@Silver Fox Yeah this new Ratchet didn't impress me as much either, but then again he's got some really big shoes to fill. So until the second reboot comes out I'll hold of on hating him or loving him. Yeah Quark telling the story was interesting, the opening scene I was like WTF is this. Then it all clicked into place.

I wish they had added a few more worlds form the original, wasn't a fan of the clank sections, but they did prove be good break form the mindless explosions and dancing.

So what was your favorite weapon? Mines pretty easy to work out.

@Specter189 Sadly no, but it still fun. Holds mostly true to the original game, with a some changes. Insomniac I think did a good job on it. Even got back nearly all of the original cast to do the VA. Although the one issue I have is the shitty ammo count all the weapons have if I want to spam my groovitron then I should be able to DAM IT! Making bosses dance is still funny even as an adult XD.

RYNO is back bby but I haven't unlocked so I don't know if it awesome or not.

@Saarebas Alright for the most part. Busy with work with mothers day coming up. Got enough bread and cake orders to feed a small town. Spent the last two days watching a anime and clocking the ratchet and clank reboot game for the 8th time. Wishing right now I didn't work weekends.

Katya listened to the briefing attentively taking in every drop of information Ritsu proved them, looking at the hologram on the Mist weapon with a mix of awe and fear. Such a like that was simply wrong, and anyone or anything the would even consider using it should be destroyed. What interested Katya most about the Mist weapon, was that it seemed only energy based weapon could damage it. Katya wondering if even thought her rifle was energy based would actually it do any damage to such a target. After all the hologram didn't show any solid mass, so was all gas how where they meant to destroy it. Katya next thought is that she'd love to get a look at the tech used to make it or inside it, if it had a solid core. Not to get distracted she quickly pushed the thought out her mind, although Katya did hope she get the change to get a hold of something Cruxi. Not that she had told anyone but she did have a keen interesting in Cruxi technology and was itching at a chance to pull something of theirs apart. Reading about it just wasn't enough, if she could get a hold of even a little tiny broken bit she be happy ... well for the moment.

Once the briefing was over Katya gave a salute to Ritsu and went of to get changed into her plug suit. The walk over to the changing room one Katya finding to be quite difficult. It only being as she left the briefing did it hit her this would be he first taste of battle against the Cruxi, which made her feeling quite anxious. Katya struggling to keep her hands steady as she did up her plug suit, the whole time she was getting changed and going to her werk. Katya kept telling herself she had fought real battle before so this one was no different. All she had to do was keep her wits about her and fulfill her role in the team she'd be in and not get killed.

Once at Caretaker Katya manned the mech and waited until it was time to board the NOAH, sitting in the darkness of her cockpit helped clam her anxiety. When it was time Katya brought the machine to life and started her boot up check list, making sure everything was working as it should. Paying extra attention to her hpyerwave array, watching the array coming to life and automatically connect to the rest Squad Sigma. The array following the program Katya had programed as it opened the squads secure private comm channel, even if it wasn't really necessary. Ever since the mock battle that hyperwave being installed she was paranoid about the comm's. Always worried someone was listening in, but at least with hpyerwave in Caretaker she had more control over the comm's which made her feel a little better. She was still paranoid though, not that she'd ever admit it. At least this way the Squad could work out it battle plan in private, well provided the old man hadn't planted a bug in the array.

Once Caretaker passed its system check she was given the green light to transfer to the NOAH, Katya gripping her controls tightly as she commander Caretaker to grab the laser rifle out of it alcove along with its power cell and marched outside. Outside Katya could help by stop and stare at the shadow the ship caste on the base. After a moment Katya brought Caretakers thrusters to life the machine slowly lifting off the ground. The flight to the NOAH nothing special, although Katya not help but gasp in awe at the Noah when she laid eyes on it, it think humans could build something so massive was simply amazing in so many ways to Katya. Once docked with the massive, Katya watched the ship enter hyperspace in silence. Looking her Mech readouts as she waited for Harold start a squad briefing or doll out orders. Needless to say Katya didn't envy Harold, it couldn't be easy trying to work out who'd go on each team.

The world was so simple, as Theo looked up at the roof glassy eyed. All the mattered was how pretty the sight before him was, never in his life had he seen such a lovely sight. All the while blissfully unaware that the bartender that had severed him and some good Sarmatian where coming to his aid. As something called out to him Theo only made a another noise in response, barely able to understand what was being said to him. What was it that something was saying. The sound of loud snapping in his ear rang, but Theo ignored it whatever it was surely someone else would deal with it. Even if he wanted to Theo body just didn't want to move, not that he wanted to move as whatever he was laying on was just so comfortable.

As Theo lay on the floor he could see some sort of thing squat down next to him, Theo unable to tell what it was as his eyes wouldn't focus on it. As the some sort of thing squatted down next to him it said something about not doing something, but Theo didn't fully hear what was spoken. It was hard to focus on what was being said around him, it was almost like the world was really far away. It wasn't just the what said around him everything seemed to fading into nothingness, his eyes where starting to grow heavy and bit by bit where starting to close.

Jack

If Jack hadn't known Theo as well as he did, he would have taken his eyes of his friend long ago. Unaware of his friends tendency to complete and utterly send himself into oblivion. Why because that was Theo, it was a task that wasn't easy give how well he could hold his liquor, but his friend always found a way. That didn't bother Jack it was the fact Theo rarely seemed to get hung over or if he did he was good at hiding it. Regardless having been friends with Theodore for so long when they went drinking together Jack always watched Theo and always made sure to have a means to get him home, after all that what a good friend.

Even as Jack was chatting up quite the looker of a girl, he watched Theo order some sort of drink and down it all in one go. Jack pretty sure this would be the one that put his friend on his ass. Sure enough it didn't take long after he had finished down whatever he had order Theo was on the floor.
"Typical ..." Jack thought as he excused himself form his female companion. Going over to Theo Jack noticed two others coming to his aid, causing Jack to sigh. One person he recognized as one of the bartenders, the other was ... well ... Jack didn't know. He hadn't seen Theo interact with him so maybe he was simply a nice person wanting to help the downed Theo.
"Hi folks, I'm sorry about Theodore." Jack stated to both of them, giving a small smile and a wave.
"I'm Jack and I'm this sorry drunks friend." he stated hoping the bartender would recall them coming in together, he didn't feel like trying to prove it.
