 Whelp, here's where you learn a little bit about me whether you like it or not. Hi! You can call me Effie or ineffable or basically whatever you'd like but welcome to my little corner of the guild! I've been here for about 5 years, starting on my adventure in roleplaying in a free roleplay and moving my way up towards more high casual roleplays, which is what I'm working on right now. You can find me a lot in Slice of Life roleplays and every so often in Fantasy or Sci-fi. As for a little bit about me: I love 80s era movies and music and play an inhumane amount of video games. I am also kind of low key addicted to Dungeons and Dragons and a total bookworm with a favoring towards contemporary fiction. Sofie felt the slight tremor in the control panel before Ed did and immediately her face turned pale, anxiety and happiness long forgotten in the wake of a threat to her dream.
"Darcy?" Her own voice felt far away to her ears. Sofie quickly reached over to slam down a button calling an alarm for the other passengers (if there were any) on the ship. They should at least be aware that they were facing trouble, right? She leaned in close to the microphone in front of her and spoke slowly.
"It seems that we have a slight problem. Please brace yourselves. Captain Darcy, please report to the front." She leaned back in her seat and spun towards a lever controlling the speed. Her fingers clutched at the rubber handle and she shakily lowered it. Nothing happened except for a sudden shake that reverberated through her bones.
"Ed?"

Hey there! We could definitely try the minor RPs if you want to do so and it’ll also be great practice for me as well.
As for length of post I don’t expect too much, I’ve been very busy lately and as you know I wasn’t exactly in tip top shape so I honestly don’t mind. Please take your time and write whatever feels comfortably, I’ll support it :)

Thank you so much for the story Thins. It was very interesting how you came up with what you did and helped a lot in distracting me from the horrible day I'm having. Every little bit helps...I'm just trying to hang in here.

I think it’s awesome! Maybe she could be a tad aggressive as well? A very defensive person? As a character flaw more I guess. And it’s honestly fine, it happens to me definitely a lot of the time. Woah, i think my words are all jumbled up. I’m honestly just hurrying you on this because I’d like this as a distraction. I’m not feeling exactly too well and it seems like I’m taking it out on you by hurrying you up. Please do take your time! I appreciate all the thought you put into this.

Please don’t take this as a “hurry up and write” kind of message, I was just a bit worried and wondering if you were okay, I hope that you’re just having a good break but if anything is else is going on...well, I just wanted to check that all is good and there’s nothing major :)
