How many guards are still inside with us? Did I hear the door close from the guard that went to alert the commander? Goradh will wait until he hears it shut before going outside.

If you haven't noticed, Goradh is VERY particular about following defense protocol.
Goradh stares at the strange creature for a moment. A long moment. "I find it hard to believe that you stumbled upon this fortress by chance. And in the middle of a storm this fierce. Still, if what you say is true, our kingdom must be warned." He turns to another one of the guards. "Convey the information about the attacks to the commander. Tell him that Len and I will lead a scouting party to investigate as soon as the storm breaks." He turns and strains his ears, listening for whether the commotion outside was continuing. "That's assuming that we don't have even more company. We should probably investigate, Len."
Hah, you posted 3 times.

As of my last post, Goradh will have one additional thing to say before heading back outside to the ramparts.

Also, did those two guards actually go outside when I told them to?
Yannoth, Goradh humbly requests the result of an Insight check to see how much of this is believable. Len should get one too. This may be an opposed check vs Bluff
The half-orc narrows his gaze at Len and then back at the creature. He hefts both axes in his hands and says "What'll it be, little runt? And if you try bolting again, you'll have my axe to outrun." He advanced a few short paces. "These demons, if they exist, how many were there? And how did you stumble your way to our fortress in the middle of a storm if you were on the run from them?"
Len's attempt at subtlety was entirely lost on Goradh. "If this little runt had any skill in combat, it would not be hiding like a coward!" The half-orc, unused to having his personal space violated in such a manner, felt his blood begin to boil. "It infiltrated our fortress under cover of the storm, lied about its intentions, and is now distracting us from a possible threat at our gates!" The half-orc turns and slams his back into the nearest wall, attempting to pin the creature against the hard stone.
"You dirty rat! You killed my brother! You dirty rat! Ooooh."

Slade didn't quite seem to have the same playfulness as this guy. And he wasn't nearly as annoying. This guy reminds me of a smaller Scrappy Doo.

If he can be promoted into a Ninja and use lightning, then I'll take back all the mean stuff I've said.
6 feet high? Sheeeit. I can reach that high no problem. I sheathe my throwing axe and make a Grab attempt (Str vs Ref), which I think has a +6 modifier for me (+4 strength mod, +2 level bonus, no proficiency, feat, or magic bonus).
I'm making the following assumptions about the guards going outside:

1) They close the door as they go out and they can reasonably get the rest of their gear in place.
2) We have a similar system for knocking. A loud, solitary knock means "Let me in", while two knocks means "We're under attack, get out here and fight!"

Also, how high are the crates? Would Goradh know what is in them? (I.e. if he decides to simply knock them over, would they contain supplies that would be destroyed?). His Athletics check is +10.
Goradh shakes his head, frustrated by the child-like behavior and still convinced that it is a ruse. He motions to two guards who are appear to be the most dressed. "You two, take up our post outside, but stay close to the door. With the low visibility, the battlements won't provide much cover."

He turns to look up at stack of crates, judging whether or not he can jump up and grab the little pipsqueak.
