HELLO!
Hello.
Same here.
bleep blep bloop

hi
Name: Cairn Scribe
Spiritual Race: The Blinded
Age: For the Chosen: 17
Gender: Male

Appearance:
Cairn's amber eyes are piercing and bright, even with the bags under his eyes, and especially in comparison to his otherwise cold and dark appearance. His somewhat long, well-kempt hair curls slightly and flows, creating an almost inky effect from its jet black coloring. Cairn's skin is extremely pale, despite being outside most of the time. Long scars are etched across the back of his neck, and there are several heavy scars on his right hand that cause it to look almost mutilated. Though he stands at a tall 6'4", he weighs only about 157 pounds and seems to be hard to notice unless you look at him. He wears a wrinkled hoodie that's an indistinguishable mix of maroon and black, along with dark grey casual sweatpants. Though his build is somewhat slender, he still has quite a bit of strength.

Personality:
Cairn, despite being dark-minded and cynical to the point of simply separating himself from most of society, is inexplicably and unwittingly kind to everyone. Caught in an infinite loop of hating himself and others, Cairn developed a stoic and impersonal facade to hide the anger that builds up inside of him. While listening to other peoples' problems can let him sympathize, trying to talk about his own causes him to quickly lose absolutely all of his cool; on several occasions, he nearly gnawed apart his hand from the anger, causing others to question how stable he was. Despite his... anger issues, Cairn is still stable enough that he can think through things logically, and most of his morals remain intact. He tends to be negative, but will endlessly support the few that he trusts. He's persistent and is dedicated to whatever he decides to do.

Background:
Though Cairn can't remember where he lived before Union Hill, he distinctly remembers his "kind" parents that sold him off into labor for work. He worked for a few years in a factory before eventually coming to understand the situation he was in. He made a plan with a few of the other slaves to escape from that place. However, they were caught because a "friend" of theirs had told the owner; Cairn had distrusted people since he was sold away, but upon seeing that traitorous person being rewarded, something inside him broke. Hitting the guard in a particularly sensitive zone, Cairn managed to break away into the wilderness. Figuring that he'd die outside, they didn't bother to chase him. However, he did. Cairn, wanting to get as far away from that place as possible, used what change he could find to ride busses south. After decided he was far away enough, he settled down in Union Hill to start a new life. He does several part-time jobs.

Heyo.
I'm still waiting for my character to be accepted, but even then, I'm not sure where my character would fit in this particular situation.
Thank you, my swell sir.
So I PM my CS to Yoshua, where(assuming that I was accepted) I would then send Celaria a Bingo Book CS?
"Hey," Gant said with a slightly irritated tone when he detected the sarcasm. "I am a warrant officer. I.... just have some.... issues with fear and anxiety. That's all." Though still somewhat irked him, Gant kept following him to the meeting room. As he walked in, fortunately, they hadn't gotten too far into the meeting. Based on the information he was hearing, this particular monster was a bit more hungry than the others he'd seen in his local deployments. Of course, this one had food than the emptier woodlands in Canada too, but still.

A lady behind him asked about what other information they had on the kaiju, and another scientist behind him gave more info on the topic. Suddenly realizing something important from that, Gant's hand shot up. In an uncharacteristically loud voice, Gant immediately followed her question with his own. "Van Eyck, sir, what kinds of prints were left behind by the kaiju on land?" Though he didn't have a full understanding of tracking, he realized that they could figure out what it looked like based on what it left behind. Whether it stood upright or was low-lying could be found out, and perhaps would give a better idea how it could be contained. Furthermore, they could find out how it moved through the water. If at all. He hoped it couldn't fly. That would be bad, based on what they were bringing with them.
