Appearance: Orange hair that covers his eyes, but when you can see them they are a mismatched icy blue (left) and soft lavander (right). He's about 5 feet tall, without his boots on.
General: Hyacinth is a wandering magician that uses his cane as a staff. And that thing is solid obsidian, you do not want to be smacked with it. Generally a kind person if you get to know him and is sweet at heart. However if you push the wrong buttons he can flip like a switch and end up freezing somebody solid or giving somebody a fish for a head.
Extras: Hyacinth likes flowers and candy. He's ambidexterous and can make balloon animals. You can usually find Hyacinth sleeping up a tree at night. Not a bad chef. Keeps exactly one shitton of books, magical scrolls, misc. papers and other literature in his bottomless bag or up his sleeves.
In-Depth (warning, long!): Generally keeps to himself unless talked to. If he is asked then he's quite a chatterbox. He typically observes the situation and offers input to the situation. He thinks about what's going on then acts. Hyacinth is a sponge for knowledge in short. He sees both sides of the story and typically does what is best for the wanted outcome. Hyacinth doesn't understand feelings well, so he can't convay his own well - if he has any. Hyacinth typically does what he wants at the moment he's doing it, but sometimes plans things out. He rolls with the situation really. He hates liars with a passion, if you want him to hate you, lie to him. (DON'T DO IT!!) But he understands that it is needed in some situations. He relies on information from others to create a perfect outcome. Often Hyacinth only cares about the results of a quest or campaign. Hyacinth is not very trusting of others at first, he takes a little warming up to get used to people.He takes in the person's demeanor and how they act and assesses if they're trustworthy or not. He's rather socially awkward although he sometimes likes the company of others he trusts deeply. He's more of a reserved person than an outgoing one, unless he knows you well. He's okay with small talk at the start though. Hyacinth preferres small groups of 1-4 other people to work with. In battle he prioritizes people by their condition, abilities and potential to help the achivement of the goal at hand. He typically places his few friends before people he barely knows. He doesn't show much sympathy to the people on the other side, and the lack sympathy is just a little short of brute cruelty. Hyacinth loves to spar for fun as much as he loves sugar, so PvP (does that apply here?) is an activity he often does. The sight of destruction on the other side of a fight is a beautiful sight to Hyacinth, despite how he acts most of the time. Hyacinth's often smiling and/or laughing like a maniac in the heat of battle. He is physically average, if not on the weak side. Hyacinth is a smart person who can understand a lot of ancient texts easily and thus allows huim to perfect vast ranges of magic. He is afraid of loosing close friends like he lost his sister in a carrige crash and that's why he distances himself from others sometimes when other times Hyacinth is stuck to people like a thistle. He's also afraid of deep water but is fine with pool levels.
