Chun-Li, Mahora

As she ate her lo mein (impressively good chicken lo mein, in fact), Chun-Li tried her darnest to ignore the talking cement truck and the second mech that showed up as well. When Chao explained the situation that there was a Viewer who was going to challenge them throughout the month and that they would get supplies and special equipment by going through these missions. Chun-Li sighed feeling annoyed that she was stuck here for the month. She couldn't outright deny what Chao had said. After all, she had seen talking, living machines, apes, and unicorns now. Denial was just not happening, so she had to accept what Chao was saying.

"I agree with the pigtail boy here," Chun-Li said, referring to Ranma and punching her palm when she said 'wallop.' "Unfortunately, all we can do for now is wait, but once we can meet him, we can... err, 'wallop' him and force him to reconsider kidnapping people for his amusement."

Unlike Ranma, Chun-Li kept her eyes directly at Krieg, ready to beat him up should he turn violent again. This guy was just crazy and needed sense beat into him badly.

Juri, Roanapur

"Ah, metaphorical... That appeals to me," Juri smirked as Balalaika explained the situation. Killing a god is not something she had ever tried before, but it should be fun. Unfortunately, she had to wait a month before she could do so which annoyed her to no end. Juri pulled out what remained of her cash on hand and threw it to the counter. "Get me something hard."

Juri could always kick someone's ass to get more money. She scanned the room looking over its occupants. Other than the green bean and the wild west cyborg, there were two children there, one who looked to be conversing with the wild west cyborg, and the other, looking like she stepped into the wrong place despite the bloody outfit she wore. She had survived a fight with someone, that was for sure. Juri could not help but be reminded of what happened to her when her parents were murder and her original left eye was damaged.

"And a Coke for the kid," Juri added to her order and beckoned Clementine over. "Kid, sit with me."

@Azakma
Thanks, anyway!
The person who could even consider falling behind that would be a cement mixer.

Not even the cement mixer. =P

@Dead Cruiser Your characters didn't actually do anything yet. The one post you had had Lordgenome sit in his cockpit to recover and had the Black Rose disguise herself and blend in. How do you expect people to react when a giant mecha landed and isn't moving, and when a woman is doing her best to blend in, especially when the other characters had more important things to discover like where they were and why they were there?

If you want, just make a second post where Lordgenome recovers and starts moving and where Black Rose starts being proactive after having listened in onto the conversations going on in the bar.
Juri, Yellow Flag

"...What?" Juri seemed rather confused by Fawful's odd speech patterns so when he spoke, it took her a bit to understand him. Then the Russian woman explained the situation and she moved out of her fighting stance, though she still had a smirk on her face. Her head shifted downwards, hiding her eyes in shadow, but anyone would notice that her left eye was shining purple while under shadow. It was the Feng Shui Engine. Like a few of the others, Juri also was a cyborg, but a much more subtle and ki-based one. In fact, she was looking in the direction of a cyborg who looked like some cowboy from a very weird Western.

"Whatever... I'm willing to help you out if you want someone who can fight, so long as I get some cash and a place to stay," Juri offered to the woman. She figured if the offer was good enough for the green bean, it was good enough for her... At least, until she could figure out how to proceed further in her plans to get back home and have her revenge against M.Bison. However, there was a question she had in the back of her mind that she wanted answered.

"What happened to the last lot?"

Chun-Li, Mahora

Chun-Li also decided to leave the psycho there to head with the others to the carts, hoping that he behaves better. Trying defiantly to ignore the sentient humanoid garbage truck as that was a bit too weird even given the ape and the pony, Chun-Li found the group greeted by a Chinese girl that had to be a teenager. Well, that explained the Chinese food at least. However, this was someone with knowledge about where they were... And despite her and the Japanese boy in Chinese garb currently scarfing down a family-size bowl of rice, she's going to guess they weren't in China. Chun-Li grabbed a chair herself and sat down beside Ranma.

"I would like to get straight to the point... but I'll be glad to have some of your chicken lo mein as well," Chun-Li eventually decided to say to the consummate businesswoman. After all, she was going to take this opportunity to have some food from her native land, and it was only polite to accept the offer of food. In addition, she wanted to see just how good a cook Chao Lingshen was. It seemed like the Japanese boy in Chinese garb loves her fried rice given how... eager he is to eat it, so that was a good sign.
Mahora

Another of the shooting stars grumbled and got up from her spot. Chun-Li wonder what would have happened to have sent her into a crater, but got up to examine the area. It seemed to be that of a school campus... one of great wealth, apparently.

However, there seemed to be a ruckus happening, so she quickly ran to interfere in the situation. When Chun-Li got there, she found the ruckus that an armed man was causing had already been settled by a Japanese teenage boy in recognizably Chinese clothing. She then noticed the various odd beings around them, including a purple pony and an ape with a red tie. Obviously not a normal situation. The armed man being held down appeared to be protesting still though both he and the Japanese teenager holding him down noticed the smell of Chinese food, so Chun-Li sniffed the air... and the teenager was right.

"You will get your food when you calm yourself down," Chun-Li said to the armed man, ready to help the teenager deal with this criminal by approaching the criminal's head.

Yellow Flag

Another shooting star had gotten up from her spot. She knew something was wrong since her memory was hazy about how she had gotten thrown into a crater. She had a photographic memory, so she shouldn't have fuzzy memories and didn't when concerning events before and after being brought here. She did see a nearby bar that was open, which meant people to beat answers out of.

Juri Han soon slunk into the Yellow Flag with a sensual smirk and a death glare on her face, moving as a spider would towards her prey. She had noticed a few oddities in the room like the green skinned weakling with thick glasses and the heavily armored spikey knight kowtowing one of the locals, but she ignored them and instead looked at the Russian woman. All she cared about what knowing where she was and then killing whoever brought her here.

"Funny, I'd expected hell to be much warmer," Juri sarcastically responded to the woman, stretching her body as if she was ready for a fight. "Tell me where I really am and I might be merciful."
I had read over the forum rules first and it didn't mention that they needed to be in OOC first. So, sorry for doing that, Grey. ^^'
Hello! GreyStar invited me to sign up for this RP! ^^
*Name: Chun-Li

*Universe: Street Fighter

*Appearance: Here.

*Personality: Chun-Li is a highly disciplined, seasoned, and courageous warrior, and is often the voice of reason. As a detective of Interpol, she takes her work very seriously, yet she also has an elegant, sweet, and feminine personality. When it comes to fighting, Chun-Li tends to get quite competitive with other fighters and does not take defeats kindly, but after her fights, she often becomes allies - and in some cases, friends. Additionally, she has shown great resilience and determination in pursuing intense rivals, such as Bison and Juri. Chun-Li is resourceful and dedicated, with a strong sense of justice. She strongly believes in protecting the innocent, yet she has no qualms with fighting.

*Powers/Skills: Chun-Li is a master of her own form of Chinese martial arts and can manipulate her own ki to power a variety of attacks and ki blasts. She is also very skilled at shooting with a gun.

*Brief Bio: At the age of five, Chun-Li saw her first classical Chinese play, Peking Opera, and her first Bruce Lee movie, which fascinated her and also became part of the reasons why she started practicing martial arts.

She began by learning Tai Chi. However, Tai Chi was much different from the gorgeous movements she remembered from Peking Opera. Soon afterwards, her father taught her Hong Quan as well as various basic exercises from then on. With that, Chun-Li’s skills in Chinese martial arts improved rapidly. Chun-Li used mostly kicks when fighting. This was something she picked up from her father, who was also said to have "legendary legs." Chun-Li continued to develop her kick attacks, embracing techniques from a variety of martial arts, such as Capoeira, Chinese Martial arts, battle karate, Tae Kwon Do, thus eventually creating her own style.

Chun-Li would later become a detective at the age of eighteen in hopes of finding her missing father. She later followed in her father's footsteps and become a narcotics investigator at the I.C.P.O (International Criminal Police Organization), also known as Interpol, working as the organization's anti-Shadaloo investigator. Chun-Li was known as the "black sheep of the I.C.P.O.", as she was investigating Shadaloo for the illegal sales of narcotics and weapons when said evil organization got their hold of the high-ups of Interpol.

Chun-Li was an Interpol investigator who had been searching for clues to the recent disappearance of her father. Getting into a friendly spar with an old teacher of hers and friend of her father, Gen, he gives her a lead into who may have killed her father—the mysterious crime syndicate Shadaloo. Finding its leader, M. Bison, she demands he tell her what happened to her father. To her surprise, Bison attacks and basically makes quick work of her, then flies away, laughing at her and telling her if she attacks him again he will kill her just like he did her father. With tears in her eyes (the last she swore to ever shed), Chun-Li swore vengeance.

Since that time, Chun-Li has made it her mission to take down Shadaloo... The mission she was currently on is her investigation of Shadaloo's weapons division, S.I.N, including one of its operatives... Juri Han.

*Equipment: Only the clothing she is wearing which include her spiked bracelets.

-----

*Name: Juri Han

*Universe: Street Fighter

*Appearance: Here.

*Personality: Juri fights purely for the thrill of the battle; unlike Ryu, who seeks meaning, her drive is more vengeful and ruthless, as she likes inflicting pain on her foes, and can easily lose her temper when she is struck back in retaliation without warning. She displays several traits of a femme fatale, as she makes provocative and suggestive remarks toward her enemies, as well seen in her win quotes; she is also cunning and manipulative, and not above leaving her partners to further her own agenda. At times she appears to be brooding and depressed.

However, despite her vengeful and ruthless behavior, she still has some vague sense of honor; during her mission (in the Super Street Fighter IV OVA), she left a young boy alive despite many civilians being caught in the crossfire. Juri also appears to detest fighting children, and views Evil Ryu to be a far more abhorrent type of ruthlessness, which somewhat contradicts her opinion on other Ansatsuken users.

*Powers/Skills: Juri is a master of the South Korean martial art of Taekwando and can manipulate her own ki to power a variety of kicks and ki blasts. Because of the Feng Shui Engine that replaced her left eye when it was damaged, she has an enhanced fighting potential with amazing speed, strength, and quicker reaction time. She has a photographic memory.

*Brief Bio: Juri was a prominent practitioner of Taekwondo when she was 15. Her father was a lawyer in charge of prosecuting organized crime operations. In this capacity, Shadaloo was his next target, causing her family to be kidnapped by that very organization. During the ordeal, Juri lost her parents, and her left eye was gravely wounded. After this, she joined up with Shadaloo's weapons division, S.I.N., with one goal in mind... To destroy M. Bison in revenge, no matter the cost. During her time with S.I.N., Juri had her damaged left eye replaced with the Feng Shui Engine to make her more powerful. After this, she then field tested the Feng Shui Engine by assassinating operatives, which is when she fought against Chun-Li for the first time and won.

*Equipment: The Feng Shui Engine, naturally. Without it, Juri would not be as good as she currently is. Other than that, it is just the clothing she is wearing.
