Bjoric entered the room with a spell that would reveal evil, and he didn't even have to look hard. The chalice radiated evil energies that almost made it difficult to look upon with the spell.
"Damn." Bjoric let the spell fade as he grabbed the chalice. Now he knew why the mages guild wanted it so badly. He debated using his hammer to smash it then and there, but the party was involved now and they'd need to figure out what to do. He wasn't going to make the choice for them.
He walked to the group who were gathered below the stairs. "We have a problem." He held up the chalice. "The bloody lich bound itself to the cup, and I bet my beard that bastard mage knows."

Awesome! Now I'm guessing that the level is dependent on what level Bjoric has? I don't have the table with me but you can summon some pretty bad ass creatures at lvl 5.
White= Bjoric: Summon Monster 1
The Jewelry have these enchantments @Inertia when Artos identifies them thats what they all get.
Lol, this is a level 1 spell that Bjoric has.
Bjoric tried to stand as the fighting continued, he could hear Sana shouting but he'd just used too much of himself. When Ellyn began singing he felt some strength return to his limbs. Trying again he managed to get upright using the wall to help.
As he shuffled down the corridor he heard the fighting come to an end. He sighed with relief and leaned against the wall, trying to get some of his energy back. After a moment he heard small footsteps, looking up he saw Ellis approaching with a bag. He handed him a silver dagger, Bjoric nodded as he handed him the small blade and slipped it into his belt.
When Ellis told him of the Liches notes he frowned in concern. "Of course, I'll check if he's bound to the chalice. If not I'll search his sanctum for his phylactory."
With some of his strength returned he followed Ellis into the chamber with the rest of the party. He was glad to see Sana was no worse for wear, but he couldn't help but notice her injuries. Looking to the others he saw most of them were injured in some way. Ellis returned once more to hand him a piece of jewelry with a white gem in it, he believed the gem to be magical in nature and Bjoric agreed. He'd have to check once he got some rest. But first he had lich to find and he made his way to the room containing the chalice.

I'm going to hold off on posting until they manage to kill the wraith and skeletons. Bjoric is kind of useless right now, he's got maybe a couple of minor spells left in him.
