Hello everyone!
I haven't done forum-based role-play in at least five years, probably closer to ten, but a play-by-post 5e Discord server has kinda' gotten me dragged back in. I enjoyed the role-playing aspect of it, but implementing the game mechanics of Dungeons and Dragons into a Discord bot was way too clunky for me, so I figured I'd find a forum again like the good ol' days.
As far as preferences go, I tend to be a little verbose by nature, so casual to advanced seems like my speed. Chances are I'll stick to casual for fear of disappointment in the Big Kids Club that I fear the advanced subforum may be, but we'll find that out when the time comes lol
Other than role-playing I keep myself occupied with video games, both playing and attempting to design/write/develop for the medium: if anyone knows someone willing to tutor me in programming, send them my way! I also would like to spend time learning how to garden, but I need more discipline than I have at the moment for that.
You can call me Golden as a nickname if you want: Witch seems a bit too non-specific for addressing someone lmao
