My name is River. I am seventeen years old and I am second in my class in terms of grades. I am poor. I work after school just to feed my small family. My schedule is Wake up, go to school, work, eat, sleep. I can't see colors. Everything is black and white to me. A doctor said my eyes were fine, but no matter what, glasses, eye drops, home remedies. Everything is Black and White and that's fine, because it's my life.

But what if someone told me otherwise? And asked me one question instead?

Hello. Welcome to my request! I'm Demon_Miyu, I've been on this site for about three years, give or take a few months and I recently read a webcomic by the name of Annarasumanara, which gave the inspiration for this roleplay. Now onto the bits and bobbles.

Themes of struggles about money, family and harsh realities, possibly the lengths of which people are willing to go to to remedy these struggles if only for a short time.
Sensitive issues involving mentions/acts of suicide, mentions and/or acts of drug use and abuse of mental and pyshical. Also, themes of sexual nature, should it come up. (Like that's the worst thing in this bit.)
Reminders that the world isn't as Black and White as people often see it and you can still have hope.

I'm looking for someone to play the person in River's life that shows her how to have hope again. The 'Magician' who gives her the power to see color again. I'd like to request that you be fine with playing a male character among as side female characters to move the plot along. Whether the 'Magician' and River form a romantic relationship will depend on the path the roleplay takes. Each actions all of our characters take with have a reward and a consequence on our main characters, along with the World.

~THE GRIMOIRE~

The Grimoire is an ancient text filled artifact from the world parallel to our own. It holds powerful magic inside of it, yet it cannot be used by the world's inhabitants. The Grimoire itself has a will of its own and thus selects it own master, from our world. However there are rules. The master of the book must be a female of the age to marry in their world, aged eighteen at least. Their social status, race and language do not matter. And they must be pure, no drug use, no alcoholic use and must have never been touched by a man.

Every one hundred in their world, ten years pass in ours. So every ten years, a young woman goes missing, but returns after a time has passed, or not at all. And once the Chosen has been sent to their world, a Protector is waiting, every one hundred years, a man of age is chosen to wait in the Temple of the Grimoire until one is sent there. But something odd has happened in this cycle. The Protector died while waiting, for the Chosen hasn't shown. It has been one hundred and eight years since the last Chosen has shown up.

Hello, I am DemonMiyu, I'll be playing the role of the Grimoire's Master. I'm looking for someone to play the Current Protector and the Villain who she has to defeat, also the Grimoire if you want to. There will be scenes of maturity so please be at least or over eighteen. There will be language use, so keep a Latin translation tab handy.
