There are so many stories where some brave hero decides to give their life to save the day, and because of their sacrifice the good guys win, the survivors all cheer, and everybody lives happily ever after. But the hero never gets to see that ending.
They'll never know if their sacrifice actually made a difference. They'll never know if the day was really saved. In the end they just have to have faith.

“Life is a storm, my young friend. You will bask in the sunlight one moment, be shattered on the rocks the next. What makes you a man is what you do when that storm comes. You must look into that storm and shout as you did in Rome. Do your worst, for I will do mine! Then the fates will know you as we know you”
@ColourlessKing yeah and like cosmos said even with high aptitude most people won't know how to control it , aleck only knows how to use his hwayeomsa technique in short amounts as he messed with it before entering the tower , but the finer arts of lightbearing and other hwayeomsa techniques he has no clue how to use
I will refrain from wrecking non-Irregulars with Fast Skip then. Considering they can't use method one on how to escape in that case
@ColourlessKingid say the advantage of picking small to medium shinsoo strength would be you become better at fighting with a weapon and certain techniques like body strengthening , I chose high cause Aleck has the blood of Zahard but he won't really use shinsoo unless it's concerning his lighthouse or hwayeomsa technique
Oh so does that means higher aptitude means lesser control but more power? Huh i'm lucky I chose Po Bidau then all about control does guys.
High Shinsoo aptitude is something that I'd expect to be associated with Wave Controllers and maybe Light Bearers more than anything, in fact high aptitude would probably be the reason for picking them for those positions, but it's something that every position uses to an extent. Shinsoo is used for reinforcement as well as forming rooms/bangs after all.
Keep in mind that a lot of people, even in the Wave Controller classes, were only learning to use Shinsoo for the first time; most were unable to even form one room/bang. It was only people like Laure who could do it already. Also keep in mind that Wave Controller was the smallest of the classes in terms of how many people were a part of it. Outside of people from the Ten Great Families I wouldn't expect anyone to be that proficient with Shinsoo yet, regardless of aptitude; not even Princesses or Irregulars, since the latter won't have any experience with Shinsoo at all.
My character checks out. Especially since Po Bidau is the Support and Control type rather than Eurasia's more blow you up with larger amounts. In any case both are Wave Controller families.
Difference between Regulars , Irregulars and Rankers your characters may be regulars or Irregulars of Irregulars I will only allow three as they are extremely rare. - it's above the regulars ,irregulars and rankers hiders
The walls text make it way too missable. xD
In any case is their any advantage to choosing Small or Medium Shinsoo aptitude everyone seems to be picking High although thats probably because of lineage and status.

Definitely. Scouts are all about relaying information back to the Light Bearer using their Observers, so that the Light Bearer can plan a strategy. I was thinking more about who you want to be in the classes with, but once we get past the 2nd floor the Scouts and Light Bearers will probably need to cooperate a lot.
Yup! In other news, we don't have an anima right now so if people are interested in that. Kaz is gonna die so he doesn't count. XD
They could all work. I think there's a fair amount of crossover between the three positions, since you can have Spear Bearers who fight at close range with a spear as opposed to throwing them, Fisherman who fight at mid-range with a reel and Scouts who act as the first striker in team fights; Regulars who can switch positions between two of those roles probably aren't that uncommon even on lower floors, especially since Fisherman don't seem to require special skills like the other positions.
I guess the most important thing to think about is the position classes. Who do you want to be peers with?
Good point scout and light bearer would be the information pillar of any team.
Sorry, something just came up IRL and I don't think I can faithfully take on this RP as of yet. Maybe when stuff clears up I will have time but for now I might have to hold off.
Do what you gotta do. Honestly pretty easy enough to shoe horn a character in, considering the vast majority of floors. Aswell as the fact it's pretty normal to take a break on a specific floor to just vacation. Only real problem is if the rosters full.
Huh, that's one of the things I was considering. The other was a body reinforcement specialist who either becomes a Dansula or a Defender. I want to find out whether there are some other weapons viable besides a needle/spear for the higher floors though. I've only begun reading the Webtoon since the anime came out, and I'm in the Archimedes arc atm.
While Dansulsa was limited to be a Wave Controller position this ToG doesn't go that direction so. That position basically gives you free rein to use any weapon just by amplifying your Shinsoo on it. Basically Shinsoo weapon users.
