Chaska
@Sapphire

Having seen that a fair number of People were now present, Chaska gently pushed the small pile of books to the feet of Alex and stood. He glanced slowly to the faces of each person near him, nodded at them collectively, and turned on his heel. He had never been particularly fond of groups, something that shouldn't be particularly unexpected given the nature of his upbringing. It was much harder to fight a group than it was a single person after all, and while he had become strong enough to handle groups of four or five on his reservation, they hadn't been as gifted as his current peers.

He walked at a steady pace, his boots tapping against the ground slightly as he did so, making his way once again to the his dorm. He unlocked the door silently, and after taking off his boots, stepped in; ignoring whether or not his room-mate Tyler was present. He tossed his towel into a laundry hamper just next to his bed, and set his boots on a small rack near the entrance. One of his earliest rules with his room-mate is that shoes were not to be worn in the house, the mess they made was not worth the minor convenience of keeping them on.

After a few moments of standing in the middle of his room, Chaska sat down on his bed and laid back, letting out a long sigh, followed by a slight groan.

He was still very, very nauseous from the earlier meditation.

Hey, I'll get something up for Chaska when I get home this evening. If an6body wants Chaska involved in their shenanigans, let me know!
Eld Fen

A sweet, ripe smell began to permeate the air surrounding the eldritch abomination, and he turned his head from the interloper before them to look for something that could possible spread such a strong smell of... citrus?

He wasn't given long to consider the scent when the power following it hit Eld Fen like a wave of concentrated agony. He fell to the ground shaking, spasming, and writhing in a way that made the poor being seem even less human than he was. He began to scream, a soundless roar that slowly began to take shape in the world as a hole ripped itself through the being's face. He continued to scream, a horrible, ragged sound that would terrify the inexperienced even more than his former visage. Every inch of his being was pulsing with agony, it felt as if he was being ripped apart and crushed together simultaneously, and he felt himself begin to slip from consciousness. However, just as quickly as the pain had come, it had left.

He lifted his form from the sand, shakily, and from beneath the yellow hood appeared a face few would expect, but some may recognize. The face, of his former self.

@Magister

He rose, slowly, the sands of the desert he occupied swiping in waves against his feet. He raised a hand shakily before his face, and starred at it for nearly an eternity. What had once been the wrinkled and yellowed paw of an eldritch beast was now, and once again, the pale hand of a writer, void entirely of the distortion it had once contained. He began to breath heavily, and with a shock he moved both of his hands to his face, frantically feeling the features it had long ago lost. Lips, a nose, eyes, ears, hair! He almost giddily whispered in the silence of his mind.

Silence.

For the first time in years, his mind had fallen completely silent for a period longer than he could have imagined possible. Not a whisper could be heard, nor a plane be seen; his sanity had returned to him fully.

Taking a trembling step forward, he began to walk towards the man that had announced his presence so grandly. Stumbling forward, he eventually made it to the man, falling at his feet in a pose of gleeful submission. Looking upwards towards his captor, or savior perhaps, tears could be seen falling from his stunning eyes as he soft, melodic voice spoke.

"I care not for your conditions Master, long as I remain in this state I will accept your offer with prudence and resolve. My name, is Nicodemus Hathaway."

If you could send me a PM with the description of the Warehouse's interior and it's contents, it'd be hugely appreciated.

Eld Fen chuckled at the retorts of his companions, like most aspects of Eld, his chuckle seemed to be slightly off. It didn't seem forced or mechanical, but it felt... wrong. It was akin to something trying to replicate human interaction without being wholly human itself. He felt his partners makes contact with his flesh, which felt icy-cold, as if no life was left within it; and the trio began to move. He had become used to the sensations of movement using his powers, it felt as natural as walking for the abomination. His companions however weren't so lucky; the movement through distorted space made every inch of one's being feel off, as if it were being moved from within. The experiance caused a range of nausea the first few times, caused by the constant shifting of space.

It took a few minutes for them to arrive to their destination, however they had successfully arrived on the roof of a warehouse, filled with crates. After a moment, he released the hands of his companions and gestured to the roof-top door a few feet away from them, then whispered quietly.

"Wait out the Vertigo and nausea, you're both useless when you get clumsy. I'll go in first, get an idea of what we're looking for."

And with that, he disappeared into the warehouse below.

Um. Doubtfully..

I said "currently" because he was undressed during his meditation, but had clothed himself quickly after.

No problem, though I do want to make a note that Chaska is currently fully dressed.

"Damn root came out of nowhere...."

Came the voice of the the striking young man before him, laying on the ground along with a handful of books. Chaska had still been recovering from the nausea of his recent meditation, and as such was not particularly focused on his surroundings aside from what was immediately near him. As such, he was quite surprised to see one of his fellow classmates fall on such a blatantly obvious root. He suspected something, and vocalized it in his deep, smooth voice.

"No, you ignored it. It was there plainly."

Kneeling down, his still damp hair clinging to the sides of his face and neck, he took hold of the nearest book. With a bit of reaching, he was able to collect all the books that had fallen and stack them neatly in a pile to his right. Staying crouched, he rested his right fist on the ground between his legs; balancing himself as he intently focused on the eyes of the Wasicu before him. With a sort of sigh, he asked the fellow student a question.

"What is clouding your sight?"

This question was prompted by his imposed role as an expected councilor and elder of his tribe, it was within his cultural demand for him to be sage in a matter, a Pksape-Wakicuza. As such, he felt an inclination to advise and assist in mind, spirit, and body. The greatest leadership promoted all three aspects of men.

Chaska is quiet, not bashful; He'll look you dead in the eye and address you directly. He just doesn't do it unless prompted for the most part.

I think it'd work better if they know each other, perhaps some shared classes, or they've talked before?

You could catch Chaska on the way to his dorm, or would you prefer I have him find Alex?
