"No I won't attack you." Vladimir said consolingly to Elena. "Anyway, about that body. He was killed by something else. You may have knocked him out, but he was murdered by another creature. By what? I have no clue. I had to lead the Hunters on a different trail, so..." Vladimir sighed. "I told them a saw a Djinn attack the man. To make matters worse another body showed up." Vladimir looked like he had betrayed Elena. He sensed Rosalind was coming towards him in a red hot rage. "Damn." Vladimir muttered "Elena. I'd love to protect you, and I want to promise you that I can, but I'd be lying. These Hunters are looking for a Djinn and, well, you're a Djinn. I'd love to extend the offer for you to say at the Circus. You're welcomed here of course...." Vladimir was interrupted by Rosalind.
"I know Rosalind!" Vladimir yelled back. He spun on the spot. "I screwed up, I know!" He glared at her. He wanted nothing more to get his anger that had been boiling up since day one of this whole ordeal. "Elena...I'm very sorry, please stay if you want. You're welcomed here of course. Follow those English brother and sister to Hammond. He'll put you to work." Speaking to Rosalind he said, "Carriage." Vladimir walked towards his carriage. He wrenched open the door and it barely stood on it's hinge from the force Vladimir exerted on the door. "I know what you're going to say!" Vladimir glared at Rosalind. Who was she to lecture him? He had saved her. He had done everything for her. He had acted in her favor for all these years. "I screwed up I know! I understand what I did and will make up for it, but in my defense...." Vladimir curled his fist and slammed it on his desk splintering it. "That dumbass Blake broke my one rule of secrecy. Playing his dumb prank might of doomed us all." Vladimir yelled. "I can't take this!" He rested his head against the wall of his carriage. "I cannot stand any of this! Why?...Why can't we just live in peace?" Vladimir sighed.
Jean looked at Hammond who was helping with Blake's wounds. "Do you need my help with anything? Or should I return to Sasha in the kitchen?" He asked cautiously. This morning was turning out to be quite a fiasco.
