This concept of a mind-controlling Super is pretty good. I'd like to see some fights between the vigilantes. I'd REALLY like to see Wraith vs Reaper.

Drink more water. Find an exercise program, for cardio, lifting, or mix it both. Men, eat more saturated fats and protein. Avoid soda and excessively drinking alcohol. Get at least 7 hours of sleep.
