Added some stuff to my post to clear up his deduction, sorry about the confusion.
I think it might have something to do with Clementine from the game. I for one don't want to see a group of children doing stuff like performing surgery, beheading walkers, rapid firing weapons with anything more than slight recoil and certainly not with perfect aim. I would strongly urge you each to consider if you really want to commit to these roles.
