Done. Bit of a larger introductory post to showcase the extent of Wulfric's abilities and a bit of his personality.
Upon laying his black overcoat by the wall hanger, Wulfric couldn't shake the feeling that the people in the small restaurant of his motel were way too eerily boring. Even middle income, middle aged, barely sentient quasi-individuals such as these customarily had a bit more life in them. Now, Wulfric wasn't the paranoid type, as much as a two hundred year old vampire could avoid being paranoid; he just felt like the place was as good as any for murderers to hide (he WAS hiding there, after all). Well, only one way to find out...

One table in front of him, was a couple. Mid 20's, he wagered. Insofar as his mediocre lip reading could tell, the boyfriend just got a raise at work. Wulfric could feel mild excitement from his lady, washing over him like rose perfume. When the lady grabbed her glass of wine, the vampire ramped up her excitement abruptly, causing her to leap happily off her chair, spilling the contents of her drink onto her boyfriend. The man rose, and Wulfric could feel a mixture of mostly embarassment with a slight tang of anger. Focusing on the anger, he empowered it, and the man slapped his girlfriend over the face.

Now, everyone on the shop was more or less observing them, agitated. Wulfric pushed as hard as possible, blowing every little bit of tension between the people present to as large a proportion as his - admittedly drained, empathy with so many at a time was a real labour - Blur powers allowed. Then, in the ensuing chaos, he stopped Blur-ing and focused his Empathy singularily, looking for a specific mental signature within the room; this was sparsely known, but Wulfric learned from experience that in situations such as those, only killers could get excited. He found him shortly. Rising from his seat and narrowly avoiding a flying apple pie set course to his face, the vampire advanced slowly towards the source, who appeared to be a slightly overweight, bald man in his 40's. After a forceful bash from the handle of his umbrella, the man lay unconscious. Wulfric, as silently as he could, dragged the man out, lingering the suggestion that what he was doing wasn't important in the air (mental space) of the still messy motel diner.

"Who was it?" Wulfric finally asked the man, after he awoke, finding his legs and arms tied with thick rope.
"W-What do you..."
"Do not make me wait, pathetic human. WHO WAS IT?" he shouted, unsheathing the straight, narrow blade from his umbrella and stabbing the man in his abdomen. Blood started gushing out, as Wulfric entered the bald man's mind and tried to make him feel as much fear and as little pain (for now) as possible.
"I-I told her not to bother me after a-a long day's work. B-But she wouldn't listen. My daughter, Emily, y-you see, she wouldn't lis..."

Wulfric snapped. With a sharp cleave, he opened his victim's abdomen wide, revealing partly damaged intestines. Blood was steadily dripping out. Using a handkerchief and some rope, Wulfric improvised a gag and left the man there, against the wall behind his motel, writhing in agony that his vampiric hunger saw as the next best thing to a feast. Exhausted from all the Bluring he had to do for this particular catch, Wulfric ascended to the small motel room he rented, cleaned himself up, and collapsed in his bed, hoping that the killer he left suffering outside could take at least 2 hours to die, which would leave the vampire completely invigorated for the following day. In his last waking moments before drifting off to sleep, Wulfric whispered a simple prayer, as he often did: "Your sorrows are over, your death avenged... sleep well, Emily..."
Makes sense then ^^
The Aura thing is very similar to (a bit of what) Wulfric can do :) (well, except he doesn't have a 500m range, naturally).

In any case, he feels more like level 4 to me than level 5, tbh. Are there powers that are not written on the sheet that he possesses?
So, when's the first IC going up?
Ah, cool, then Wulfric will be able to detect Sithis' presence. Just letting you know. (well, to be more accurate, Wulfric will be able to detect a presence, nothing too detailed)

EDIT: Hmm... I wonder what he'll think of Natalie... on one hand, she is an artist, and had a traumatic background. You could even say her behaviour is vampire-like. But on the other, she's still a remorseless killer. I'll think about this...

What would you classify a nightmare as, because that is what he basically is, a collection of fears and nightmares. He was never alive so he can't be dead, alive, or anything between the two. He just is what he is, as he has always been.

Is he a standalone real manifestation of nightmare, or does he use his victims' minds to assume shape? (sort of like how the Sorting Hat in Harry Potter works). In the first case, if he were inside Wulfric, upon inspecting himself Wulfric would identify two beings. In the second, only one.

Ah, forgot to mention. Wulfric is an alchemical vampire. He is not undead, but fully alive. Has a heartbeat, requires normal food (not only dying emotions), can drown/choke, can have children, etc. And, since he is fangless, he can't bite humans into vampiredom.
Is Sithis alive, dead, undead, purely illusory, or non-living?

It's relevant for Wulfric's Empathy.
Hope there's still space for one more. Anyway, here's my idea for an original 'pasta character. I'm really curious how he will interact with the others, as his powers are explicitly weaker against psychopaths.

Physical description: Light hazel hair, lightly tanned skin, hazel eyes, perfect teeth, skin starts cracking slightly after long exposure to sunlight, usually wears black or white clothes, always carries around a large, black umbrella.

Name: Stensia Wulfric

Age: 214, looks 18

Skills/powers: 1. Limited, emotion-based telepathy. Can feel the emotions exhibited by those in close vicinity to him and can induce emotions with various degrees of intensity within them. He cannot read thoughts per se, nor force certain actions, but the emotions themselves often push his victims into assuming different behaviours (for example, bombarding someone watching the landscape from a balcony with depressive thoughts may cause him to jump over the edge). Wulfric is weaker against those who are aware of their emotions being meddled with and against those who are somehow... broken (for example, Wulfric can't just infuse a psycho out to get him with feelings of guilt until they stop on their tracks, albeit that would work on a normal man).

2. He is also a skilled swordsman, trained in ancient vampiric modes of combat. He hides his blade sheathed in the black, long umbrella that he carries around.

3. Finally, as a vampire, he heals rapidly either while in complete darkness or while feeding.

Biography: Wulfric was born in the Stensia Bloodhalls, during Victorian times, during the decadence of the vampiric houses. Stensian vampires were special, in that they were able to feed off death without having to be murderers themselves - a reason for which they survived so long into the Enlightenment Era. Unlike other vampires, they did not have sharp teeth and did not drink blood. Instead, they fed off the rich with desperation emotions of the dying - specially the violently dying. Traitors, rapists, pyromaniacs, murderers, pirates, most were executed gruesomely, within the halls that Wulfric grew up in as a boy. While he was still small, he had not yet accepted the darker aspects of life, and, thus, as he was participating in an execution, wished for nothing other than the convict suffering as little as possible. And it worked. One by one, the prisoners died calmer and more serene than before. Alarmed as to what had been happening, the other vampires discovered Wulfric's hidden ability as a Blur - one that could not only sense and feed off others' emotions, but cause them in the first place. Wulfric was given a choice: stop meddling with the executions, or become exiled. Then only 25 years old, young and idealistic, he chose exile. But now, after two centuries in the cold, dark, unforgiving real world of death and sorrow, Wulfric had to face up with the harsh truth: not everyone is worth saving, and not every life is inherently valuable.

Personality: Despite his long life and many murders, Wulfric still retains some of his idealistic nature, and the power to stay his hand. Also, he is not primarily motivated by his necessity as a vampire to keep killing, but merely, by a deep hatred for the criminals and emotionless he is slaying. He is, however, rather arrogant, viewing most humans as inferior, and doesn't hesitate to use his powers for mundane needs (for example, enveloping a taxi driver in thick waves of confusion so he forgets to ask for money for the ride). Emotionally sophisticated humans, however, like artists, pique Wulfric's interest.

Theme song: Carmina Burana - O Fortuna
Might try, if we get other people too.

Question: Can we play a superpowered character with a power subtle enough that people around him actually think he is normal? Or does that go against the government regulation?
