Hours after the first pod's impact,

another object streaked through the sky and crashed to the ground, not far from the first crater. A woman stepped out of this one, wearing armor similar to that of the first visitor from space and sporting a tail as well.She pulled a scooter from her belt and switched it on as the jumped forth from the crater.

"Damn you, Raditz... Not only are you delaying my search for our prince, but for low-class trash like yourself? Really, if we were not so few in number I'd crush you for that insult."

She stopped as she saw the dead farmer and scoffed.

"A defective piece of trash, if he hasn't enslaved these pathetic creatures... Though maybe this planet has something to offer."

She grinned as the scouter beeped, showing not only Raditz' position but also those of others with power levels she hadn't seen in quite some time.

Well, as long as we're here... I might as well keep in shape. It's been too long since I destroyed someone for the pure fun of it..."

With that, she took off after Raditz, letting the power within her burn bright as a challenge to any who might dare to test her might.

@Toots Slowing others wouldn't work for more than a second or two, since one doesn't store energy with the quirk as I imagine it. Without something movable to transfer the energy into, the overload would be devastating.

@Toots The object would shoot off in whatever direction it was moving, no explosions here. I wouldn't be able to transfer energy into something perfectly still, but even a little momentum would be enough. Like a solid wall wouldn't move with this ability, but a push on a car would let it work.
