Crash
Crash glanced at Kathy as knelt down next to him, a slight sheepish smile sliding onto his face. He raised an eyebrow at the smile that tugged at her mouth opening his mouth to say something when Zivon offered him some tissues; he took them gratefully. He turned to Kathy as she coughed and put a tissue to her mouth, he was still holding the damn teapot. He was somewhat relieved as Zivon told him not to worry about it and took the teapot from him, he didn’t take his advice but he lifted his head. “Thanks...teapots ok” He murmured lifting the tissue to his face dabbing at it until a towel dropped over his head, he held his hands out in a quizzical gesture, feeling his stomach twist with further embarrassment, though at no point did he remove the towel from his face secretly grateful for its cover, he reached up to start drying his hair, pulling his hands back as his fingers brushed Kathy’s. “Kathy...” He murmured, he felt the blood rush faster to his face as she leant over him and begun to rub his hair dry with the towel. I’ve really got to be more careful... A smile flickered across his face as she complimented his teapot save. “Hmm thank you, I’ll forgive you for laughing at me for that...though I’m just glad everything’s still in one piece” Crash commented, just as she pulled the towel off of his head, his hair springing back up in its scruffy natural way.
Crash’s face flushed further as Kathy dabbed at the rest of the moisture on his face, it took him a moment to realize A) She was in close proximity to him and B) He was staring again! Crash hastily looked away and blinked up at Zivon, listening to what he’d said before looking down at his jeans with a grimace. “Umm, yeah you’re probably right. Glad I was useful for something” He jested, looking up just as Kathy practically pinged to her feet. “Thank you” He murmured, smiling in appreciation before reaching up and running his fingers along her palm as he went to accept her offered hand, already lifting himself upright he barely even used her for support. “Wow,That is surprisingly cold...” Crash spoke before he could stop himself, wriggling his lower half a little as he stood up. “I’m really sorry about this Zivon” He apologized, moving his arm as if he was going to lift his hand to the back of his neck when he realized he was still gripping Kathy’s hand. Oh yes...because this situation wasn’t awkward enough He released her from his grip as he cleared his throat. “Thanks for sorting me out” He decided on saying. “I’m just going to quickly change, if that’s ok? I’ll be quick as the flash” Crash turned to Zivon, there was a huge dark patch on the backside of his jeans which wouldn’t make one think he’d sat in tea, he pulled his shirt forward trying to look down at the damage done to his jeans before he rubbed the back of his neck and made his excuses moving over to the door a little awkwardly as he found his trousers surprisingly...uncomfortable. He pulled Zivon’s door open, sliding out into the hallway, before he’d even closed the door, he’d slammed a palm to his forehead. Yeah.........really outdid myself that time It was quite unlike him to be so bothered by these kinds of events, considering they were the norm for him...
