Quite excited about this. Very rarely do I come across a magic based RP where Nekos are listed specifically. If there's anything wrong with m CS, I'd be happy to speak with you. I realize also that I am being rather presumptuous with writing her up as a World Knight right off the bat. But I felt it a shame to see Throx and the ideas you put to it fall to the wayside. I feel also that a neko would be more at home in a forest than a city.

=^,-,^= Nyaa!
Esailia's brows furrowed in confusion at the woman's statement. Of course she meant no harm. Not like there were any murderers in these woods. It was just standard to announce yourself to other hunters, to avoid accidents. She pulled her ipad out, tapping the screen to activate a program. A few taps later, a female voice could be heard from the device "Alright, and thank you for the compliment." She didn't touch on the former part of the sentence, instead asking as the started walking forward "Were you the ones shooting their guns off casually? It scared my quarry off."

Seemed like she wasn't in the loop...
*Waiting on Venom* XD
Alright, I'm pulling out. I just feel like I'm not included. Do what you will with my character, carry her along or kill her off, whatever helps push the story along.
I'm offically pulling out. Nothing's happening. It was a fun idea, but it seems real life took our GM >.<
The forest was quiet. Not the usual quiet of woods; with the din of insects, branches, and such. No, it was deathly silent, as if something had scared the animals away, had made the insects fall silent...

A pair of feline eyes narrowed through the underbrush, an auburn tail twitching without a sound. The hunter's eyes darted to the left...to the right. Ears swiveled around like little radar dishes as they searched for any warning crack of a twig, or rustle of footfalls. Nothing. She dashed across the clearing, holding her bow tucked under her arm, tail swishing to and fro as a counterweight to add to her speed and balance on the uneven forest floor.

She didn't stop this time, letting her conscious mind fall away from movement and letting her feline mind take control, allowing her to think on the go. What had happened? Gunshots had been echoing at odd times throughout the woods earlier, now nothing. It could have been nothing, if the forest hadn't fallen silent with them. She leaped over a fallen tree, landing ten feet below in a small dip in the ground, pausing for just a moment to check herself before rushing on towards the ranger station.

A sound. Her body slid into the cover behind a vine choked tree, steadying her breathing in a practiced ritual of a trained hunter. She peeked out, making sure her ears were tucked back to avoid looking like flags of auburn. Seeing flashes of blue among the green, The feline hunter slipped out, keeping low to the ground and zipping under a group of bushes. Humans. Or humanoids more correctly. One appeared to be fully human, and now that she recalled, a fellow hunter she greeted in passing as she headed out on this very trip. The other...well, it seemed she had taken to the genetics much more than anyone Esailia knew.

Knowing that hunters won't shoot at someone in orange, Esailia quickly got to work flipping her jacket inside out, trading brown/green for bright orange and reflective silver around the chest. Taking a breath, she stood up slowly and approached the pair, giving a short two whistles to announce her presence, raising her hands in a universal gesture of 'I mean no harm'.
So I guess I'm free to post?

"Remind me never to annoy you around flower shops." Esailia quipped, loosing another arrow down at one of the monsters below. She noted a small band of fighters making their way somewhere into the city, while many people were scrambling around like mice running away from cats. She met eyes with one of them. A strong one that appeared to be dressed up to emulate that of a spirit or ghost. The Feline woman held that gaze for a few seconds, the world slowing to a crawl....before a scream right below her on the street brought her back.

She nocked another arrow, aiming to hit the Lurker below, who had just caught a civilian. He was already impaled by the lurker's huge teeth, his death assured...Esailia closed her eyes, muttered a short prayer for both their spirits, and let go of the string. The arrow found its mark, and the screaming stopped....
