Here's a quirk idea:
BPM: User draws kinetic energy from an object and transfers it into another. Range is only about 6 inches from user's hands. Large amounts of energy can be transferred very quickly, but the user cannot store much energy in their body without backlash.

DBZ: The Sagas of The Z Warrior

It will be interesting having players of Frieza's race this early... Any Saiyans from off Earth would recognize the similarity.
