I like your interest in my RP. as for what you said about "more setting/culture background expressed in that first post." I am really basing it around what the players do, how they react, and how they change things. Maybe the Goats have Enslaved Goblins and rule over the world. maybe they don't. It all depends on what you do.

as for your other questions here are the anwsers

Do they have airships? Yes they do. They are called Goat Operated Arial Transports. there are bigger ones but thats the basic one (Think like a car vs a battleship)

Do they have air pirates? Hmm... Reply is hazy. Try again later. YES.

Has there ever been a war fought over beer? Yes but they would rater not speak of it. Ugh. Gruesome.

Do any of the goats revere the ancient goat-demon Azazel? Now some do. Thank you for creating a new religion.

Dude, i like it, though i keep getting incredibly dumb races. It seems like the whole place is full of nit wits! Ha! But really wizard, an Ogre? how would the ogre be able to fit though a door into a bar?
