.. honestly, you're not gonna like this, but... we actually might need Shinji to help us eliminate this threat. statistics of all the encounters show that the one encounter Shinji was involved in had far less casualties. whatever 'friends' he has that have been helping him for a while might also prove to be useful. do you have a way to contact him?
