It slipped my mind despite being rather important, so I'd like to let people know that, if you're at all interested in RPing with me and decide to shoot me a PM, I would STRONGLY prefer if you have at least a somewhat vague idea of what kind of pairing, fandom, character, etc. you want to RP with. I'm honestly not very good at thinking up concepts on the fly, so it would save me a lot of headache. Thank you.

"Ballistics" Expert

Name: Jun Onnagami

Race: Human

Gender: Male

Age: 24

Appearance

Height: 5'11"
Weight: 148.7 lbs

Personality: Jun is a simple fellow with simple interests: flowers, a good book, a cold and hard drink, and women. Best described as a casanova bookworm, if Jun isn't enjoying a swig of hard ale and/or a fine piece of literature, odds are he's chasing after the skirt of some poor lady who catches his eye.

Despite this, however, Jun does have a good work ethic when it comes to researching monsters and sending reports back to his guild. He's just...easily distracted.

History: Jun hails from the village of Yukumo, for which he acts as a full time researcher and part-time hunter. After a year's worth of field work, Jun was sent by boat to the Uncharted Isle along with a slew of other hunters of varying races. None too keen on spending a long time away from civilization(i.e. his favorite alcohol and beautiful women), he'll have to try his best to stay alive long enough to return to his home village in one piece.

This Sharq Has the Nose of a Bloodhound

Name: Ten

Species: Zamite

Gender: Female

Habitat: Tundra

Personality: Left horribly crippled by the loss of both her eyes, Ten's personality has taken a turn for the extremely curious; completely blind, she uses her other senses, which have heightened to compensate for her loss of sight, to get a grasp for her surroundings. The most used of these senses would be her smell, taste and touch, meaning she makes a beeline for any scent that she deems even remotely tasty and begins to chow down.

Appearance: Ten, in terms of appearance, is a relatively normal large Zamite, save for two big scars where both of her eyes would be.

History: Ten was born as the tenth in a litter of 12 Zamite, hence her assigned name. Never too far from her siblings and parents, the young Zamite lost both of her eyes during an outing when she decided to try taking after the local Lagombi and sliding around on her stomach. She lost control very quickly and, as fate would have it, lost the use of both eyes when she crashed head first into not one, but two large chunks of ice. It's a miracle that she's even still alive, much more so now that her family has been hunted to death, leaving her alone to fend for herself. Most people attribute it to the brain's ability to rewire itself to heighten its other senses to compensate for the loss of another, which is a biological marvel if ever there was one.

I got into Monster Hunter this past Summer because of my boyfriend, and I'm very happy about that. It's now one of my all-time favorite series. ^^
