Current That isekai idea works until you take into account the advanced part and include things like AI, brain machine interfaces, etc. Knowledge can just be downloaded.

Unless you love kids a little too much, then a prison sentence is what can be done about it.

@ZAVAZggg Despite how crazy Jesse might have seemed, and the weight of his axe, he had excellent control of his weapon and dodged the fist with a turn. He then planted a side kick into Teo’s stomach and used the momentum from the kick to propel himself into a dive roll. There were still some rounds in Jesse’s glock, but he figured he would give this Teo guy a chance before more of these ‘cops’ showed up. At the end of the dive roll, Jesse walked around Teo to the tree his other axe was lodged in, pulling it right out.

Teo stumbled to the side a bit, grunting from the impact of Jesse's kick to his gut. He didn't let this stop him, however, shifting the prod back to its original grip as he performed a charge of his own. Holding the prod out to the side, he prepared himself to ram the device into his opponents ribs to deliver a painful shock.
@ZAVAZggg Jesse smirked.

“Well, Teo, if you are able to take me by force, then you will certainly have earned my compliance.” He smiled as he spun an axe around in his hand “But if I win, you will have to answer some questions.”

With excellent timing, a news helicopter shone a spotlight around both Jesse and Teo. Jesse saw helicopters in the apocalyptic world he lived in, but all were for battle. He noticed no guns on this one, so figured he would just mind it. An axe spun through the air, speeding to chop Teo’s shoulder.

“Think fast!” Jesse yelled, as he rushed Teo with the other axe.

Teo's expression didn't change as he let out what seemed to be a disappointed sigh. Reaching into his coat, he pulled out a fidget spinner of all things and tossed it at the oncoming axe, knocking it off course just enough to nick his coat and not his skin. Reversing his grip on the prod, he swiftly dodged to the side and out of the way of Jesse's charge at the last second, bringing up his fist to hit him right in the jaw.
@ZAVAZggg More cops would surely be on the way, if not the SWAT team. For now, however, it was just Jesse, Teo, the corpses, and anyone who was either hiding or unaware of the scene happening.

Jesse spotted Teo coming at him with a cattle prod. A particular cult had tried to capture him on a number of occasions with cattle prods. But Jesse’s axes were far more reliable, and more deadly. He stood in the glow of a streetlight facing Teo, prepared to end him the same as the officers.

“Funny. You don’t look like the rest of these men. Who are you?”

"Teo," he said simply. "And you, I believe, are the man who's been running around the city murdering people are you not?"

Teo paused, his friendly demeanor falling away in an instant.

"I'm afraid I simply cannot, in good conscience nor sound mind, allow that to continue. So I'm gonna give you two choices-"

He lifts one finger.

"One, you come quietly and we avoid a bunch of unnecessary violence..."

Followed by another.

"Or two, you refuse, and I take you down by force. Your choice, though I do advise you take the first option. I'd hate to spill more blood needlessly."
@ZAVAZggg Few had the stomach to watch, so Teo wouldn’t have trouble finding a spot to view what was happening. Several cops lay dead, with either bullets in their heads or severed limbs. Jesse was still in the middle of the carnage, now coated with blood. He was running low on ammo and getting creative with his axes. He found cover as a couple cops shot, then when one flanked he chopped the arm off at the elbow and switched one of the empty glocks he was using for the cop’s. He gunned down two who were shooting him, then decapitated the one with a severed arm.

“Sir.” Said an officer to Theo “This is a dangerous area. You need to evac-“

The cop didn’t finish before his brains were blown out, a little got on Theo.

Teo glanced at the splatters on his coat briefly, before returning his attention to the carnage.

"What an utterly unpleasant fellow," he said, fishing around for some item in his coat. "And coincidentally the one I just so happen to be looking for."

He pulled his hand free, cattle-prod in his grasp. A determined look on his face, he stepped past the barricades and towards Jesse, intent on putting a hopefully nonviolent end to his massacre.
Speaking of which, I need to update his Google Doc and remove the Perfection Master Spark Power, since he only has ten points total to spend and not sixteen like I originally thought.
Teo, having long since parted ways with his dual-tailed companion and taken some much needed time to clean up, found himself wandering aimlessly down the bustling city streets. After a while however, he was passed by two squad cars, their sirens blaring. Curious as to what all the commotion was about, he followed them, making his way alongside other interested onlookers to the scene of the crime.

@MikkishtheLeprechaun
We should all band together and destroy the Time Lord lol

Teo could do it easily.

You know, if he bothered.
Coldest thing Jesse has done in this rp so far, but he has done worse...

Meanwhile the Valeyard is just like...

HEY STRANGER! YOU EVER WANTED TO SEE THE NEXT STEP IN TIME LORD EVOLUTION?!
@ZAVAZggg Jesse’s hand was quick, able to draw and shoot faster than the common man could even squeeze a trigger. The Valeyard was no common man, as both Jesse and the cops found out when the Valeyard got away. Jesse shot and...missed. It was something extremely uncommon for Jesse to do. He didn’t miss when he took out one of the cops and the other cop, a fresh deputy, succumbed to cowardice and ducked behind a trash can. Jesse walked up, gun trained on the cop who surrendered with fear in his eyes.

“Where am I?” Jesse stated
“The m-maplebrook shshoping center.” The cop responded, bug eyed.
“Who’s territory? What year?”
The cop paused in disbelief
“This is America. 2018.”

Then the backup showed, evident by blue and red lights followed by shouting. The cop Jesse had at gunpoint was stalling and waiting for this backup to arrive. When Jesse knew cops were on their way to his location, he shot the cop.

Meanwhile, in the safety of his TARDIS, the Valeyard had gotten to work cobbling together... something. No outside observer could say what at the moment, it was so unformed and messy, but the monitor he had stolen was emitting an odd glow. One that bathed the tangle of connected wires in an eerie green light as they snaked their way across the workshop floor and up into the back of a metallic chair whose entire design was sculpted to fit the Time Lord, or human, form. At its apex lay a device similar in appearance to a Chameleon Arch, though its purpose was unknown to all save the Valeyard himself.

Whatever its function might be, however, it would most certainly not be good.
@ZAVAZggg
That was pretty interesting and a cool site, but I couldn't join cause of their number 1 rule. :/

Point wasn't to join, point was to learn how overpowered Time Lords actually are.

Which I hope you all have, and realize that they are far more than a madman in a blue police box.
