✧ DAY 5 - Dungeon, "The Hill's Sorrow", Boss Room ✧

6/22/2076

A minute after Fenrir's Herald falls and shatters into a thousands shards of light, a flash of bright light appears. The moment the flash ends, you see a pile of chests and items appear in the middle of the Boss Room. Some of you may be set back for a second; the realism of Talrae made you forget for a moment that it was still a game. Chests of items appearing out of nowhere in flashes of light should be a common sight in these types of games... no matter though. You go through them... it's a lot. You guess that you may be receiving some bonus since your party was the first to clear this very dungeon. You find the following:

    - 17 Mithril coins
    - 31 Gold coins
    - 52 Silver coins
    - 69 Copper coins
    - 251 Nickle coins
    - 12 Gems (Common)
    - 16 Crystals (Common)
    - 30 Wolf Pelt (Common)
    - 20 Wolf Pelt (Uncommon)
    - 15 Wolf Pelt (Rare)
    - 16 Fabric (Rare)
    - 9 Red Potion
    - 1 Blue Potion
    - 2 Green Potion
    - 4 Yellow Potion
    - 2 Purple Potion
    - 3 Potion of Resilience
    - 1 Potion of Might
    - 1 Metal Totem
    - 1 Lycan Pup
    - 3 Jewelry
    - 2 Hatchets
    - 1 Shovel
    - 1 Pick Axe
    - 4 Clothes (Common)

All items automatically belong to Reylan as per the game system rules. Even though there are non-Guild members who participated in the fight, the majority of the players belong to the "Legion of the Wolf" Guild, therefore all items by default are sent to the Guildmaster.
You are all automatically teleported to outside of the dungeon, where you all first started. Upon exiting the dungeon, everyone also receives the following:

- 3000 EXP
- +1 Level for first clear bonus

✧ DAY 5 - Outside Dungeon "The Hill's Sorrow" - 7PM ✧

Well... it's over finally. It was a long, difficult day. But a proud one. You found new friends, met and defeated some monsters, got some cash... overall it could be described as satisfying. A gust of warm breeze tickles your nose as you notice the sun is setting over Genesis. It is beautiful, most satisfying conclusion to a great challenge.
But the day is not over. First you will need to figure out who will receive which portion of the items. Then you will need to figure out how to get all the items back into town... it is no short walk and the combination of physical exhaustion and heavy item load wouldn't make it any easier. You all turn to Reylan for what comes next.

Shiba: interacting with, none

Shiba looked to the guild master as he gave the next order and it was for him to team up with the other rouge in their party and do hit and runs. He gave a nod to the fellow rouge and waited till she attacked first once she gave him the signal he charged forward and he did his best to stay in the heralds blind spot ands he slashed his katana against the heralds back but he kept moving signaling for her to go again

✧ DAY 5 - Dungeon, "The Hill's Sorrow", Boss Room ✧

6/22/2076

The puny adventurers were nothing but a pack of mongrels before the Herald's eyes. Before it moved, first it had to get the Paladin off of its legs; who was holding on like some petty insect attempting to resist a hurricane wind. The Herald punched the Paladin several times in the face, against his helmet before weakening him enough to peel him off and throw him away. But the Paladin held on well and it took a surprisingly long time for the Herald to move on to his next act. Next he went for the Mage with the Staff. His little tricks of healing the other humans was greatly offending the Herald. Pushing the armored Trainer and Marauder out of the way with mighty arms, Fenrir's Herald closed the distance like a gust of wind. With a Feral Strike, he slashed at the Mage. But what came after as retaliation from rest of the players proved fatal for the great lycan. His passive healing ability didn't go off in time and he was forced into submission of death by the combined magical and physical attacks.

The Fenrir's Herald, and The Hill's Sorrow dungeon by extension, had been defeated.

"Grail War you say..." Pandora's Actor paused for a second. "Magnificent~! It sounds... dramatic! Grand and opulent! Of course, I speak of the event rather than the Grail. Holy Grail is nothing but a petty item meant for the lesser beings to stare in awe but... if I could claim it, perhaps it could have a place among the lesser treasures of Nazarick. Yes... Lord Momonga may have a use for even such minor objects." He took up a firm stance and reached out to meet Ryan's hand. The long, worm-like fingers crawled over Ryan's hand and wrist. "Summoner, I accept your proposal." Pandora's Actor pulled away his hand. Without a moment's hesitation, he began heading towards the exit of the chamber.
"With swiftness we must move, for time is a limited commodity for mortals like you." Despite being untrained and uneducated in the exact mechanics of this world and Holy Grail War, Pandora's Actor could instinctively sense and guess that his Summoner's survival was crucial to Pandora's Actor's own existence. It was... curious. He supposed Ryan acted like his battery of sorts. "Teams you spoke of... yet I only see ourselves here. Find them, you shall."
"Pointless to ask the self regarding what I am..." Pandora's Actor outstretched both of his arms towards the sky and raised his voice. "The real question would be what I can be and the answer to such question would be... anything! Everything! For I am the Pandora's Actor, created by the Supreme Being, to emulate any and all beings!
He lowered his arms as he saluted smartly, not towards Ryan but towards an empty wall. His heels clicked together from the shiny boots while his right arm formed a neat and perfect angle on his brow... or wherever his brow was supposed to be. "Blessed be the Supreme Being for gifting me with such an ability. Forgive this young summoner for being unaware of such power and might." Without waiting for Ryan's response, Pandora's Actor stopped saluting and turned to start walking towards the door to exit. With a subtle out-of-place step, he forced himself to bump into Ryan briefly. Pandora's Actor stopped to look into his face with a lifeless face.
"The self was summoned here for a reason I am sure. And whatever that reason may be, he is certain that it must be fulfilled before I can return to my rightful place. So tell me summoner... what is thy bidding?"

That was it. All the guardian Wolfkin were brought down, their bodies shattering into light after taking fatal damage.
"Glory to the Lycans..." One whispered in a gruff tone as a powered arrow dug into its chest.
"Live... forever!" The other was brought down by a combination of blades and magic, its freedom of mobility completely surrendered due to shadow energy that moved it around. However as a last act of desperation, even as it was being stunned by a strong punch and blinded by a miraculous shuriken throw, it managed to wage a final strike against an offending mage. All 5 of its claws dug deep into her, dealing massive damage.
It seemed as though Fenrir's Herald was also being taken care of rather easily. Before it could attack the Paladin drawing its attention, it was slammed backwards by the Trainer in plate armor. Taking heavy damage from a gang of players, it was forced to take backward steps, after savagely pushing Polak out of the way.

"My brothers!!!"

The Herald roared mightily; the grass around it shook. Suddenly, you see a status change on Fenrir's Herald's icon. It's name and color of the tag changed from "Fenrir's Herald" (Green) to "Fenrir's Herald Enraged" (Orange). An orange aura surrounded it and burst, pushing everyone near Fenrir's Herald back. The empowered monster emerged from the aura of light, revealing it's new form.

"Arrogant insects!"

The beast moved quickly, as if all status effects on it were removed with the transformation. First it punched the Paladin with a mighty fist. Despite being well-armored and weighed down, the Paladin flew across the field towards the back of his party, crashing into the silver-haired Archer.
"You call that insignificant toy a fear-giver? I am the fear!!!"

Next was the Marauder. A mighty enemy as he was, Fenrir's Herald was more powerful. With a roar that shook the ground, it lashed out with its right arm, enacting Feral Strike on the Marauder. Immediately afterwards, it followed up with a Savage Slasher; the Herald seemingly disappeared into thin-air as it moved faster than an eye could track. Everyone around the Herald was slashed.

Hmm... I do like this suggestion. As Ithradine has said too, it is indeed a fair solution. I'll think about this a little more but as of now, I am leaning rather heavily on this suggestion.

You guys already told me that you are not gonna be able to post on time this week so at least you were communicative - which is totally fine. Was gonna autopilot you guys anyways.
Light.
Action.
Summoning.

Pandora's Actor emerged in a showcase of light, posing dramatically. His left hand covering his empty face, his right arm outstretched behind him as if to mask himself from the surrounding light. He was leaning backwards, nearly facing the sky. He turned slowly to face his summoner, over-exaggerating his step artistically.

"Ich komme aus unendlicher Dunkelheit... Wer mich anruft, soll den Preis bezahlen..." His voice was bombastic, pitch and tone over the top as he pronounced perfect German. Enunciating every word as if speaking to a deaf man, he continued. "Who dares to summon this self?" Pandora's Actor finally took his hand off of his face to survey his surroundings before addressing Ryan. "Ah, thou shalt be responsible for such rude interruption of this self's devotion to the true lord."

Hey everyone.

So I had to rethink a few things over before making this post but... well, it feels like we've been having trouble lately as a RP group. Some of you have been really good with getting out materials (and you have my sincere gratitude) and others have at least been communicative with me on how you might be absent for a bit. The thing is, I'm just not sure what's going on with everyone else. And I really hate talking about this because it puts a bad taste in everyone's mouth and we are all just here to have fun. However the thing is... we can't move forward without working together as a group. I really love this RP and everyone's characters. I really do, I think it's the most amazing set of players and characters I've seen to date. And that, at least to me, holds a lot of meaning. So it's especially sad that I have to mention it like this.

It's always hard balancing our times, I feel it a lot too. We've all got so many diverse things we put our time into and priorities over other things definitely are part of our lives. And needless to say, our hobbies (or even among our hobbies) can sometimes fall behind on the "to-do" list. But at the same time, we've all made a commitment here. Not necessarily to me (hell, I'm not even playing the game) but by investing your time into it by making astounding characters; their backgrounds, personalities, styles, charisma, etc. I'm sure you were all excited writing your character and imagining them in our world. It's our world because we've built it together. But, perhaps more importantly, we've made investments into each other. It's like playing boardgames with your friends; if you won't take your turn, others can't go. And no one is playing then.

So... I'll be frank guys. I'm rather unsure at this point how to move on. I've tried communicating, I've tried setting rules down, making sure everyone knows... the thing is the speed of the RP matters less than the fact that I'm trying to hold it together. Perhaps I was being too optimistic when I was hoping for 2-posts-per-week. It was my understanding that every would be aware of that since it was part of the rules. Perhaps it's my fault for not making it clear enough. But the pattern I see here is fairly frequent; people don't post on time, I go ask for posts, people post much later than scheduled, others are waiting... etc etc. You get the picture. And I honestly really hate asking people to post because it's... unfun. For everyone. Like I said above, we are all here to enjoy ourselves, not choke ourselves on responsibilities. The point of RPing altogether (in my opinion at least) is to detach ourselves from stressful reality to enjoy fantastic worlds and elements. Defeats the whole purpose if we feel stressed about the game.

I would really appreciate it if everyone can at least try to communicate on here what's going on and how we might be able to fix this. Only way to make it work is if we do it together. Meanwhile, folks who have NOT posted this week and NOT talked to me about it, I'm gonna have to throw down a warning. My apologies for the brick-wall of text.
