I have a quick question what do this thing mean?

[Please, don't let this get after 300. This is designed to be something hard to raise. For every 100 you unlock a tier and get a perk point, which you can spend in sub-tiers for new abilities. Class Mastery advances as you use abilities. I will inform you every time you reach the next 100. Perk points can also be obtained from events and other things of the like.]

i have the assassin class.......

xD I said a mix of those 3 not making an assassin don't worry.

I just have a question for the stats, if they are everyone lvl I get 10 pts then that would mean if I was say lvl 40 I would have 400 points to put in the stats right?

Well Lets see......We've got a map! The first post holds all the stuff about CS's. just don't be OP. There's three guilds, Liberation Group, who are fighting to try and free everyone, New Terror who want to kill the Liberation Group and live in the game forever, and Debauchery Tea Party who just want to enjoy life and have fun in the game. We've got a few mages, a couple of gunners/rangers, a monk or two, a OP as fuck 'specialist' who basicly has no ability cool down or mana cost, 1 'zerker, and no tanks as far as I can tell. The GM's are Lucus, Rin, and shiho (GM). I'm 'Lore Master' as in I build races, cities, stories 'n shit, but not the plot. I also play the guild master of DTP(Debauchery Tea party). A devastatingly powerful Elemental mage who is more interested in enjoying himself and learning than anything else. the leader of New terror is played by the GM and is a sadist gunner, No one is in The Liberation Front except one guy who's basically your stereotypical 'murican.

Ok thanks Eddie, and looks like Liberation needs some help xD.
