CrashCrash had been overly social over the last few weeks seemingly having a boost to his confidence upon Mercy’s arrival. He was pretty sure by now he had an inkling of who everyone was...they probably knew him as well, his accident prone ways tended to get him noticed. Though the last two weeks he had returned with Mercy to her home, having no where else to go. Being the mother hen she was Mercy had instructed to start out wearing summery clothes, even on the boat. As for now he was stood in rather interesting
swimming trunks with a white t-shirt covering his torso, and dark grey
manly flip flops on his feet. He had practically pinged off of the boat eyes darting around like an excited puppy he was near enough vibrating from the contained excitement. Back to his old self after being percentage clear for 2 weeks and 5 days...
He bounced towards the sand slowing as he reached the end of the boardwalk noting the step down onto the sand
Nice try step but I see you...accident avoided He turned to look over his shoulder at Mercy who was trailing behind him. “Now watch your step here M-Ack!” He begun to warn her...and in typical Crash style he caught the tip of his flip flop on the lip of the step and tumbled off of the boardwalk arms flailing in circles by his side as he tried to stay upright, which meant he landed on his face. He lifted his head with a groan before lifting himself up onto his knees running a hand down his face dusting the sand away and casting a glare at Mercy who was laughing hysterically behind him.
...or not... He lifted a hand to the back of his neck awkwardly. “Yeah, yeah...laugh it up” He grinned getting to his feet patting sand off of himself as he cast his eyes to the floor trying to find his pamphlet that had flown free of his hand. "And the battle begins anew...Crash 0 Fate 1" He murmured to himself, putting a hand to his head as he looked at the sand around his feet unsure whether he even needed the pamphlet anyway. His eyes drifted up to a wooden paneled trail just a few meters ahead of him, from what he could tell it lead up to a resort, ignoring his desire to run everywhere all at once he spun on the spot looking back the way he'd come searching for familiar faces in hopes of sharing the adventure.
MercyMercy trotted off of the boat just behind Crash as he bounced off down the wooden boardwalk to the beach, she smiled at his enthusiasm. She had spent the last 3 weeks enrolling herself in Athalia Academy before returning home with Crash for a few weeks working hard on deterring her companions from following her when they were due to leave again which was a rather difficult task. She was sporting a white strap top and khaki shorts that again lingered around mid thigh, she wasn't exactly ashamed of her curvaceous form. A pair of sleek bronze rimmed sunglasses perched atop her head and
white leather strapped sandals She was overjoyed to be off of the boat, although she'd remained pleasantly civil on the journey here she had refused to even step outside of the boat itself whilst it was over the sea and was quite content in pretending the boat was in fact flying not sailing, she wouldn't stand for anyone telling her otherwise. She walked along the wooden panel at a brisk pace eyes focused completely on Brako who was stood on dry land not far ahead of her. She looked up as Crash turned to speak to her.
"Now watch your step here M-Ack!" Now that warranted an explosion of laughter as she watched him flail, helplessly waving his arms in circles at his side as if trying to wind himself back upright. "Oh honey..." She barely managed between laughter as he cast her a glare over his shoulder, managing to calm herself after a few moments she was able to speak again. "How I've missed your antics" She grinned at him, patting his head as she walked past him. She opened the pamphlet in her hand browsing through it as she walked over to Brako, a thoughtful expression on her face.
Little FeatherLittle Feather came off of the boat looking suitably green, having suffered from sea sickness for the entire journey, she was draped over Lion's back as he padded along the wooden boardwalk quite happy his paws were on solid ground. Little Feather had spent the entire boat journey curled up with her face pushed into Lion's side, groaning and refusing to move at all, it had taken the joint effort of Lion and Mercy to get her on his back and off the boat on arrival. After being a walking healing machine 3 weeks ago, she'd been noticed by a few more people and to top that Mercy had taken her under wing and was trying to teach her the ways of the world when Mercy returned home however Little Feather did not accompany her, preferring to stay at the academy under Maria Cross's supervision. First worldly lesson...one should not wear heavy clothing to a tropical island, especially if there is beach...Little Feather sat upright blinking against the brightness of the sun as Lion padded towards land, she was already feeling better thankfully.
She was wearing normal clothing! Of all the things...She was wearing 3/4 length turquoise trousers and a long dark blue t-shirt with a large white lion pictured on the front quite fittingly. She still had face paint on and a single white feather braided into her hair. She slid off of Lion as they walked, gripping him as her legs refused to support her at first, it took a few more steps before she was able to walk normally however she froze as she came to stand barefooted in front of the sand, she'd changed her clothes but women's shoe selections had completely blown her mind so she'd refused to wear them. "What is that?" She murmured to Lion, who dabbed a paw at the sand tentatively.
Your guess is as good as mine...They're walking on it though Lion grumbled as he stepped out onto it padding ahead of her. With a frightful squeak Little Feather followed suit, as her feet touched the sand however she started hopping from one foot to the other. "Ah! hot, hot, hot!!" She squeaked charging across the sand like a mad woman only stopping when she reached Lion, bundling back onto his back as he reached the wooden panels, she pulled her feet up waving her hands over them trying to cool down. "It bit me!" She exclaimed, feeling the lion beneath her vibrate as if it were laughing a peculiar purr erupting from its throat. "Shh you..." She grumbled poking him in the head.
