Current That isekai idea works until you take into account the advanced part and include things like AI, brain machine interfaces, etc. Knowledge can just be downloaded.

Unless you love kids a little too much, then a prison sentence is what can be done about it.

Here's a pretty good respect thread that goes real in-depth on the top dogs of the Doctor Who universe.

@ZAVAZggg

A time Lord might as well be labeled a God.

I mean they yeeted magic and made the ordered universe, Rassilon their president was rumored to have thought up black holes, thus creating them, and they also developed humanoid timeships, could ascend to higher planes of existence, and even travel through the Time Vortex without any external aid in certain media.

And these aren't even the ones from the alternate reality where they were just straight up reality warpers.
Cool

Here's the page on their physiology if you want more info: tardis.fandom.com/wiki/Gallifreyan_ph…
@ZAVAZggg

If he doesn't decapitate you first, tell me would a time Lord live without a head?

According to the Doctor, they are capable of regenerating into a new form that doesn't have a head.
@ZAVAZggg

Oh, Jason will make terminator look like Ghandi on the level of killing lol

Till the Valeyard yeets him into a time loop, yes.
Hmm...how about a vote?

Should we deal with machines next? Deadites? Or something else?

Hmm... terminators are probably the greatest threat.
@ZAVAZggg The Valeyard’s reaction irritated Jesse further. He pressed a glock he looted to the back of the Valeyard’s head.

“You better find the time and inclination then.” Jesse growled “You’re the one behind all this, aren’t you?”

Just the two cops ran onto the scene, aiming guns at Jesse. A man ran out from the store and pointed at the Valeyard.

“Thats the guy! He shot my employee.” One cop trained a gun on the Valeyard in response while the other kept his gun on Jesse. One cop noticed both the Terminator destroying the electronics store and Ash throwing a tantrum while wielding a chainsaw and shotgun.

“Requesting backup.” He said into his radio.

"Unfortunately I am not, so you'll have to find someone else to bother," the Valeyard shouted, glancing at Jesse from over his shoulder. It was then that he noticed the officers aiming their guns, though with the chaos going on around him he could easily make his escape, provided he was quick enough.

Which he most certainly was.

It wasn't exactly dignified looking, an older man like him running down the street like a duck due to the items he was carrying, but it let him get round the corner and away. That's what really mattered. Coming to his TARDIS, he hastily unlocked the door and stepped inside, closing and locking it behind himself after placing his stolen bounty on the floor. With that done, he picked up the monitor and wiring once more as he set off for the workshop.
@ZAVAZggg The Valeyard would run into the Terminator as he was heading to the Tardis, as well as see Jesse walking after. The Terminator made no apologies, but remained his stoic robotic demeanor as he walked around the Valeyard.

“Hey.” Jesse shouted when he spotted the Valeyard “You have answers, don’t you?” He demanded, as the Terminator walked ahead and into the electronics store, destroying everything in sight.

"Perhaps," the Valeyard said as he brushed by. "But I lack the time and inclination to waste on explaining things to you."

With that he simply walked off, arms still full of stolen goods.

Eyes narrowing, Sephiroth swiftly sheathed his blade as he snatched up the spirit, clenching it in his hand before hiding the aforementioned limb beneath his coat. Better to keep it away from prying eyes for the time being. If he was lucky, they wouldn't even know a murder had occurred. If not, well at least he could keep suspicion off of himself until the time came for him to finally absorb the shipgirl's spirit. Presently, however, Sephiroth reminded himself that he had somewhere else he needed to be. Preferably somewhere very far from here. His first thought was to return to the Wench, but if that shipgirl was on her way somewhere then whoever had been waiting for her would likely note her tardiness and an investigation would soon begin, with him as the prime suspect. Or a more likely one at the very least, since he was the only one out of the entirety of any team that hadn't exactly conformed to the helpful hero archetype, or even seemed like the pleasantest of individuals to be around. Add to that the fact that he had fused with the spirit of an evil and obsessive sorceress recently and you had a recipe for trouble.

Trouble the former SOLDIER did not want nor need. No, he couldn't stay, that would just compound the problem and increase the chances of someone figuring out what he'd done. Thus he moved deeper into the alleyway, breaking into a light jog near the end so that he could disappear round the corner faster. A few minutes of running through abandoned backstreets later, and Sephiroth found himself in a completely different part of the city. Luckily for him it didn't appear as though he'd been followed. Smiling to himself, he pulled his hand free from the folds of his coat, unfurling his fingers to reveal the spirit floating beneath as he did so. Staring at it for a bit, Sephiroth carefully considered his next move. The last fusion he performed had made a great deal of changes, not all of which he'd particularly liked, such as the more obsessives aspects of Cia's personality or her annoyingly flashy style of dress. On the other hand it'd also given him a great deal of magical power in exchange. Still, he was reasonably apprehensive of just shoving this one into his chest on a whim, especially since he never actually got to see what the shipgirl could do.

There was still the alternative, however. That being placing it into his mind instead. If he recalled what the machine had said properly, it wouldn't convey the same level of benefits, but it also wouldn't bestow the same level of drawbacks either. A tempting prospect really, since he wasn't very fond of mutating himself further with the souls of these lesser beings, but an altogether disproportionate one given the risks he'd taken to obtain it. No, he would fuse with the shipgirl's spirit as he had with Cia's to reap the full benefits of its power, drawbacks be damned. Holding it aloft, he took a moment to prepare himself for the changes that were to come, before slamming the ethereal orb into his chest...

The store was split up into several sections. A video game section was to his left, a computer section to his right and the tv section was at the far end opposite the entrance. Even still, the big screen TVs were visible from anywhere in the store, and a rerun of Dr Who was playing.

The Valeyard began perusing the shelves as soon as he stepped inside, scouting about for promising materials, though he couldn't keep his attention from the television for very long. It was a strange sight really, seeing one of the Doctor's previous adventures played out so accurately despite these humans having never been there. Then again, what about this place wasn't strange? Shaking his head he finally managed to ignore it, moving to resume his previous task. Pulling out his screwdriver, he "borrowed" a computer monitor from its display along with several lengths of wire. He did not pay for these items however, opting to simply shoot the shop keep on his way out. From there the Valeyard made his way back to his TARDIS where he would cobble together all these items into... something. A deathray perhaps, or maybe some manner of mind control device.
