Pardon me @Dragonydas, I have another question when convenient. Would we be allowed to create/control minor NPCs, like a next door neighbor, in order to have a chat if no other PCs are in the same area for example?

Resident neighbours, I'm not really a fan. If it's part of the staff, I won't mind. I'll probably need to make a list of all the staff that exists in the Condos, but for now, just know that the cleaning staff is mostly a bunch of non-sentient slimes that act as roombas, with their slime queen, who is sentient, giving them orders.

No rooms on the ground floor, but there are elevators and ramps for those that can't climb stairs.

Also, I think there's a small misunderstanding about the floors. Probably due to localization. There is a "0th" floor. This is where the ameneties / front desk is located. The rooms are all on the floor above that. So technically, all the buildings have 6 floors instead of 5 as I said before. The 1st floor is the floor where the rooms begin.

Anyways! Question for the great gm! I'm almost done my post but I gotta ask, @Dragonydas. Is there a tranquility room per building? Cause at the rate I'm going, Iris is going through them like candy lol. If there is only one, then I'm gonna have to fix my post up a bit.

There are three tranquility rooms per building. And they are repaired and cleaned righter after use.

Question, actually, especially for @Dragonydas but also in terms of expectation from everyone else: we have a lot of people, are we expected to wait until everyone's had a round before we post again?

With this many people and possible scenes, I'd say waiting for rounds within your own scene is perfectly acceptable. I would just be conscientious of not letting one scene go with 60-70 replies overnight while the others are paused, lol.

"Ah. Good morning Mr Nereus." Said Theris as all the snakes in her head hissed a good morning back. "I hope you had a good night. Since I get you here, how was the water condition this morning? We've received some reports on broken filters."

Theris held up a folder with many pages inside. She had just started her day and some complains were already in the desk, probably left by the night clerk. Still, this was her job, and she was used to dealing with them. Then, both Xena and Layla imediatly turned to the front door. There was something coming... something ancient... something hungry...

As Velvet walked in, Theris sighed in relief and chuckled at her request. "Lady Coventry, You sure got my little girls all riled up. Both Layla and Xena were feeling your hunger from outside. Is everything alright? I wasn't expecting to see you this early in the morning."

As Qaymu passed by, she nodded. "Have a nice walk sir. Do be carefull as per usual."
