@DJAtomika - DJ, let me ask you this. What are secret passages used for?
@FernStone - Yep, know how ya feel, Fern. Just recover, don't over-exert, and when you're free, charge at it. I've been under the weather myself with simulated graphical assignments, snarky supervisors from work, and a cold (which I'm almost recovered from). Sleep, Chicken Noodle Soup, Salad wraps, and Sandwiches never tasted so good or refreshing.

Funny thing is that this cold's been rather mild in that I haven't lost my smell or coughed ridiculous phlegm; just a dry throat and drowsiness. Yesterday, I did feel under the weather due to some stomach bug, but after a good night's rest, I'm actually feeling okay and hoping it doesn't affect my productivity. Let's drink to your swift recovery and me not catching another cold because catching a cold after recovering from another does in fact happen!

Also, cool beans and good practice with learning Java. I remember you mentioning something about using java and gaining access to the old Mibbit chat room. Still wrapping my head around how you're still able to pull that off along with focusing on CS in university. Working on a game will be a good way to jump start your skills. You'll definitely have your hands full once you reach uni!

@Nevis – Small posts are a start, although let's. This is good. Not only are small posts are better than nothing, they help jump start the creative engines! I hope the video-game development course lets ya decide what you want to do. Game development's tough and it's a slippery road to move up the ranks through Q&A. I know a couple buddies that went through as Triple A game-testers and it took them 15 years to even acquire consideration from game dev or senior game project directors. Best known way to get in as a game-dev is to go the indie (stands for independent) route. If you've got a finished mobile app indie game ready to go if ya talk to a major game dev director with experience on certain game engines, you've pretty much got a green light into having an interview or considerable recommendation to other game devs from other Triple A game studios!

@Konica – Yep, I know how you feel. This semester's taking a turn for the brutal. Over the weekend, let's see how Lady Heurassein reacts to the current situation. Does she have a gunpowder warehouse in Voltas? Only she would know ...

@SkullsandSlippers – I feel you on the stomach bug and spent the most of yesterday (the 9th) resting and recuperating. Not fun and feels draining. I just hope wherever you got the bug, that someone in your classroom isn't passing it on to others. When you've got a moment, take a moment to enjoy a breath of fresh air and then see the world from Ona's point of view.

@DJAtomika – If it helps, Balthasar was a trusted Delacroix retainer and would probably know the ins and outs of the Palais and its secret passages better than anyone else, save Lucius and Conqvist and a few others. Maybe he could use this to knowledge to his advantage recommend several unused, underground passage or inspire everyone with a boost of confidence.

How're those posts coming along? It's been almost a week since I posted and other than Peik I'd have thought we'd have all gotten some posts fleshed out. If any of you need help with writing your posts, please let me know as soon as possible so we can get the ball moving 8)
@Peik - Well as long as it's not messy or properly slicing and dicing desert fruits, it's all desirable after potatoes and gravy. If you've got a video of it, I recommend throwing it up on youtube and showing us for some quality entertainment 8).

@ Everyone - Hope your posts are coming along nicely! I updated the Non-Player/Writer Section under Characters with character descriptions and will finish up with Factions, Episode Descriptions and Voltas Locations in the next few days. Won't be long now, folks! If you have recommendations to improving the OOC Page or have more questions, please let me know, hehe.
@Peik - So you're saying you sliced watermelons with a personally designed Guillotine? Must've been one helluva a height to drop that blade! I imagine that it might probably work well with slicing rows of oranges, melons, or tough fruits like durian.
@Peik - Wow ... that's frightening ... and altogether awesome. Geebus ... having to implement carpentry and then utilize rope and a a blade. Must've been quite an experience designing a whole guillotine. I certainly wouldn't have pulled off something like that. How did actually turn out?

@Konica - Yeah, it's really the drafting, trial-and-error that take the cake. Not an engineer by any means, but if something can be built with relatively simple electronic wiring and manipulations, it's more than possible! When I was a freshman in high school, my father once helped me build a wooden toy car that could run on its own with a close liner and a mouse trap. I didn't know what the hell I was doing, but in the end, it totally worked and I got an A in the class 8)
@SkullsandSlippers - Will do Skulls, I'll have a PM ready for ya for details and the likes
@FernStone - Yeah I've been feeling under the weather myself. Best thing to do is get a lot of rest and don't stay up late! Otherwise, the skies are the limits.

@Nevis and @ Everyone - We spoke about how the pre-emptive strike on the Palais was a good opportunity for Uriel to examine how his armor wards work. I encourage you to collaborate with the other writers for mutual compromises so that there can be greater benefits, interactions, and chances for success. After the insertion into the Palais, he could keep his eyes peeled and dig around to see what can be done about his armor wards. Perhaps if it's in his intuition could interact with the others to see if they will help him or how he could help them in return. I scratch your back, you scratch mine; vice versa.

@Konica - I'm no engineer so I don't know how much of a help I could be, but if you need my skill-sets for marketing an idea or product via interactive advertisement posters, I could give a couple pointers! But ahhh ... inventing a machine that benefits society. You could go a great number of directions, but my best bet is to find a problem and then build or sell a solution. I had an idea of using a toy rv-car with an automated platform to lift or lower as a means for bringing food, drinks, or items for elderly people, but I suppose the same appliance could be applicable to individuals of all ages. It might've already been invented, but it's an idea! I believe that avoiding over engineering a product will go a long ways, hehe.

As for the update, I am working on that as we speak; been an interesting few days, but I'll have the update within the next few days so please just bear with me!

@Peik – Great post and one that moves the chain along! I find it ironic that Korkud isn't phased by these turn of events and it seems like there's not much that could shock Korkud unless he were betrayed by a closely trusted retainer or tribesman of sorts. We do see into how he thinks and his involvement is intriguing since he could certainly save face and retreat like Lady Heurassein. This is going to be a bit of read to see how he interprets the events as they unfold around him and what he will do to actually attempt to accomplish the objectives.
@DJAtomika - Yes, DJ, I mentioned that in one of my previous posts, but I'm guessing you either haven't been following the OOC unless I tagged you or simply glossed over it so I'll post it again.
