weaknesses that are to be taken into account incase agent Park ever goes rogue. The first of these is also the most obvious, that being staying out of his direct line-of-sight, while the second involves a little more force. That being simply removing or destroying the agent's eye in order to render him incapable of using his power. Additionally, various chemical solutions may be implemented provided they either incapacitate or blind the target.

Naturally, standard precautions are to be taken when handling and deploying such hazardous countermeasures.

Biography: Agent Parker has been a loyal member of our recovery program since his induction fifteen years prior, assuming a mostly support based role on other teams thanks to his nullification capabilities. Because of this, he has been instrumental in several high-profile operations, aiding various recovery teams in taking down dangerous targets. Some of these include the tracking and elimination of a time controller, who was attempting to travel back in time to avert the creation of the SDMS, and the capture of a shapeshifter whose continued freedom posed a global security risk, just to name a few.</sub>

Interesting. I like it. Although I'd like at least a brief summary of his history. Histories are good because it tells us as players if our characters have a chance of having met before, or if they may know each other prior to the start of the RP. It doesn't have to be super long. Maybe a paragraph.

At most he'd get a few sentences, since I doubt they'd really go through all the trouble of listing his full history from birth to present, rather than just listing how long he's been in the organization along with some of his more notable achievements. Not to say they don't know it of course, I assume they have access to government documents and all, but again his full biography seems like a very inconsequential thing for an organization to note.

These couldn’t be the Times Long Past Jesse had heard of, but surely it was like that. Which meant there was law. Not only in a small territory or one city, but a vast one which could span many large populous cities like this. He cleared his throat.

“You killed a kid, have a chainsaw arm...and you’re just going to stroll along and go to dinner?” Jesse asked, turning to the cheetah.

For the briefest of moments the Valeyard considered simply vaporizing Jesse, but decided against it. It would be far more interesting to play along and see where things went, at least for the time being anyway, no matter how beneath him this human and his problems might be.

"Yes, we really must. So... if you'll excuse us?"

He cast an inquisitive stare in Jesse's direction, eyebrow raised ever so slightly.
