Skills: Temptest came from a family of farmers from Nevada,he lived with his grandfather whot aught him how to live off the land.
Powers: Temptest has control over storms and lightining, able to pull clouds from their orginal destination and arrive there he is in mere minutes (or hours depending on the size of the cloud) after that is done he can speed up the proccess of thunderstorms and even make the cloud grow and turn into an even bigger storm though once lightining can strike it WILL strike him, charging him up giving him electrokinisis for a limited amount of time,able to manipulate natural electricity, even calling down a lightining strike or two himself. A normal charge lasts him about three days, of course the more he gets struck the more lightining he can manipulate once the storm is dissepated. But that requires more effort. (more on that later)
While Temptest is charged he can shoot smaller lighting bolts from his hands able to control the volts and amperage he hits with.
Weaknesses: Calling clouds and starting storms and everything inbetween is costly, Temptests' body reacts as if it were doing extreme weight lifting, the clouds act like eights making smaller clouds eiaser to pull and bigger clouds being heavier. Pulling beyond his limit for too loing causes all the symptoms common with exaustion, which include fever,body aches,light headedness,fainting and confusion.
While calling down a lightining strike is much more taxing and dangerous, while pulling clouds works his physical body directing lightiing works his mind, his great great grandfather who also shared this ability died of a brain anerisism for calling down too much lightining at one time, also there is the danger of water. While he is immune to the effects of his own lightining, if he were in a body of water and was struck he would die. He also cannot touch any body of water while he is charged, his saliva and water he drinks are the only exception.
Weapons:N.AArmor/Clothing: Temptest wears a more practical and salvaged version of his regular costume, it still has the normal purple color but is coverd in hard leather and scraps of kevlar and stab vests he finds off the bodies of dead Police officers and military personell, his tradmark Cowl is still attached though thicker and has more protection from the elements. His old costume Bottoms have been replaced with leg padded combat pants dyed purple. he wears his usual ankle high boots have been replaced with black combat boots.
And to top it all off a big camper back pack.
