Not necessarily in order of preference, but these are some of the nations I'd like. Leaning most towards Austria-Hungary (EDIT: But also France...)

My choices for 1910.

1. Great Britain.
2. Russia.
3. Canada.
4. Sweden-Norway.

My choices are:

Netherlands
Great Britain
Brazil
Mexico

First choices God all since you all posted first.
OOC up tomorrow.
1910. There you are.
United Schutzhund Clubs of America – Chairman Stein
Legit had to look that up.
Byrd Man and Duck historically would want USA and Texas, although I will leave the posting up to them.
I know Stein wants China right before or during communist times, preferably anything after 1900+, if he dosen't mind me speaking on behalf of our PM.
So far, we could theoretically do anything from modern day to like 1700.

I am not quite sure that will work because many of the major players are still around in all five potential starting times.

-US
-UK
-France
-Austria
-Prussia/Germany
-Russia
-The Ottoman Empire (on its last legs in 1920)
-Some form of Italy (Piedmont-Sardinia)

Edit: Also, 8:00 (am? pm?) in what timezone?

Oh, sorry. Chicago time AM.
EDIT: Since you seem to know what you are talking about and I was actually was hoping to PM you about being a second order GM, I was hoping you would take a Great Power, although hopefully more neutral just so there is no complaints about having a GM in an ultra-aggressor nation. Up to you to decline, but that may influence your choice. Generally, I would say shoot higher than Piedmont-Sardinia.
That was a joke. See above.

Okay, how about Kosovo?

I know. I have a dry sense of humor.

Like I said before, the Netherlands or Brazil (if we are doing 1836 or beyond)or Federal Republic of Central America (if we are doing 1812).

That's fairly easy being that Netherlands and Brazil exist today.

South Sudan.

Ok, can you try to go for something a tad easier? Like, from before I was in middle school?
