... Okay, so I was writing up the bio for Fumiko and a flash of genius idea hit me. What if Fumiko is the ancestor of that cabbage guy? Maybe not the direct descendant, considering she doesn't really want to be a farmer forever (maybe she'll make a cabbage enterprise and her cabbages would be the best cabbages and have a monopoly of them). I'm actually serious about this premise, no matter how ridiculous that sounds. And if it's weird, that's because I am tired but I feel it important enough to ask.

If not, that's okay, too. I have questions, though: what lessons are there in the University? Nevermind I looked it up and Ba Sing Se University have its wiki: http://avatar.wikia.com/wiki/Ba_Sing_Se_University. I'll have her learn about mathematics for accounting and science to have the best cabbages.

Edit: Actually, a legit question this time and I have no idea if this is in the wiki. If it is, I apologize for asking (I actually have not finished ATLA (heresy, I know) and only LoK so my knowledge isn't at tip-top shape) but are farms outside of Ba Sing Se or in it? I don't think it's in it, since it is an enclosed city so would that mean Fumiko's family would have to get out of the city and do the farming then haul it back in to sell the goods? Or would Fumiko's family not own a farm (they live in the Lower Ring) since those in the Middle Ring / Upper Ring would be rich enough to hold one and her family would only be hired help?

Third Colony: Arcadia (A Sci-fi life exploration rp)

@SpiritAre Artificial Intelligences fair game here? I want to establish an AI information broker that my character goes to for missions.

I'm also curious if this is mainly a world-building focused RP or if there will be plot points to go through, maybe topple an organization or something? Just wanted to be more clear on that.

A recommendation, if you may. For the general information of Aliens and other factions and stuff, I think it would be good to have a singular codex area to check in, maybe sneak it in in your first OOC post at the bottom or in the Zeroth thread of the CS tab. (It's okay to ignore this. Sorry if I'm stepping on toes here.)

On another note, 5 days till Uni's here and I'm currently in 4 or 5 RP right now (some aren't very active and even haven't gone past the interest check but I'm invested and have to keep it in mind). I should be able to create at the very least my PC character once inspiration strikes before Uni starts. If I'm oddly silent, it's because I hit a writer's block and doubting myself (or being lazy but shh, I'm doing my best to be cooperative but sometimes I just can't find the inspiration or the motivation). Just ping me if that happens. I'd be chastised, embarrassed, and would finally get my head out of my ass and write.

For now, I sleep.

I may go for Earth #1 since it fits, at least I think, the personality that I want for Fumiko. Ah, if only the male Sokka fanart could pass as female, it would be better.

Just to clarify though, the picture has to belong to the Avatar world but not necessarily have to be in the art style of ATLA and/or LoK right? Coz the latter's what I'm doing which is mostly whats making this more difficult for me.

I might be going for a broke Earth Kingdom citizen that is secretly a pretty bad firebender (can only light candles /exaggeration) attending the University, doing her best to just go with the flow and hopefully not get disappeared. I dub her, Fumiko.

Gonna write that sheet up tomorrow. This is more to remind me what I'll be going for because memory is a fickle thing.

I'll make sure to create aliens and world build. It would be great writing exercise as well as dip my foot in sci-fi. @McHaggisWhat kind of people are allowed in the University? Only Earthbenders/Earth Kingdom citizens? Also, you are an Earth Kingdom Citizen even if you are mixed blood, yes? Kinda feel like making a firebender just minding her own business or a very gung-ho airbender that's ready to slap a bitch.

I am interested on how this would go and am intrigued that this universe is disconnected to the reality we have right now. Nevertheless, I wanna see how this goes so count me in! Worldbuilding is always awesome.
