Timothy Raddington
Profession:Freelance Photographer
Age: 22
Gender: Male
Backstory: Timothy was originally a country bumpkin who dreamed of living in the city… so he did. However, jobs weren’t easily available to a young man without any qualifications whatsoever. Having no intentions to work at a fast-food joint, he fell back on the skill he had developed over the years as a hobby; photography. Though not necessarily an easy job, he’s had decent success as a freelancer in the city. Helping out in local events, private parties, photoshoots and so on and so forth. Age: 28.
Gender: Female.
Appearance:Madison is 5'7" and solid in build from her work in the Firefighting service. Under her eyes are dark bags and her skin is pale and blotchy, partially from burns and abrasions, and partially from general lethargy. Her eyes are gray and her hair is black.Backstory:Madison has always been a farm girl stuck in the city, ever since moving away from her family's farm to live with her uncle in the city. It was supposed to be a short-term arrangement, she would come in and learn about city life, gain some experience and be sent on her way back home with new prospects and a new outlook. At least, that is what her parents told her years ago. Money problems at the farm along with troubles on the home-front, threatening her parent's marriage, made Madison stay in the city. A few weeks more turned into a few months more. A few months became a few years, and by the time her parents had settled their disputes and issues, she was already comfortably settled in and employed with the local Fire Department.
The work was hard and arduous, just like back at home. It made her feel useful. Until she first learned about the Zed problem. She had been used to responding to collapses in buildings as much as the average person could be, but one could never really get used to seeing one man eating another. After seeing it, and watching as it was dismissed as a solitary case of psychosis, she withdrew from her team. Seeing it changed her and she knows that. Profession: Chef.
Name: Tyson Matthews.
Age:27.
Gender: Male.
Appearance:
Backstory: Tyson was born in an average family in a small city. His father worked as a chef and his mother was just a ordinary housewife. Thanks to his father's profession, Tyson was able to eat all kinds of cuisine when he was still a kid. By the age of fifteen, he was able to recreate half of what his father had cooked for him at home. He started to work with his father at the same hotel restaurant at the age of twenty.
Tyson's skill improved a little bit day by day, at a point where the small city he lived in could not offered him a better position and salery. He decided to move out from his house and jumped into the big city, working in a famous hotel's kitchen where he will received three times the salary as a Sous Chef de Cuisine.
Tyson wasn't a typical chef in that he was skinny, surprisingly so. Yet in other ways he was perfectly typical. His opinion was the right one, always, no-one else could hold a valid point of view if it wasn't consistent with his own. He prowled the kitchen like a caricature of himself, the eyes popping more everyday and his mouth becoming thinner, tighter. He only ever let out a big smile when he tasted his own food.

Fresh baked CS right out of the oven...Name: Erik Wright
Profession: Former Police Sergeant
Age: 46
Gender: Male
Backstory
Born in the suburbs. His early life wasn’t special by any means; B’s in school and without much else to his name. He came into the police force when he was 25 after being unemployed for a few years.
It’s the big city, so naturally, he had some opportunities to prove himself. That he did over 10 years, helping bust a few of the city’s crime rings (although he was the guy to charge in and do the arrests, not the one to actually discover key member identities and collect evidence). he was promoted, eventually, to Sergeant when he was 36. After that is when things started going to hell.
The Virus took a while to come to the US, but when it did, it was total chaos. He was bounced around several jurisdictions before he saw combat. What he found scarred his mind forever and in all instances after that: the disgusting gaping maws, horrendous shrieks, superhuman speed. They left a mark on his mind that made him absolutely paranoid - he would wake up in the middle of the night, yelling, and grabbing whatever was at hand and swinging for a few seconds before he calmed down. he still does that, sometimes.
The line he was on fell completely; the rag-tag band of National Guard survivors and city police. he fled to his hotel room when things went sour, leaving his friends to die. He doesn’t think anyone noticed him. That, too, wears down on him. These days, he is still paranoid, but has enough stability to carry on normally unless he gets in a particularly nasty encounter with any infected. Then he starts to get jittery…
Personality(added section): He has a long-standing bias against looters, thieves and criminals of any kind, going so far as to outright refuse to work with them. he finds religion hogwash, and anything relative to infected almost infects his mind with negative thoughts of the bad kind (the ones where you imagine what happens to you when they catch up). He has a critical flaw otherwise; and that is in the form of his hand-eye coordination. In melee fighting and when he’s calm, it is alright (although I am not sure how he could be calm when fighting, but I digress). It’s when he has a gun his accuracy goes down a little; he almost flunked target practice in his training. If he’s trying to shoot infected and isn’t aiming low or at a wide belly, chances are he will manage to hit the one window with civilians in it rather than one of a group of 6 infected.
Skills: Some melee fighting skill, capable of operating many gun types (although not the best aim for a few reasons), strategic clearing (slowly and cautiously can check things out in an area). In accordance with the previous skill, he is also decent at scavenging. What he should never do is be given food to cook or a musical instrument...
Starting Equipment: Large backpack, seven granola bars, a jug of half full not the best tasting water, strong boots (thanks to a little wandering), his police badge and a medium sized rock.
Starting Weapons: A crowbar and a revolver (I’m horrible with names of things such as guns, so bare with me) with 8 bullets, and a spare round for a shotgun (that he does not have).
Bravery: 4
(He’s usually more of a 5 in most situations, but if it’s anything to do with infected? It’s a 4 or if there’s a horde, probably more like 3)
Psychological Stability: 4
(If anything, he’s a little more… out of control when it comes to zombies, and doesn’t really take regard for what’s around him, he just wants those buggers dead and friendly fire could happen)
Reaction Speed: 7
(He reacts fast, sometimes a little too fast; if it’s a gun then his accuracy takes a big hit, but if it is his crowbar then prepare to get whacked)
Physical Strength: 6
(Well, I would think a former cop could hold a little more than a pencil, eh?)
Constitution: 6
(He can take a few blows)

Okay, wow, looks like we have enough to start already.
I'll update the character list, segregating it into those who have accepted party control, and those who haven't, to make it easier for players to reference. After that, I'll work on the first IC post and push all of you out into the merry world that awaits each of your characters :D
EDIT: Oh, oh, and could you all move your sheets to the character tab now? I'll put links to them at the top of the first OOC post, so that myself and others can find them easily.
