Current Memes aside, pineapples on pizza is ok actually. Being shat on for liking things different from other people gets old after a while.

A witch.

She could feel it. There was a witch at the school. Not a place Minerva could just ignore. While she wasn't certain where it was exactly near the school, she wasn't about to give up a Grief Seed, not when others could snatch it away from her.

The motorcycle roared to life, before she sped off across the building tops. It was easy enough to mask her presence, even with her motorcycle at full speed jumping off building tops; engine noises weren't exactly foreign to anyone, and anyone who glimpsed her would just be told they were dreaming if they thought to mention it to anyone. That was, if they themselves didn't think they were dreaming. Finally reaching the road below, she put on her lights, speeding down the road at a reasonable speed. No sense getting a ticket from any night shift cops. Not when the storage compartment was stuffed with her guns and ammunition.

Before long, she reached the school's front gate, locked as usual for this time of the day. Dissipating the motorcycle into mist, she jumped the fence, holding out her Soul Gem as she did so. Minerva smirked as she detected the witch's trail. Not a very smart witch, to make a labyrinth in this sort of place. After all, there were young girls there; prime candidates for Magical Girls. To make a labyrinth in a school like this was akin to a bird trying to nest inside an alligator's mouth.

Hazel Baker

It burned.

Her throat burned. Her world shook and turned upside down, but her screams drowned out even the pain from the shards of glass cutting her skin. Hazel only noticed everything had stopped once the extra cuffs came off her, freeing her from most of that feeling of mental suppression.

Emma seemed alright, as with the rest that she could see. There seemed to be a few injured among them, but those can be healed. They did have people who can heal wounds among them after all.

No, what she was fixated on was the monsters rampaging through the city. The rumble of the giant's footsteps, every move it made, every time it destroyed something. It sang to her, the destruction, the noise, the sheer chaos. She wanted to... No... She needed to fight. Something, anything to make that music louder. Even if her body breaks. It only took her but a moment to run back into her room, taking off the robe and leaving only the oversized shirt on, before putting on the chainmail she had piled neatly into a drawer.

Zoe had already disappeared, apparently going after the ooze.

"Transmit. This is Hazel Baker. Engaging the ice giant," She blinked, pausing for a moment. "Recommend retreating. Over."

Hazel only stopped for a moment beside Emma, to hand her the white collar she always wore. Without a word more, she projected a large fist around herself and launched herself into the sky. With another projection she threw herself upwards again, and again, moving faster and faster as she did so. With a final throw, she redirected her flight path towards the ice giant. Not directly at it, but aiming for somewhere just to the right of the creature. She didn't need to go directly at it after all.

Projecting a huge 30 meter sword, again an almost exact replica of the sword she bought, she swung it straight towards the middle of the ice giant as she flew past it, activating all her abilities at once, ensuring anything she cut would explode.
"Why yes." An answer made more to rile him up. "A wish to end all the universe's evil? And you would entrust this to a machine that eat souls?"

Regardless of Juniper's nonchalant attitude and her not being in any recognizable fighting stance, she was already prepared to fight. She had been unable to shake off her bad habits brought on by being complacent for so long, but with the few life or death fights she had recently, slowly but surely she was returning to her old self.

"Such a wish, fed into such a machine, would only bring disaster. Have you not realized it? Or did you simply did not care, counting those deaths as necessary sacrifices? Playing a number game without regards for the lives behind it."

An enemy hiding behind their own illusions and images. Not something uncommon from where she came from. Of course there were always the crazies there, ranging from kooks who thinks lizards were talking to them, to disillusioned people like this man trying to poison an entire water system just to purge the gangs, unable to comprehend the people who lived off that water system would die as well. Not to mention water being one of the only things even the gangs were reluctant to tamper with.

There was no kami, no youkai, nor any other force that could bring evil into man, for both good and evil sprung from their hearts. That was what she believed, after living for so long in her world. And this metal man's wish, was not something she could allow, for the only way she could see that wish being granted, was the death of all mankind.
Should have a post up soon.
Is that a freaking behelit? Don't do it man, you'd get stuck on a boat for seven years. ;w;
