Squad One - The Budding Flowers

Generic Information

Name: Kossetsu Kaguya Age: Nine. (9) Almost ten. Birthplace: Unknown. Clan: Kaguya Weight/Height: 91 / 4'10 1/2 Rank: Genin

Combat Information

Kekkei Genkai: Shikotsumyaku, or Dead Bone Pulse. Chakra Nature: Earth Techniques: Kossetsu's Kekkai Genkai techniques are focused mainly on 'dances' named after flowers, due to the speed, grace, and lethalness. He doesn't have a wide variety, like previous Kaguyas before him, but it's because he focuses on mastering his current dances before moving on to different ones. The Dance of the Rose Petals - Kossetsu pulls a long, thin, and razor-sharp bone rapier from his left fore-arm, pulling it out from his palm first. He then stabs and jabs at the opponent, each jab becoming faster and faster until his arm is practically a blur, the after-images of his arms making a haze that oddly looks like that of a rose petal. The Dance of the Dandelion Seeds - Kossetsu pulls two of his ribs out, the bones turning into two scimitar-like blades. This dance focuses on confusing movements and agility, nearly like the fluttering seeds of a Dandelion, with Kossetsu using odd, yet agility-heavy movements and spins with his blades. Ten-Finger Drill Bullets - Hardened bone pellets are shot from Kossetsu's finger-tips, blasting forward at a fast pace, all the while spinning in a drilling movement for extra speed and puncturing capability. Due to the regeneration of his fingertip bones, this allows for a large barrage, although it is depended on his chakra. Weapons/Tools: Kossetsu possesses the standard ninja tools, hidden in a pouch on his pants. This includes ninja-wire, shuriken, and kunai, along with exploding tags. He has a few summoning scrolls, filled with different clothing Weaknesses/Strengths: Strength-wise, close combat is literally where Kossetsu comes in. His talent, along with his Kekkai Genkai, naturally makes close combat especially easy for the young child. His skills with weaponry is top-notch, and he rather enjoys using his bones to skewer and decapitate opponenets; something people find rather...odd about the Kaguya. Combined with his natural speed, agility, and reflexes, it makes him extremely deadly in close-quarters. On the Weakness-side, however, it is mental. His clan was killed in front of him; every single one, by invading ninja, and this has made him...sociopathic isn't the correct word. Let's just say...fragile. He thinks of things most other children do not, and has a 100-mile stare that can creep out even the dead. Similarly, his Genjutsu is practically non-existant, and he isn't skilled in breaking out of them, either, although pain has been his number-one way so far. His ninjutsu is average, and he has been attempting to sharpen it.

Personal Information

Personality: Growing up into a clan that were nothing but savage beasts, Kossetsu, obviously, 'rebelled' in the only way he knew how; being as peaceful as he possibly could. It was hard, very hard, and details in his history has changed him. Calm, tranquil, and almost 'shy' on the outskirts, it is actually not shyness. Rather, he is distant with everyone he meets, and although he is respectful on the outside, he is actually only treating others with coldness. He doesn't understand 'friendship', and despite being able to imitate emotions to some degree, he is generally confused about 'love' and 'kindness', having not experienced it much, if at all, in his life. Due to this, despite being quiet, when he talks, he may say something that is not morally 'right', thus creating confusion or anger. His face is always carefully apathetic, and once angered - which is incredibly hard - Kossetsu becomes like that of his clan; savage, wreckless, and bloodthirsty - a side-effect of his childhood. Backstory: Kossetsu was born into the Kaguya clan, somewhere near the Land of Iron. There, he was bred thusly for war; His father was the clan head, and his mother was the clan head's wife; obviously, the barbaric, bloodthirsty people of his clan thought that he would become the thirstiest of them all, and eventually lead them into greatness. True enough, Kossetsu was strong; a prodigy, one would say, in the manipulation of his bones, and in sparring in general. He was trained into the ground day after day by his savage father, while his mother watched from the sidelines, a brutal glint in her eyes. Day after day, hour after hour, physical and mental pain was brought onto the small boy. Eventually it became too much, and he refused. Refused to gut the training dummy. Refused to spar with his father. And, refused his clan. They were shocked, and outraged. He was thrown into the Kaguya Pits, and although he stopped himself from killing the slaves and bandits that were thrown in, he was injured, weakened, and beaten bloody every single day he spared their life; his father having stopped them before they could do the finishing blow. At the age of seven, he was broken. Spiritually broken. And that's when they tried it. His clansmen were a savage people. They had tried invasions before, and won, but this was foolhardy. Charging through the Land of Iron and pillaging for what it's worth? Imbeciles! Kossetsu managed to sneak away during their raid on a smaller ninja village called Tokunutsi, and had to fight his way out, barely managing to drag himself across the land. He barely made it to a caravan that were on their way to sell their goods to Konohagakure, and was brought to the hospital there, where the Council learned of his bloodline. News reached him a day later, whilst he was recovering in the hospital; the entirety of the Kaguya clan...dead...killed. He spared no tears, but sadness enveloped him. They were cruel. Ruthless. Violent. Savages...but they were all he had, and he was only a little boy. There, he decided, he would become a ninja, and eventually help the Shinobi World return to peace, so that no other blood will be shed. Since then, he has been enrolled into the academy, graduating early, at the age of nine, due to his skills. He lives in the newly-built, yet empty Kaguya Compound, and when he is of age, will be liable to marry a female to restart the clan. However, that is far into the future. Allies: Himself. Enemies: Those who challenge him, and threats to world peace.

Megumi Sugimoto

Generic Information

Name: Megumi Sugimoto Age: 12 Birthplace: Sugimoto Estate (On the southern border of the Land of Fire) Clan: The Sugimoto clan was a clan who mostly sought to resolve any conflict with their supperior genjutsu. Having some of the strongest genjutsu in the world they were a clan who thought highly of themselves and had the pride to go along with it. Compared to the Uchiha or other big clans they weren't nearly as popular or even well known, seeing as they lived on the outer edges of the land of fire avoiding being involved with anything to do with the world for the most part. Due to this not all of their secrets were revealed to the world, and some wonder if even the Hokage knew all there was to know. Sadly though it wouldn't seem to matter. Fifteen years ago the Two-tailed Bijuu destroyed the entire Sugimoto estate killing off nearly all of them, and those that it didn't kill died from severe injuries within weaks, all but one. Combat Information

Kekkei Genkai: Kagami yo-me (Mirror World Eye) is the Doujutsu of the Sugimoto clan. Through this ocular jutsu the Sugimoto clan invoke their superior Genjutsu which allows them to psychologically ruin their opponents in an instant at the highest levels, and perform even more advanced techniques, though these are a mystery to the rest of the world... Chakra Nature: Wind Techniques: Kagami yo-me: The D-S rank Doujutsu of the Sugimoto clan. The time this Jutsu takes to take affect depends on the level at which the user is at: D rank: 2 seconds of eye contact, C rank: 1.5 seconds of eye contact, B rank: 1 second of eye contact, A rank: .5 seconds of eye contact, S rank: Instantaneous. After the Jutsu takes effect on a victim the user can cast any form of genjutsu on the victim that they are currently capable of. Whether it's using an already existing Genjutsu or creating a false reality of their own making. The strength and durability of the genjutsu depends on the level of the user and also if the user tries to do too much with the ability at a low level the victim will likely be able to get out of the genjutsu easily. At this moment Megumi is at a C rank for this technique. Weapons/Tools: Senbon which are hidden in various locations on her person and coated in a narcotic hallucinogen. Weaknesses/Strengths: Skilled in Taijutsu Naturally gifted in Genjutsu due to her Kekkei Genkai Suffers from major depression and is prone to panic attacks which is all due to being alone her entire life and anyone she meets wants nothing to do with her. Isn't very good at ninjutsu though this is partially due to not being taught anything.

Personal Information

Personality: Megumi tries to be happy and optimistic, but normally this is always shattered by her eternal loneliness or someone putting her down in one way or another, never the less Megumi keeps on trying to be positive no matter how many panic attacks she has or how hurt she feels emotionally. Backstory: Megumi Sugimoto was born into the Sugimoto clan. A clan which seemed to be unrivaled in Genjutsu. This didn't seem to help her clan when the Two-tailed Bijuu came after them. Basically wiping out Megumi's entire clan and what little did survive the attack dieing off from severe injuries. Being at the time one of the few survivors and nothing to really lose Megumi was chosen to be the Jinchuuriki for the newly captured Two-tailed Bijuu. Megumi grew up having the hopes of becomimg a ninja and hopefully making friends finally. Though without a family Megumi was forced to live off what she could get on her own. She was lucky enough that the Hokage gave her an apartment within the village, but a lot of the adults had an issue with her due to her being the Jinchuuriki. Megumi didn't let this kill her dreams and hopes, well at least after she got used to it. Because she felt so unwanted for the longest time Megumi didn't end up in the academy. Instead she trained on her own wanting to prove everyone wrong, and she was going to do it on her own!What she hadn't realised at the time was that she had no clue what to do for that. So she began working on Taijutsu alone not knowing what else to do. After years of soley practicing her tiajutsu Megumi eventually had her own free-styled taijutsu, and an above average speed to go with it. Then her Kekkei Genkai awakened. Her Kagami yo-me was something that everyone in her bloodline achieved, it might be a different age, but everyone had it. It was a way of proving you were a true Sugimoto. After she awakened it though, Megumi would secretely use it on villagers to practice her genjutsu, making significant progress. When she wasn't practicing that though it was back to taijutsu. Megumi had become even faster and on top of that the Hokage had finally found out about what she was doing for her secret training, both genjutsu and taijutsu. The Hokage seemed impressed at her progress especially since she had done it all on her own, though the Hokage also scolded her for how she trained her genjutsu. Eventually after a couple months more the academy students were going to be graduating, and the Hokage had decided that Megumi would be put into one of their squads. Hearing that was one of the happiest days of her life, and Megumi trained even harder for those last few months determined not to let them down. Allies: Anyone who accepts her. Enemies: Anyone who wants to harm her, or anyone she considers an allie.

Squad Two - The Growing Fangs

Kiyomi Nishihara

Generic Information

Name: Kiyomi Nishihara Age: 12 Birthplace: Konohagakure Clan: Nishihara Weight/Height: 82lbs/4'9 Squad: Squad Two

Combat Information

Kekkei Genkai: N/A Chakra Nature: Water Techniques: Kiyomi being uninterested in the academy lessons only know the Replacement technique and the transformation technique. Mystical Palm Distortion - Should be noted that she uses a reverse of this to releave tension to help her team mates. Lesser Summoning Technique: A personal D-rank summoning technique used to summon weapons to the user through symbols either tattooed onto the body or symbols stitched into their clothes, also could just be like on a basic scroll. Weapons/Tools/appearance add ons!: Too many to bother telling...Instead I shall tell you of where the Symbols are for her summoning technique to acquire her tools. Kiyomi has several tattoos scattered over her body, though they are all small and of the same design. She has one on each leg where her pockets are located on her pants, one on each upper arm near the shoulder, a bigger tattoo on her back of a unique design, one on the bottom of each foot, and also a final one in her mouth with it's own symbol as well. Also she must simply exert chakra from that part of her bady to activate it. Also since this includes appearance details she looks younger than in the picture and shorter! Weaknesses/Strengths: Percision is dead on with ranged weaponry, to miss would be absurd. Extreme chakra control, thus uses medical ninjutsu even though she's a genin, though not very advanced yet. Fairly decent at Taijutsu but lacks physical strength so if she runs out of chakra with her medical ninjutsu to amplify her attacks to weaken her opponents all she can do is dodge with her skill. Has no deadly jutsu at this time and solely relies on her weapons to kill. Again is physically weak so can't take many hits.

Personal Information

Personality: Kiyomi is deadly in battle and on task. Outside of battle though she is actually a really easy going, fun loving, excited person, but she only is like that with her friends...People who are not her friends she's a total bitch to and treats them like they're beneath her if she doesn't have interest in being their friend. Backstory: There wasn't really anything special in Kiyomi's life until her Mother and Brother both died the same year on missions. After that Kiyomi was extremely determined to do the best she could to keep her friends and allies from dieing. This was only increased by the fact that her brother's body was never found, only his squad mates which were completely mutilated from the damage were found. With the motivation she'd gained from that her father taught her the technique passed down in their family that allowed them to summon ninja tools easily, not a Kekkei Genkai, but no other family to this day used the technique really. So from an early age Kiyomi trained with tools, honing her skills and by the time she entered the academy she could already use ninja tools perfectly being the top in her class for the subject. On top of that her brothers former fiance stayed in touch with Kiyomi since they'd become close friends and she started teaching Kiyomi medical ninjutsu knowing how Kiyomi felt and is still teaching her to this day. Allies: Not bad people... Enemies: Bad people...?

Squad Three - The Flourishing Storm

Oukami Takara

Generic Information

Name: Oukami Takara Age: Thirteen Birthplace: Unknown, Presumed to be Konohagakure Clan: The Oukami clan is relatively small compared to other great clans, but have at least a handful spread in many of the other villages. Most of this is madeup of the fact that many of their members are orphans adopted from their respected villages, or children bred by said adopted orphans. A people whose origins were rooted in betrayal, they are raised to lie and cheat, and while they may pledge allegiance to their respective homes, their final loyalty stands with their family. As such, the clan is often taught at a young age to think ahead, to plan routes that will in the end help more than harm their people, if not affect them at all. Though they do not have any Kekkai Genkai to be known of, much less known at all by the populous, their line has become famous for trickery and lies. Weight/Height: 92lbs; 4'9" Rank: Genin (D Rank)

Combat Information

Kekkei Genkai: N/A Chakra Nature: Water Release Techniques: Takara has learned the standard Academy techniques, and is close to mastering Oboro Bunshin no Jutsu Weapons/Tools: Takara carries the standard genin tools, and like most Oukamis has above average knowledge on the usage of senbon. It is not his primary weapon of choice, however, as the Oukami has assigned him with two iron fans. The ends are sharpened tips that can be precoated with poison, hidden packs of which are hidden on his body. For emergencies sake, he carries four small knives on him, one hidden on his right leg, another on his left forearm, and two small blads that can be kicked out from either the front or back of either of his shoe soles. Weaknesses/Strengths: As can be identified by the above, Takara is very weapons-based, and all weapons involve close combat. Due to having been taken out of the Academy for a year, Takara got extra practice on the use of his weaponry, thus making him more fluid and adept at his motions. That said, the Oukami is not well known for their ninjutsu practice, thus having Takara lag behind even the younger members of the Academy. Not only that, but his frail frame is evident in comparison with other students, easily snapped in half if caught. Thankfully, Takara is quick on his feet, not to mention is getting better at sleight of hand or tricking opponents' eyes into his "disappearance". Though Takara has mastered lying as most children easily do, he still has much trouble with his deceitful movements, his strides often too wide or his breathing too loud.

Personal Information

Personality: Takara is the poster person for averageness. That is, he would be if his appearance were not so effeminate, and his size so petite. Besides that, he is easily agreeable, laughing with the crowd, and silent with them as well. His eyes and ears have been trained to pick up on social cues, so that speaking with him is easy and comfortable, to the point where he even mimicks your actions and nuances. This makes him easy to befriend, as his interests seem to always match with yours, and just when you want to introduce him to your friends, you realize too late that you never knew his name and that whatever he said was always whatever you said, but just worded differently. He's not exciteable to say the least, but is very good at faking it, and is also very good at faking solemness or respect. There's not a trace about him that reeks of untrustworthiness, his small and simple presence almost a relief to be around. Takara always smiles when he can basically, and is a generally happy kid, but it's obvious when his family is mentioned or if he's in front of them he's a bit more professional, his beautiful smiling face replaced with stoicness and calm. Backstory:

The earliest memory Takara has is being told that his name meant "treasure" while the orphanage head touched his pale skin, searching for clothes that fit him. The second earliest memory he has is how cleanly the man's hand was sliced off, a spatter of blood barely touching him. It was on that same day, at four years of age, he was adopted from the orphanage along with another girl. Both had been touched inappropriately by the man in the orphanage, and both were wary of the adults. This changed almost immediately, however, the two finding themselves enveloped in the warmth and love and kindness. A year after this, when he and his "sister" were five, the two were taken to the Basement. Needless to say, it was exciting for the two of them, as all of the shinobi that walked out from the room often walked out exhausted but even more loving than before. They wondered, much like innocent children often do, what wonders awaited them. Upon arrival, they were greeted by two other branches of Oukami children around the same age, both branches having three children each. A total of eight children found themselves locked into a steel room, barren spare a small window above the steel door, which none of them could reach due to their size. The children had fun at first, sharing their experience with the Oukami home, speaking with crude language about their past orphanages, small whispers in their sleep having bred the children to despise their lives before Oukami. After a while of sitting and laughing, however, the children grew bored and tired, calling out for food, trying to bang on the steel walls or door, some tears being shed. At this, the wave of water began from the small window, rushing too quickly to be natural, rising quickly from their ankles to their knees, and soon, their waist. The first child to go under was Takara, the water having formed into five respective clones, all of which were more water than person, one of which pulled down the blonde child underwater. Needless to say, basic instincts kicked in, and he fought and kicked, his lungs burning by the time he was allowed to resurface. This happened to each child, four or five at a time, the ones above surface too busy trying to cough air back into their lungs to try and save one another. Eventually, as the water rose to their shoulders, the water clones started to ask questions, starting from, "Which Oukami cooks the best dumplings?" which eventually led up to, "Which Oukami is worth dying for." Everytime, Takara would list a few names, seeking solace in the memory of his family's warmth until eventually the answer lead up to, "Everyone," every time. Every child answered as such, and after what seemed like forever and one resucitation, Takara found the room drained with the opening of the door, the children walking out single file to leave the basement. So oxygen deprived and water-shocked were the children that they barely recognized that though a band of eight walked in, only seven walked out. Upon leaving the basement, Takara and the others understood finally why everyone was so much kinder- it was a relief to find warm and familiar faces than that of the unnamed strangers, Takara even shedding a few tears of relief as his adoptive mother cooed and toweled him down. Training continued in this way, and when Takara was eight, he and his "sister" were given their weapons, his being his adoptive mother's twin fans. His training in the Basement began to be more extensive, forced to read through scrolls as he practiced with senbon, as well as the open and closed forms of his fans. Each reading forced him into more detail about acupuncture and sensitive points in the human body, Takara's small body being pushed as he was forced to put more effort in pressing the heavy fans. The stranger that trained him in the Basement changed every time so that he didn't get too comfortable with one, each of their torture regimens varying in levels of pain. By chance, when Takara was eleven, he had to take his sister's place for one man especially enthusiastic about punishments, stating that for every miss of pressure point or mistake in his form, he would have a needle struck into one of his pressure points, to send inside him pain. Takara got much better at handling the heavy fans after that. This entire time, Takara had been attending school as a normal student, along with other kids his age. When he was twelve, however, the year he was supposed to graduate, he suddenly dropped out from the Academy. The reasoning was, with his schooling, Basement trainings became more refocused on loyalty. As his fingers were broken, he was asked personal questions, no more about cooking and more about if this relative had done shady things, or if that relative was doing another thing. They were all truths that Takara had learned to deny or agree, his mind being melded to find a way to cause the least damage to his family. He learned this lesson after his first mistake, admitting that he had in fact seen dubious documents in his auntie's room, to which the punnishment was the breaking of his forearm. So severe was it that Takara passed out from pain, awaking to a crying and worried woman- the very aunt he had outed. Regret immediately washed over Takara that he didn't even mind the fact that he wound up dropping out the rest of the Academy school year in order to continue his loyalty training, the rest of his time spent with his aunt to apologize for betraying her. Takara returned to the Academy the following year, and though he was evidently the oldest, years of torture training affecting his growth to the point where his size was similar to the others. At the moment his loyalty training has started to lighten up, and has started to focus more on poison and getting himself used to his own brand so that he doesn't accidentally kill himself with the wrong swipe of a fan. As of now, Takara will still vomit at the accidental intake of his poison, which is a better substitute than straight up slowly dying.

Allies: His loyalty will always stand with the Oukami clan, but will also become an ally to any who ask of it. It is more whimsical, his allegiance with others, able to turn on you in mere seconds after finishing a deal. He is more likely to be loyal if he's made to sign an actual agreement instead of just saying it out loud. Enemies: Anyone against his allies. Other: Though his bones have been fully rehealed, there was a stint in the process and one of his legs are slightly shorter than the other. It's not enough to truly affect him, but has required retraining in sneaking around.

Generic Information Name: Shin Tanaka Age: 12 Birthplace: Sunagakure Clan:N/A Weight/Height: 89/ 4'10" Squad: TBD Combat Information Kekkei Genkai: N/A Chakra Nature: Raiton Techniques: Chakra Threads Puppet Techniques: Shin is able to control the movements of his puppets with no delay between his commands and the actions of the puppet through the chakra threads. Even though his puppet has ten weapons within its frame, Shin can only draw out half of the weapons and is unable to detach any of the body parts. He is able to use two weapons at a time in several different combinations to provide support for his team. Weapons/Tools: The only tool used by Shin is a puppet that resembles the Karasu puppet that was created by the great puppet master Sasori. All weapons within his puppet are dipped in the Tanaka special poison and he carries an antidote with him at all times. Karasu Weaknesses: Shin is not skilled at close hand to hand combat and is actually extremely weak in and physical combat. Strengths: Has excellent chakra control and concentration during battle. Personal Information Personality: Shin is the quiet type who does not make many friends considering his background. He does not trust a lot of people and prefers to be by himself instead of meeting new people which makes the prospect of having to join a team not that appealing since he would have to interact with others on a regular basis, but he does secretly wish that during this time on a team he would be able to make some lasting friends for once. He isn't always opposed to meeting new people and can be friendly at times with other people meaning he is always open to talking with others. Backstory: Shin Tanaka was born in Sunagakure to a family skilled in the mastery of the puppet techniques. His parents were both shinobi for the Hidden Sand Village and were gone most of the time on missions but whenever they were home they spend their time with their son helping to create new puppets that would be used on the next mission. This peaceful life went on for the first eight years of his life before Shin's father was taken into custody for experimentation with human puppets forcing the rest of his family out of Sunagakure out of shame for what had been done and that was how they ended up in Konoha. When they finally moved to Konoha Shin never felt like he fit in with the other kids his age which was the start of him becoming quiet and just working on puppets in his spare time. Shin's mother eventually convinced him to join the academy with the other kids his age so that when he grew up he would be able to redeem their family. Allies: His team people from his class. Enemies: Anyone that mistreats him for his past and hurts his teammates.
