In celebration, I wrote you guys a novel. Enjoy. :3
The scent of blood emanating from the Rusty Steak Knife was intoxicating. Consuming. To say she craved it was an understatement. What blood was to a vampire could only be explained in the most passionately extreme of terms. It was sensual, moving, more alluring than power, coffee, or other addictive substances. More than smell it, a vampire could taste the faint copper on her tongue, feel the heat of it in the air. It was this way each time Kaori approached the Rusty Steak Knife, where blood was stocked in human form and otherwise. For this reason, she didn't care much to do business here. She was too close to snapping, like a starving tiger let out of its cage. Delicate matters required a clear mind.

As she took a lungful of the air - so thick - her veins ignited within her, burning her from the inside. She heard the low growl pulling from her throat before she realized she was making the sound. Abruptly, she cut off her own air, emptying her lungs and leaving them that way. She didn't need oxygen, it was only another form of observing and interacting with the world.

With a steady click, click, click, of her heeled boots, she began to make her way through the dross surrounding the building. Distractions, all of it. She was significantly dressed down from what the people around her wore, but she had intended to be. There was no use attracting attention right now, and a short dress wouldn't do her any favors if things got...unpredictable. Her quiet, low-key presence didn't stop a pale female with curled, blonde locks from cutting her off before she'd made it halfway through the outer crowd. Her hair fell just above her shoulders, highlighted and primped to match a clingy tube dress that looked like it had been sized to be a shirt. Her glossed lips spread into a smile, "I see you must have gotten our letter. To be honest, I'm pleasantly surprised. We were beginning to think you'd left town."

Kaori's eyes rolled to the side in annoyance. Vampire women were usually unearthly and hypnotic, but at times they were nothing more than passive aggressive bitches.

"The hell do you want, Kel?" she impatiently demanded. She didn't want to be here any longer than necessary.

The blonde vampires features hardened at Kaori's tone, "Don't be so rude, not when we're trying to help you."

Kaori's arms folded as her face tightened in a snide smirk, "Help me? You don't have the power to help yourself."

The crowd was beginning to thin around them as people began to migrate indoors. A low growl rumbled from Kel's chest, "Quill is gracious to allow you to-"

"Quill is your elder, and you should know better than to speak for him," she hissed the words menacingly down at her, "My business is with your leader alone." Her features had lost all sign of amusement, instead, her delicate china-doll face had twisted into a mask of hostility. It was similar to what you might witness when a wolf defends it's territory. Threatening, for your own sake.

The petite blonde knew she had pushed too far. She wore a stubborn pout on her face, but nevertheless her eyes reluctantly shifted to the ground in submission. She stepped back slowly and wordlessly gave an acknowledging nod of her head before skittering away. Kaori watched each movement until the girl had disappeared through the doors of the building. Once she was gone, Kaori took another breath of copper-tainted air, and released it slowly, letting the fury escape her. There were a few stragglers left outside, but the majority of the clubs population were now indoors, partaking in whatever unsavory activity that had developed here tonight.

The tall vampire leaned against the rough brick of the building. Her head was spinning from the residual taste of blood in her lungs and throat. She squeezed her wine-colored eyes shut to steady herself and regain control of the animalistic instincts that threatened to overwhelm her. Her mind was a powerful tool that she prided herself in wielding, unlike so many of her kind. It was what separated leaders from the followers, and a large part of the reason she hadn't already been killed. She would need it's advantage tonight, and so she waited in the cool darkness for her senses to clear.
@Razael Send me a pm and let me know the plot/pairing you're interested in. (:
I took some liberties with where they were ending up and stuff. Hope thats okay. (:
The mission to retrieve their most recent conquest had been as routine as it could get – at least, it felt that way to Bunny. She had a knack, and a taste, for the unexpected. Getting past the guard of an Egyptian temple had provided only minor challenge to someone who pulled these heists often. Easy, she had thought upon breaking their defense. After that, it was textbook – find the thing, take the thing, leave with the thing. Although, there had been that one minor snag…With nothing less than amusement, she recalled tipping the guard when she had accidentally destroyed a priceless artifact in her overconfidence on the way out. At least it made for a good story.

It hardly mattered now. They were so far in the clear, they were on a different continent. Bunny smiled beneath a pair of large sunglasses as she steered their speeding car through the tangle of city streets. It was a beautiful, sunny day in New York, where her loft apartment was waiting. Her dress seemed to match the pace of the city, and even faster speed of her vehicle. She wore a dark leather jacket over a short tube dress, her feet encased in tall, expensive looking boots. Dressed so boldly, as she typically was, she looked like she belonged to this city and her lifestyle. She was a piece of a larger picture.

She turned that smile on her partner in crime – literally. It was obvious she was feeling quite pleased with herself. Bunny reached over and gave Corey’s hair a playful ruffle with her hand. Carefree, she laughed as they blew through a stop sign. “How’re you feeling, nerd?” she called to him over the roaring wind through her open window. Her loose hair was flying around her face so much, that it was a miracle she could even see the road. To her, it hardly mattered. They’d made this drive so many times in worse conditions that she nearly knew it by heart. Of course, no one could predict traffic patterns. Her eyes finally darted forward at the sound of an angry horn blaring from an intersection she had just left behind.

“Oops,” she muttered. It would be a lot easier to enjoy the spoils of war if they actually made it to her apartment. Last thing she needed was an accident. Not that she wouldn’t survive it – she was starting to believe she was immortal - but she didn’t care to deal with police. She slowed the car just a little until they finally pulled up to her building. “Here!” she chimed as she hopped out of the car, dragging a bag of luggage with her.
I'm thinking we should start on the mission to get the genie lamp, or just returning with it. And yes, I can get things going. Which do you prefer?

Name: Bunny (Mary Wells)

Age: 23

Personality: Outgoing, bold, and probably isn't taking you seriously.

Hello (:

I’m Exie. I usually like to lurk, but I’m finally casting my own net to see if I can pick up some compatible partners. I have a few of my personal quirks and preferences listed here so you can get a gauge on how well we’d mesh. (Nothing too intense!)

Plot Ideas:
I’m female, and I feel most comfortable playing a female. These pairings should be viewed as either FxM or FxF.

Thieves
Two criminals with complimentary skills work together to steal valuable items. It’s all fun and games until someone steals an ancient artifact and awakens an old curse with unforeseeable side effects. It’s up to the two of you to find a way to get rid of it. Potentially hilarious, or horrific.

Supernatural
A being from the after life (Heaven or Hell) returns to earth to aid the human race in stopping an approaching apocalypse. However, now that he/she has landed, the details seem so unclear. The unaware mortal that stumbles upon his/her body will have to help the strange being remember their quest, fulfill it, and save the earth.

Dream(E)scape
You fell into a deep sleep. Maybe you partied too hard this night, or spent too much energy studying for that mid-term in the morning. Either way, you barely remember when your head hit the pillow in your XL-Twin bed that came with your college dorm room (or frat house, if you want to be that guy). Yet, when you open your eyes again, you still feel heavy and foggy with sleep…

You soon come to realize the world around you, that mimics your college campus, isn’t true to your waking world. Things may be slightly different, or distorted, because you’re in the clutches of a dreamscape that seems to be out of your control. And strangely enough, only one other person exists here with you – another student attending the same school. Together, you have to find a way to unearth the truth behind the illusions and escape before sleep swallows you even deeper.

Dream(E)scape is an idea I’ve had floating around my head for maybe a year or more. This particular plot will require a lot of creativity between my partner and I. If you want to pursue this idea, you should expect to, and be excited about, building the dreamers’ world with me as their story unfolds. Since dreams are often the subconscious manifestation of personal turmoil, I would also like to try and incorporate the psychological struggles of the dreamers into the world in symbolic ways. This can take whatever form you wish, from something very dark to more commonplace issues. If this sounds intriguing to you, I’d be excited to discuss it. (:

Final Note: I didn’t list random pairings because I find that they often create generic story lines that have a habit of dying out quickly. However, I have a lot of different interests not listed here, and I’m open to suggestion. If you think we’d be compatible and you have a plot/pairing that you want to do, shoot me a pm and we can brainstorm it together.

Thanks for reading <3

@KuroTenshi Not that this has much to do with the rp...but I thought you should know I've been reading Ava's Demon. And I'm upset that I read it all. :c
Kaori's in! (: So excited.
