Name: Henry
Race: Imperial
Age: 24
Appearance:
Five Major skills:
- What can a bard be if not an outstanding orator? He travelled around Tamriel and met many types of people, what made him understand the body language of others and sometimes read their thoughts from half a word.
- Performing for the audiences requires good physical form, travelling from one place of the world to another day after day - a better one. The road's themselves are not always a safe place and being quick, can often help you make life saving decisions.
- Has anyone ever seen an armored bard?
- Morrowind was the place, that Henry liked the most throughout his travels. He settled there for a year or so and was astonished by the spear weapons they use. He spent some time trying to learn them, seeing how the strangeness of the weapon might someday help him.
- Anyone who visited taverns would know - brawls and bigger fights erupt in taverns as often as the rain falls, whenever too many drunk people of different opinions collide. What life hasn't taught about fighting unarmed, these brawls have taught Henry.
Five minor skills:
- He tried wearing light armor while training in Morrowind, however, he never wore it when he left the place.
- a dagger, or at least a couple of them hidden behind clothes and boots always accompany a smart traveller.
- has tried shooting from a bow not too accurately, however.
- sneaking is actually a good skill to manage to slip out of tight spots, but carrying a travelling bag, an instrument doesn't make you a person suitable for sneaking, does it?
- throughout his life, Henry found a number of ways to entertain a crowd. In his youth, he has tried to fool the audiences of how well he was playing by magic. Henry was not a bad lute player and he decently played some other instruments, though he needed to create a name for himself. However, he soon realized that using the magic near mages and priests might give him out, that's when he decided to stop it.
Class name: Bard.
Brief history: Henry was born near Weye, a small town on the doorstep of Imperial city. He would often see musician perform there in the Inn. No wonder, that as soon as he grew up he set out the world to seek fortune as a travelling singer. Being entirely self-taught he was not the best, though nobody could question that he was a good lute player and a pleasant-voiced singer. His travels took him to many places of the world and travels taught him much about life - mainly how to survive treacherous roads and deal with many types of different people. However, a bard's life may sometimes be rather difficult. People, especially in villages, look to newcomers suspiciously. That moment is true balancing on a blade's edge. One step in their eyes could make them hate you, however a different step might make them adore you. And Henry's luck ran out when he played a Nord song while visiting an Inn in the Imperial city. People did not like the words that were in that song, the "lies about Nord origins". It was not an offensive song by any means. Some bold drunken guy simply wanted to start a fight there. If anyone visited an inn, they should know how easily that is done. Most of the anger was directed to the bard, however some people stood up to him. Henry was not new to defending himself and he did not get hurt too badly. However, as the tavern fight grew bigger, guards from outside kicked in to ease it and look for responsible people. When half of the people who participated in the fight were lying passed out, the minority of my defenders was now an overwhelmed minority, so no doubt Henry was blamed responsible for "stealing from the innkeeper", "singing daedric songs", "trying to seduce some noble's daughter" and obviously "beating up two men to death while hurting at least a dozen more".
