@Pudding: Das fine so far. Update his magic and weapon section a little though. It seems a bit short... Maybe give a few descriptions about his weapons and connections to his wishes?

In regards to soul gems, sure put it anywhere you want. It's not mandatory but it can be there for convience's sake. I'll chuck it up on the OP hold up. And with Wraiths, you can think some up, but they all look pretty familiar though. So if you want to make them Witch-esque sure go ahead.

Human Form

He's a real baby-faced person. With a toned body and cute hazel eyes that curve downward he gives off the feel that just somehow screams "adorable." His height is is rather on the short side being 162cm and with a fair complexion he really does look two years younger then he should be. His deep chocolate brown hair just seems to defy gravity as with a little hair gel it goes from a shoulder length cut becomes a mountain. Like seriously, it looks like a valley of mountains. His face is a soft round and he has a button shaped nose that you can pinch and make it look like you're thumb, much like a baby's. He's rather light though, 55kg isn't much. He has rather girly eyebrows, with them being slightly curved and having a small tick at the end.

Magical Boy Form

It's definitely blue. His coattail shirt have a deep aquamarine type of material with white linings. His sleeves are short and primarily white too with one blue stripe going down near the bottom. His cape is also a pure white with some blue linings and the gem that holds it is his soul gem. His pants are similar to his shirt and have metal sheaths for his twin kodachi. His shoes are his ordinary day sneakers with a metal sole containing a blade inside each. He wears a black belt with a sapphire which sits slightly more on his right hip. The armbands he wears are made of a golden material, possibly leather and have a sapphire each.

Magic: His main magic is the ability to be really fast and mobile. Super speed and the like are his calling. He's also gained the ability to teleport thanks to his wish. Though he can use them pretty liberally he can't teleport too far but he can teleport A LOT. He uses electricity as his magical motif and utilizes lightning in some of his attacks. He fights using his speed to his advantage and has great attacks to go with it. While that aren't all that flashy, they get the job done. Since he's so fast, he likes to get up close and personal and in your face. He likes to end them quickly to conserve magic. His moves are somewhat inspired (read:stolen) from Chun Li. A few of his attacks include....

Lightning Legs! Hyakurestukyaku - A bunch of lighting fast kicks with his foot blades.

Shinkuu Tatsu- Oh Wait, Wrong Character. - An upside down helicopter-esque kick and sucks in the opponent before blowing them away. Can be imbued with lightning.

Stay Away From Me! - He throws down a nodachi which creates an electrical barrier in front of him.

You've Gotta Be Kiddding! - A move where he slide kicks the opponent then he proceeds to juggle them with a few kicks while hand standing before doing a backwards flip-kick and he flicks his hair as a small electrical burst appears and sends the opponent flying.

Finisher: He has two so far and they both come from Chun Li. (Go figure.)
Sadistic Trample Fest - The sadistic jerk grabs the opponent and kicks them in the air, very high, then he teleports next to them and he does two spinning slashes and smashes them to the ground with a kick. However, this isn't flashy enough to be a finisher, so he dives downwards and starts to stomp on their face... repeatedly as they fall. And as they hit the ground he smashes he foot as hard as he can and to top it all off he twists his foot as he does it. He then walks off and flicks his hair. Asshole....
It's Over! - Kiku dashes through the opponent, meaning he cuts through them. Then he starts to teleport around them, before getting up close to them and does multiple lightning fast kicks before he does a vertical split kick which sends them flying. With this he launches himself into the air and cuts through them again. However, the opponent appears to be stuck in mid-air along with Kiku before being they're cut exactly 78 times in a flash of lightning.

Weapons: Twin Kodachi which are twin short swords along with metal footblades. These twin kodachi have a spiraling and heavily stylized dragon on it with a blue gem on the handle. Of course these a magical and he can summon them at will if he loses one. The foot blades are retractable making even more mobile and he can summon them at will too. The foot blade is used to give additional damage since he likes to kick.
Wish: Kiku wished to be able to run away from the life he had back then. Immediately. The ended with... results.

Kiku said "Hey, Kyubey, you listening? I wish to able to get away from this life. I don't care what happens... I just want to get away from here RIGHT NOW!"
