It's okay, things happen. But I am a bit curious, now that Amber is accepted, what would you say Candy has been up to since his last post?
I would say that he figured that if he wanted to show the world his magic, why not teach it rather than staying inside of a guild. So, he left to find a student, and he found Amber. Since she is the first student, Candy has no idea what he is doing and he occasionally gets bored of teaching and leaves, telling her to get better. He always comes back, but at this moment, Sugar is trying to get good as Candy left for another one his solo adventures.
So....you created a new profile just to join this again because you were afraid we'd kick you out of you tried to create a new character?
Wow. Were we that scary?
You didn't have to do that, we understand if there is a character you don't want to play you can just....leave them be and try again.
Anyway, she looks okay.
Sorry, I was mainly just afraid that everyone would judge me in a negative lens if I just strolled back in. I kind of over think and exaggerate things whenever it comes to how people view me.
Hey! I have new character to introduce into this RP though she is very similar to an already abandoned character.
Name: Amber 'Sugar' Norato
Age: 14
Magic: Candy Magic - Candy Magic is a type of Holder Magic, which involves the use of edible sweets to give power to the user. When ingested, the magically charged sweets provide several empowering effects relating to the type of confection that was eaten at the time. Candy can be combined to create even more combinations, but bad mixes can lead to adverse effects upon the user if not careful on what they eat. Another set back is actually if the user eats too much magically infused candy, they can experience a crash as it overloads the system with too much sugar and magic making the user effectively out of combat.
Jawbreaker: Upon digesting the candy, the user's hands are soon enveloped by humongous jawbreakers 14 inches in diameter. The jawbreakers are as hard as steel, however, 4-6 punches usually breaks a layer upon the jawbreaker making them smaller by 2 inches each. The jawbreakers usually fall apart when the the third layer is gone.
Taffy: Upon digesting the candy, the user become comically stretchy, but can't actually stretch himself out as other people need to stretch him. This candy isn't often used for combat situations and can only be useful in specific types of situations.
Mint: Upon digesting the candy, the user purifies itself of any Candy Magic inside of the system. Often used to switch through powers quickly if the situation demands for it.
Hard Candy: Upon digesting the candy, the user is enveloped in a flexible casing that is unnaturally tough, able to block against weaker types of attacks and able to reduce the damage of powerful attacks.
Sugar Candy: Upon digesting the candy, the pure amount of sugar makes the body extremely fast in both speed and reaction timing. This type of candy is quite unstable and may cause a faster crash.
Brittle: Upon digesting the candy, the user's body protrudes sharp and jagged pieces of brittle along the body and is able to be used in close combat or even shot out as a dangerous projectile. The brittle is tougher than its digestible form, but can be broken pretty easily, almost like wood.
Lollipop: Upon digesting the candy, an enormous lollipop will appear inside of the hands of the user. This is used to fight from afar as the lollipop stick reaches to over six feet with the top almost as hard as the Jawbreaker.
Candy Cane: Upon digesting the candy, a gracious stripped cane will appear inside of the hand of the user. Though, the tip is a rather sharp for any child to wield! Blunt on most of the weapon, the only part that can do some true damage is the tip that can pierce through many weaker defenses. It is as big as a regular sword would be, but it is made of candy.
Sour Candy: Upon digesting the candy, the acidic behavior of the candy will start to affect the user in quite a strange way. Her spit can burn its way through most objects, you read this right, her spit is acidic and it is some strong acid.
Gum: Upon digesting the candy, the user is able to generate gum for their hands, able to stick onto most surfaces, shape into anything they like, and be used a decent shield against attacks from its natural gummy state.
Caramels: Upon digesting the candy, the user is able to generate a sticky substance from their hands, similar to gum, but it able to launch out of their hands and stick onto stick itself onto other things quite well. However, it can’t be morphed or used as a shield
Marshmallow: Upon digesting the candy, the user sports a rather nice ability to make most attacks bounce off of the spongy material that can form out of her hands. They are also allowed to melt at her will, allowing for a rather sticky substance to be maybe used to suffocate someone.
(( List can expand if I have more ideas about candy based powers))
Magic Level: B-Class
History:
This girl managed to learn one of the most unknown and obscure types of magic in all of Fiore, lost when the sole creator who had meticulously worked upon the project for decades died without anybody knowing of his presence… Sad. It was only recently discovered by some street urchin who later handed down the knowledge to her as she was bumming across the land. This is her story.
It was a rather dark and stormy night, her parents footsteps splashed against the muddy water as dogs barked into the distance. They were fatigued, beaten, and starving. However, the one thing that kept them going was their daughter, wrapped inside of a dirty towel as she slept peacefully in her mother’s arms. This object of their affection was not going to be given to the man, they were not going to let their only daughter be taken away to be controlled by the corrupt system. Though, they didn’t know how long they could last, the barking was getting closer. “Honey! We have to shake them off our trail!” Lightning struck a nearby tree, jagged splinters hitting the leg of the mother. She screamed in pain, falling onto the ground, but managing to still keep the baby from a single scratch, still sleeping inside of the hectic background. The mother smiled before she realized that she was being dragged off into the tree line by the husband, he was grunting at the extra weight as his frail bones managed to carry them only towards a nearby river. “Please! Say something, say that you are going to make it!” The wife smiled weakly.
“I don’t think we are going to make it, but I know someone else can,” Her gaze wandered over to the baby hugging her arms.
“You don’t mean?”
“Y-Yes. We both agreed. If we can’t make it, then our baby can only have two fates… And I don’t want option B.” The husband looked horrified at his wife.
“No… NO! But, there is nowhere to hide. We can’t just leave the baby here!”
“We can’t… But do you know the rumor… That babies can swim?”
“You can’t be serious,”
“We have too! It is the only way! Hurry! Toss our child into the river!”
“The injures are affecting your mind! Maybe, maybe the system isn’t so corrupt. Maybe they can help us!” The husband received a quick slap to the face.
“Don’t you dare go back on your vows! We both agreed, and I can hear the footsteps getting closer.”
“Your… You’re right. I hope the baby will be safe.”
“Of course she will… She is our baby.”
The husband gently took the baby out of her mother’s arms, looking at her face once more before touching their heads together.
“We love you.”
“Freeze! Hands in the air!”
The husband threw the baby into the river, the little girl awakening to the rapid and cold water as she was swished away into the currents.
“Scumbags!” With the baby crying while drowning at the same time, several gun shots were heard.
“The End?"
Reese looked at girl with a smile on his face, three lollipops sticking out of his mouth.
“Huh! Pretty good right? Made that up after watching this cool movie!” Sugar exclaimed, nodding her head at the boy with an immense speed.
“Yeah… Pretty good for a pity story. Though, you would be dead if your parents threw you into a rapid river.” Reese chuckled, biting into a one of his lollipops, “I guess you earned one of these.” The Candy Boy chucked one of his wrapped lollipops towards Sugar. She greedily snatched it out of the air, unwrapping and shoving the delectable sweet into her mouth.
“You make such good candy!” She bit into the lollipop, “How do you make this!?”
“Well… Nah, I shouldn’t tell you. It’s a secret.”
“No! No! Tell me! I promise I won’t tell anyone! I promise!”
“You sure? Because, my methods are quite strange, and I’m pretty sure your body couldn’t handle the sudden intake of magic.”
“Magic?” Suddenly, a bright light shone from her hand as she looked away with a look of surprise on her face. Reese’s smile only managed to get larger as a the blinding light started to form into something solid. When the bright light stopped, she felt her hand gripping something, the little girl looked at the object and her jaw dropped. An almost six foot lollipop stick raised high into the air, with the bright candy donned on the top shining beautifully. “I… won’t tell anyone.” Sugar muttered in complete awe.
“Ok, here’s the secret.” Reese said with a stupid smile on his face.
Personality: Similar to her mentor, she is a sugar addled kid who has a remarkable amount of energy stored within the body. However, she is able to channel most of her unspent excitement into a stable form of cheerfulness with sprinkles of a kind attitude. Though, she still has the occasional bout of complete and utter insanity.
Guild and Guild Mark Location: N/A

Three Strengths: 1. Sugar is able to give others her candy, giving them her powers. 2. Sugar’s powers can be used in both utility, offensive, and defensive capabilities. 3. Sugar keeps around a pretty nice attitude, you feel rather nice around her.
Three Weaknesses: 1. Crashes if not careful with his consumption of magically infused candy. 2. Even though other people might be able to eat his magically infused candy, there is the problem of learning how to use the power. 3. Still a little kid, doesn’t take pain too well.
Greatest Love: Candy
Motivation: To make her mentor proud.
Appearance:
Just to clarify, I'm the person who originally created Candy, but left for no reason. I have no excuses for leaving without saying anything, so I hope you can forgive me. I also didn't say anything because I thought you may kick me out or something, but I can't ignore the Candy Magic anymore.
P.S. I'm not going back to Candy as I would find it quite embarrassing to just pick him back up and dust him off, but he may be mentioned a few times if she gets accepted.
Finally was able to get on the computer, so it's time to catch up on my posting. Also, Argus' lack of experience with home life is shown, as he has no idea how to tea.
Edit:Oh wait, did we go to the next day already?
No, I think we are still on the same day, just a lot of fights will be happening against the Mystic Beasts and everyone else.
Construction of his throne was going as planed, the Overlord was standing from a distance, continuing to oversee the project and his mindless slaves. Although, while it was true that his throne was made of food, the Overlord was fine with what he could get at the moment since everything around him was made up of some kind of edible item. Though he was still feeling good, people slaving under his name once again while he looks upon them with his unbearable glare, however, there was still something that the Overlord couldn't shake away, something that was missing under his rule... His minions. The Overlord couldn't help it, those tiny freaks were the very tool that all Overlords before him had used to conquer the lands, they were the main source of his power! Though, he would never admit such a self-degrading statement. So, the Overlord continued to stand menacingly over his slaves, waiting for something to happen.
The boredom didn't last too long as something was crawling out of the shadows. Oh? A new monster to tame? The Overlord walked closer to the snarling creature, this thing was quite dangerous looking... Just his type. He glanced over towards his Gummi Bear, it was licking the blood off of its gelatinous material, but it soon looked directly into the eyes of the Overlord, ready to take a command. The leader soon pointed towards the slaves, they were defenseless and he didn't want anyone to try to steal away his slaves. The bear nodded, seeming to understand the action before moving its way over towards the throne, snarling at the slaves to go faster. The Overlord looked back to the situation at hand, the mystery beast in the shadows. He raised his hand towards the misshaped monster, flames sparking out of his palm before a steady ball of fire was lighting the darkness surrounding the food monster, however, it wasn't made of food.
It let out a rather terrifying roar before leaping out of the shadows, and towards the Overlord. Lightly startled, he took one step back before he realized what was inside of his hand. A spew of flames shot out of his palm, the fire enveloping the entire man-sized creature. It almost instantly burned to a crisp, the entire shell shriveling with an almost charcoal black coating! The corpse slammed into the ground, grinding the putrid flesh into the road before reaching only inches away from the Overlord. He glared at the monster before stomping onto the burnt insect, guts splattering across the place including his armor... Not the best idea. He looked over to his Gummi Bear, it was biting into the head of yet another human-sized insect, the creature crying in pain as the fangs dug deeper into the brain. The slaves continued to work on the throne, unaware of the monsters surrounding the entire area, what a pain. The Overlord snapped his fingers together, the slaves instantly flocked behind the Overlord, including the Gummi Bear covered inside of the blood of the new monsters. It seemed like there was something to do in this damn place, something that involved violence. The Overlord raised his mace over his shoulder, flames barfing into the air, and he started to move down the street, creepy crawlies landing onto the ground in front of them. It was a good thing this place was a rather undesirable area, even in the nice part, everyone had a weapon. The Supereme Commander pointed towards the bugs ahead of them, everyone of his slaves pulling out various weapons from chains to pistols, his Gummi Bear roared, and the Overlord's hand sparked in fire once again. It was time to fight.
Krieg - Mahora
Krieg literally didn't even notice the sword being pointed straight into his face, the Voice did, but not him... He was too busy eating. If Sakura hadn't pulled back her sword, he might have bitten into the sharp piece of metal, and it wasn't the first time that Krieg had devoured a sharp piece of metal, ask Zer0, he is still trying to find his back-up sword. However, the Voice was startled at the sudden weapon sticking into the Tacodile, he knew that girl was rather angry towards Krieg, but threatening them with violence over food? That is just crazy... Well, not really, he watched two bandits try to eat each other in a contest once... It was horrifying. Though, Krieg continued to shovel food into his face, I mean literally his face as most of it was missing his mouth, but still enough was getting into the stomach for something bad to happen to his digestive system later. So, the Voice continued to passively watch from the perspective of the Psycho, even being impressed by how much he was eating! Although, the ever perceptive Voice in his head started to hear something else in the distance... Buzzing? Are their insects inside of here? He started to look around, a bug would be crushed under all of his food, but where else could if come from? The outside? No insect could be that big... Oh yeah, this creature made of Tacos is pretty big... Maybe he should check it out. The Voice patted Krieg's mind, "Hey, something to kill might be out there." The Psycho stopped eating.
Smack. Smack. Smack. SMASH! Krieg's head popped from the shell of the fallen beast, he was covered in a variety of juices and scattered bits of food, though that didn't matter at the moment. A swarm of ugly monsters were swarming towards their direction, insects... They were almost a combination between a Spider-Ant and Adult Varkid, ugly little creatures. Another thumping noise was heard once again, and his arms burst out of the shell as well, two holes right below his head hole. "Ugh, fine! I'll make the sky bleed!" Carnage soon digistructed into his hands, Krieg's hands gripping tightly onto the trigger. "Gun time, fun time!" The Psycho pulled the trigger, tiny little rockets blasted out of the barrel towards the swarm! And as always, his projectiles were true to their course, straight into the core of the swarm!
KABOOM
Bits and pieces of insects started to fall down towards the ground, the body count could not be counted due to the problem that you couldn't tell which part was different from another, however, he killed them! Though, not a lot. The rockets explosions only managed to take down the ones closest to the explosions, but the ones near it had only gotten damaged in the process, not blown into tiny meat chunks. But, there is some good in that news. The horrifying looking insects that had been damaged were descending towards the group of adventurers! Wait, was that a good thing? Wait, The Voice was pretty sure there a person inside that swarm of bugs... The Voice looked at the cloud of smoke... Nah, he didn't see anyone... Right? Krieg only laughed as a clip digistructed into his hands and slammed in another magazine into the magnificent weapon, a smile of pleasure on his face.
Rest, rest, rest, rest. Magni kept on thinking that to himself as his body was refusing to ease itself into the soft embrace of sleep. So, he was just laying on the ground staring into the back of his eyelids, the little light was able to penetrate through his mask and eyelids. After a few more minutes of this unrest, Magni slammed his fist into the ground, almost screaming in frustration. They found him, how could they track him down? He was sure that he covered his tracks, but they might have sent another one after him... Funny, since he was the original. The Antimage placed his hand upon his mask, dragging it down as he let out an exasperated sigh. He would most likely have to do some explaining for those two idiots, and if those two were loyal then they wouldn't spill any secrets. Like they even could if they wanted. So, Magni just continued to stare off into space, delving into his past as an individual memory started escape from their locks. And the one thought came up to his mind, he wondered when they were going to send her.
Later, still inside of his rather foul mood, his ears managed to catch something in the distance. Huh? He thought that everyone had left for the arena, or at least that is what the Dullahan had said to him. With a little twinge of pain, Magni managed to push himself off of the ground, his paranoia might be a nuisance at times, but it did save his life on multiple occasions. So, the Antimage moved his ears over towards the sound, he wondered if it was just some sort of wild animal. No, this presence wouldn't have this much power. He continued to stay still, his ears keen to find any sort of abrupt noise, and a rather large crash was heard in the distance. Without a second thought, Magni raised himself from his restless slumber, it seems something was here.
Pushing away the flaps of the tent, Magni gripped onto the two handles of his weapon and yanked them out of the ground. He started to spin them around checking to see if his body was still fit to fight... Good enough. The Antimage quietly made his way over towards the noise, barging in without any idea was a rather bad idea.
Weaving through the tents, a loud sound ripped through the area. He didn't know what side this creature's roar was, but it led him to the spot with ease. Sticking close to the shadows, Magni managed to find the source of the disturbance. Two hostiles, both pretty hard to miss in the uninhabited camp. One was a man inside of a diving-suit with a rather strange arm while the other was carrying two giant snakes... How were they not arrested yet for looking evil yet? The Antimage's gaze ran over towards the roaring individual, he was carrying the symbol of Frenzy Plant, but Magni didn't seem to recognize him. However, Magni did know that this boy would die without his help against the two foes. Though, he kept to the shadows, gripping the handles of his weapon tightly, waiting for the right moment.
Eve - Reddy, Ame, and Fyher's Magic Range
A bright smile couldn't be helped as one appeared upon her face. This may have been the first time Eve was helping someone, rather than someone helping her... It was about time that she would do something helpful for her friends. With a mental light pat upon the back, Eve's ego was filled to the very top, those words coming out of Nero's mouth was something that couldn't be ignored. So, Eve was just about to move out, forgetting her rather shaky attitude once the Magic Range was uttered. Though, something seemed to be holding their trip... Ayame was giving a rather large sum of money to that stranger! Eve was impressed by the selfless act, she knew that sharing was an important thing to be a good person, but the amount she was randomly giving away was outstanding! The Necromancer looked over towards Nero as he started to go off into another one of his speeches, though Eve never minded to hear another one. It seemed that he was discussing that even Dark Mages could be good people, even better than other people. She nodded her head to the statement, however she did know that some people didn't like them at all, even out right attacking them on sight... She wondered what would be going on in their heads. Lost in thought, she soon found herself moving once again, and it seemed that the Miracle Eye were off!
The trip took longer than expected, it seemed that Nero's sense of direction stumbled at the challenge ahead, finding a range for magic users. Eve felt slightly uneasy once again, however she would stick to her plan! Watching from the sidelines was always a viable strategy, using her rather dark powers for combat was a nightmare for her, she could never harm the living or the dead. So, the three continued to wander around Crocus and all this walking was making her body feel heavier than it should be after walking for this long, it seemed that one of the side effects of being this large was affecting her, but it wasn't too bad, she has been in worse situations.
The three arrived at the place, it looked pretty nice from the outside, and it didn't seem to shady as well. She peered into the windows, checking to see if it was mainly filled scary burly men, but it seemed that it was filled with rather normal people. The Necromancer sighed in relief, she thought that these ranges were just filled with scary people that wanted to hurt others! Nero soon opened the doors for the two ladies, again, it was gentleman thing to do. Eve did a little curtsy bow to Nero before entering the building, it was calmer than she had first expected. The Necromancer turned over towards the Genie entering the building, "I'd rather not show off my magic in this building," Eve nervously chuckled, "I'd be happy to try a weapon, but I don't think I'll use it to hurt others."
I'm sorry, mate. Could you give me that anime magic page things again? I appear to have lost it, and if you have it on hand it would be easier then me going through all the pages
So is there any particular reason why me and Levi are fighting some guys who can turn people into weapons? I mean I can understand the reason BEHIND as fighting, but not as to WHY we are fighting them. Like who is the girl? Is she important?
Well, I'm not Lugubrious so I can't exactly tell you the reason why they are about to fight, but I think it is just to get some exposure for the Mystic Beasts. The Mystic Beast are kind of like Celestial Spirits, but with vastly different mechanics. I can't explain it very well, but if you want information about the Mystic Beast you can check here for all the know-how about what and who they are. I would also like to say they may be important? Lugubrious was talking about them being antagonist in some sort of way, so it might happen, but it might not. I don't know.
I feel like my Jack would just somehow gather all the Jacks together just to make that joke. Although, if it gets confusing you can call him Jester as well, he wouldn't mind.
