"Kyaaaaaa! Sacha, you're so cool!"

The witchy novice bounced about her saviour before glomping him. She clung unto him until he mentioned cookies. Cookies! The child squealed happily as she tagged after the tall human. Her eyes sparkled with joy when she saw the table covered with food.

"C-can't .... can't reachy. Thank youuuu!"

After taking the cupcake, Nympha raced back to Sachi's side and remained there for the rest of the discussion. She chewed slowly as she listened to the humans and the Hooded figures. Her pink eyes flit from one face to another. She huffed! Why was everyone so rude? Everyone was ignoring all the delicious food Sachi cooked for them. The child tip toped and tugged gently at sacha's sleeve.

When he was close enough, she tip toed and whispered, "Sachi! I don't like them. They are so mean."

She tried her best to scowl, but she ended up looking pouty. Even with her arms crossed Nynpha appeared to be a sullen child. The not-so-evil witch gazed in Inadi's direction for a second or two before she looked away. She rubbed her nose with the back of her hand as she willed herself not to cry. Instead she focused on the laughing Aven trio.

"Awwww..."

One of the humans pulled his friends in a tight embraced. The little witch fidgetted a little. She wanted a hug too! The only thing holding her back was her self-professed loyalty to Sacha - and by extension the rest of the HFs. The little Nobody wrapped her thin arms round her crush.

"Will you give me a hug?" She asked expectantly.

Across from room, Ran gave Ise a big cheery thumbs up. He was glad things were settled quickly even though he was still unsure about the finer details. It bugged him, but right now, it was manageable. Staying as a group was more important.

"Hey Tob..."

He watched as his closest companion walk off with the platter of cookies. Cheesecake! He hoped the boy was okay. It was quite heart wrenching seeing the normally bubbly boy look so hurt and lost earlier. Ran was about to follow after his young friend when someone pushed pass him. The flash off pink streaked off after the retreating human.

"Heyyy! Stop! Those..."

Nympha lunged for Toby's leg and grabbed on tight. "... they're for everyone."

I'm doing well :)! Just three more weeks of school then Christmas break.

OTL, it's kind of far away, but looking forward to it anyways xD. I'm about to play the last episode of The Walking Dead season 2. It's an intense game full of hard decisions and emotions, I defo recommend it to fans of zombie games and masterful storytelling.

Sorry to hear about your keyboard, Mizos >-< malfunctioning devices always suck.

Getting hoodies instead of cloaks is defo an option. Haha, Harper would actually prefer that too since cloaks are suspicious and tend to draw attention. I bet Ace, Riley, and Tobs will go with cloaks for the cool factor or something xD

By the looks of things we'll be able to wrap stuff up by Thursday ^^! Good job, everyone. After this chappy, we'll move to Iwaku. We're gonna have a quick interlude before we begin chapter six. Kei-chan's going to bring in a familiar face and it'll be a chance for the humans to reflect on their decision and interact with the HF. It'll probably last a week or two at most, and when that's done we can get on with scavenger hunt.

Just one more item and the list will be complete :D! After that, we'll be moving onto the next phase.

I can't believe we've gotten this far, thanks guys!

Sooo, it looks like we're joining the hooded figures xD! I'll be ending the chapter on Thursday night, but if you guys want to have them chat a little bit more then we can end in 2-3 cycles instead. During the next chapter I'll have Lesley stay and watch the HF's base.

Oh, oh, the humans are going to get green cloaks too :D!

Numair explained things as calmly as he could and Harper gave the surfer a wary nod. "Fair enough," he tried to keep his cool, but his insides felt like they were being turned to mush and the more he tried to remember the more his head throbbed. He felt like throwing up, but held his ground. Maybe the hooded figures were lying, after all, they had been here for who knows how long and they were alright, but what if they were telling the truth? If that was the case, walking away now would ensure their end. "I don't know." He finally muttered. "This is...risky."

They had known the queen since day one and to be honest he trusted Songbird, Martini, and Brandy a lot more than he trusted them. But if he had to choose sides then he'd follow his friends. "I'm not against it though, you guys...I have your back no matter what."

Riley nodded but before she could say anything Ace and Jasper agreed.

"I guess it's settled then..." Riley watched as Inadi left his seat and began unleashing his frustrations. She couldn't blame him, the moment she had heard the news all the cheer was sapped out of her and everything just turned bleak. "I don't know you like my friends do." She glared at Gary and Sacha before her eyes focused on C. "But I'm following them no matter where they go and if you do anything fishy...I-I'll give you hell!" She jabbed a fork in their direction for emphasis and Luke gave her a dopey looking smile. These hooded figures definitely had a few things wrong with their heads.



“Oh, mother of- C, what do you think? I’m done negotiating. I suck,”

Inadi marched towards her, but C didn't look fazed in the slightest. She focused her eyes on the human but gave Numair a soft pat on the shoulder, as if to say he had done a good job. None of them were very good at conveying what they wanted to anymore, so she appreciated the surfer's help. "Two items." She stated matter-of-factly before she turned to Ran. "We're keeping two items. The witch's heart and the USB."

Luke shrugged, he was still grinning like an idiot. "I say take it because we aren't handing you the witch's heart or the USB either." Rainbowzilla was seated beside him chomping away at the golden brown turkey, it looked like most of the food had been left untouched. "We have tarts and cookies, there's no reason to say no." He picked up a platter of brownies and made his way to the grouchy boy with the spear. "Here ya go!"

C pulled him back for a moment then focused her on the humans. "We have until..." the girl spaced out, "until new year's eve."

Time did not function in Nowhere, but it continued to march on in the human realm and five months had already passed. C looked at Ace. She didn't know if the group had a leader or not, but fiery redhead in the cap seemed to be their leader. "Is it a deal?"

The Nobodies waited silently while Ise and Ran talked in hushed voices.



Despite the tension it was nice to see them again. The room's atmosphere was heavy, but Ran talked cheerfully about Cobalt and their time in Aven. Ise couldn't help but smile a little. "I remember, I thought it was a little weird." She laughed a little, Ran's chatter was drowning out the tense discussion. She wondered how he and Toby weren't fazed then remembered that unlike the rest, they had only joined the scavenger hunt after the fight at the Forests of the Ancients.

"Pie would be nice, Ran." The man pulled them into a hug and she felt a pang of sadness for them and all the humans. "You know, we'll do our best so you don't forget." She was looking at Ran and Toby but her words were directed at all the humans. "That's why we're all here. You're friends Iro and Mado were sent to stay in Nowhere after they go sick, right? Well, something bad happened to them and a few nobodies found out...that's why we're here."

She gave Ran's arm a squeeze. "We're here to help you humans, but it's an offer and you are free to decline."

Harper squeezed his eyes shut. Iro...he could barely remember the magician. During their trip to Siren Lake the man had gotten sick and was sent to live with one of the nobodies in Nowhere's square. He assumed his friend was alright, but he guessed he had assumed wrong. "Okay," his voiced cracked, "I'm staying and...we're all going home together."

Luro was laughing at him?

"H-Huh? Do I have something on my face?" Before Nolan could say anything else, his friend began talking about Lily and for a moment things didn't add up. Then again, things rarely added up when speaking to Luro and Nolan often questioned his sobriety. "Ooof—thank you, I guess." The cook was pulled into a hug and he laughed, Nolan gave Luro a brotherly tap on the back then took a step back and smiled. It was nice to know the all was forgiven—WAIT A GOSHDARN SECOND.

He stared at the pocket watch with eyes the size of dinner plates and Luro continued talking about Lily.

She was alive, and this was all just a ruse. He felt the heat rise to his face and Nolan could have sworn his ears were as red as apples. He didn't know whether to be relieved or frustrated. "That's not funny at all..." He exhaled but he wasn't mad and soon he was starring at Luro with a sense of amazement his mouth a small o. "I can't believe you two fooled so many people, but it's really good to know she's alive." There was a pause and the cook arched his eyebrow when Luro said Lily and Mary would now be afraid of him. Nolan paid it no mind. "I didn't know you two were so devious," the confused look on his face turned smug, "but do that again and we'll all be eating dinner without you." He gave Luro a friendly punch on the shoulder then nodded in greeting when Alicia and the captain arrived onto the ship.

The captain had a new sword for Ray, and it reminded him of the encounter with the rookie judge. It dampened his spirits a little, but Alicia looked a little bit better now. "How are you doing?" He asked with a kind smile before his attention shifted to the hyperactive Danny.

Nolan wondered if they'd ever run into the Rookie Judge again and as he looked out to sea with the others, he couldn't help but anticipate future adventures. Trouble and excitement seemed to follow them wherever they went and to be honest, he didn't mind it too much anymore.
