Seems to be getting pretty quiet here... Everybody still alive?

Draconis yells, swinging down his bo staff through thin air. He looks around with a confused face as he looks around his new environment. Just a moment before he had been fighting someone who had answers and the next he is in some sparse forest. "Where am I? Better yet how did I get here?" That is the question now isn't it? Cade spoke from within Draconis' mind. "Shut up, I need to find some civilization."
Draconis kept his ear to the wind, trying to hear anything that might be around. Suddenly he heard something from the other side of the trees. After a bit of investigating he came across a building with no sign but still had an inviting warmth coming from within. That's a tavern if I ever did see one. Lets go in and get drunk. Draconis rolled his eyes but still opened the door none the less.
Inside Draconis looked around to see all manner of beings about. He didn't know what to make of all this so he made his way to the bar and waited for the bar keep to find his way over.

Hey there everyone, new guy here. This place seemed pretty interesting so I thought I'd pop in. Got myself a char set up, do they need approval before starting or shall I just jump in?

Draconis Alduari/Arcadis "Cade" Thrash

Draconis is a fairly well off man who wears somewhat finer clothing. He has numerous scars on his body from dangerous encounters but he hides the more visible ones quite well. He has a lean muscular build, toned from his rigorous self defense training. Draconis has well groomed black hair that is long enough to sit behind his ears and his eyes are deep enthralling brown.
Cade also prefers to dress in finer clothing as he sees himself as a dastardly gentlemanly fellow. He shares the same scars (being that he is basically an alter ego) as Draconis, though he chooses not to hide them. Arcadis has retractable fangs and claws with which he likes to live up to the last name he had given himself. Cade has the same hair and eyes as Draconis.

Abilities:
Whether this is a power or not is to your discretion. When Draconis is on the verge of losing a battle (and by extent his life) Arcadis shows himself and wreaks havoc on his enemies. He has greater speed and strength as Arcadis along with retractable fangs and claws.

Skills:
Draconis has developed a great efficiency with both lethal and non lethal weapons, preferring the Bo staff and a 9mm pistol. He is also highly skilled with electronics.

Personality:
Draconis is a refined man who likes to keep his surroundings in check. He is a gentleman with the ladies but stern around others. Draconis can be a very friendly person to those who have earned it. While fighting, Draconis prefers a non lethal approach so as to avoid becoming like his other self. Arcadis also sees himself as a gentleman and finds himself to be quite the lady killer. To others, Cade appears to be quite the jerk unless he finds them interesting, in which case he is far less dismissive of them.

Biography:
Draconis used to be an electrical engineer who developed new technologies. He lived a comfortable life not really knowing any dangers. Until one late night at work something went terribly wrong. Draconis should have died that night but instead he learned of the monster lurking within him. The story of Draconis and Arcadis makes Jekyl and Hyde look like child play. Arcadis sprang forward from within Draconis and saved his life, but not without having a little fun while he was free. Draconis was awake the whole time, taking a backseat ride in his own subconscious. When Draconis finally had control again he knew that he had to keep Cade under control. He learned to defend himself so that Arcadis would not make any more appearances. It has been a few years and Cade has only made a handful of appearances but since his awakening Draconis has not been able to keep Cade from speaking to him within his mind.

Hey how goes it

Hello peoples.
I am new to the guild (as is apparent by my posting here) and I thought I'd say hi.
A bit about me? Well I used to rp quite a lot (nothing extravagant or anything just some casual rp) over on gaiaonline. But anyone who knows gaia knows that its basically dead. With that place being dead I haven't done this stuff in a while so I'm a bit rusty (fair warning to anyone who interacts with me, also my posts will all be by phone since I have no internet so bear with me). I look forward to getting back into the swing of things so hopefully I'll see you in the threads.
