I do really like the idea and I would assume from his title "The Messenger" that he's some sort of well messenger for everyone in the prison. Since his ability... well I don't know how to say it without everyone else claiming that there ability falls under the same category but since his ability is almost a part of him as a physical entity (not saying that very well, hope you understand what I mean) I think I could have it so the ability dampeners don't work in quite the same manor on it so he could serve as the Messenger for the prisoners by mimicking the messages of different people and bringing them to others. And in that way since he serves as a neutral party between all the factions he can stay factionless and stay safe.

That being said with a cast this size I can't let you have a second character. If I let you have one then I will be required to let everyone else have a second and while I know not everyone would want that if enough did the RP would get mighty crowded especially since it is still open for new participants. That being said I don't see any reason why this character should go to waste so I propose two options. Either you can have this character and abandon your other one (not the most desirable), or you can turn this guy over to me to be used as an NPC. Maybe later in the game once things settle down or we lose membership I'll allow secondary characters but for the moment one character each.

I choose to abandon Clovis. I know that seems a little bit too harsh, but I like the idea of Nariv better than Clovis. I merely created him just because I found Kinetic Absorption to be super cool, but the more I read his CS that I based around the power, the more I realized that I wouldn't like playing him in the long run. I know I should have said something, but I don't really like causing trouble so I would have just carried on, but when I got the idea for Voice Replication, I knew who I had to get inside of this RP. I must sound really stupid for waiting this long to tell you about Clovis, but I would like to request to replaced Clovis with Nariv if that would be ok with you.

What happened to that faction you were designing? Something based around strength abilities?

Oh, well. Since you didn't say anything in the PM, I just thought you didn't like it! Probably shouldn't have jumped to that conclusion, but my mind works in mysterious ways. However, the Faction is null and void if Clovis is replaced, but I can still work on the MIR if you still have the need for such a faction to be placed inside of the Center. Though, I wouldn't really see why that would be so.
I'm just going to put this here. See what happens.

Oh, and Clovis will be joining SOUL.
Oh hey. Would it be fine if I introduce another character inside of the RP? I don't know your policy on two PCs with one user. However, I do have to say that he is pretty interesting. Well, it isn't exactly original, but I like the idea of Voice Replication.
Magni - Frenzy Plant Camp

A blue light flickered inside of the shadows, a trail of a blue florescent light flowing like a stream, into his armor. The imprints in his armor only managed to glow in a light aura, the Antimage was sure to not alert the two hostiles in the vicinity. However, something was off... Magni closed his eyes, letting the darkness sooth his mind, and the colors soon started to shine brightly inside of the darkness. He noticed Gabriel, his aura color seemed to give off a rather vicious style of a slime green. The resolve that he carried was strong and unwavering, he did not allow his fear to take over as the shape seemed to stay true to its raging style. Though, once he moved his head over towards the two hostiles, Magni grimaced. He knew those patterns, they were similar to those of the Celestial Spirits, but something was just different with them. The intimidating diver seemed to exert a rather ugly, yet fitting color for his appearance, it was a green so dark that it almost looked black. The unnerving serpent seemed to show a calmer, yet uglier shape, they sported two colors. It was strange, but they seemed to intertwine, creating an undefinable mix that both alarmed and confused the Antimage. Magni shifted his stance, the two were powerful, and these were the things that the Ruby Knight had been looking for... The Mystic Beasts.

Suddenly, a new presence had popped out of nowhere, and it was not trying to hide. A burst of sky blue shone brightly into the Antimage's eyes, the aura seemed to spread into the air rather than condense itself into one mass. It was Thor. She was already on the offensive, it seemed that she would rather get straight into the fight rather than wait for the right opportunity, using Gabriel as the bait to lure them in closer. Magni seemed to sigh uncontrollably, her attack seemed to set off the fight as another roar echoed through the camp, and towards the Lovers while Thor's bright attacks only managed to be countered and she paid the price for attacking an enemy without a plan. It seemed that Magni was supposed to choose a fight, either help Gabriel or Thor. He paused, Magni knew neither of them or a sizable amount of know-how about their magic, but Thor suffered a rather brutal attack from the diver. Help her, I guess. Magni closed his eyes, and he wished Gabriel luck on his fight before he vanishing.

A certain figure popped into existence, a small flash of light bursting behind the Hanged Man. Magni opened his eyes, everything seemed to be in working order as his sights were set upon the unprotected back of the diver. Saying nothing, the Antimage with one motion swiped both of his blades in a vertical manner, the bigger the wound the more magic that the Antimage could drain out of the beast.

Eve - Reddy, Ame, Fyher's

Eve nodded her head towards Nero, her cheeks giggling in the process. "Yeah, hurting things isn't really my forte, and watching would be fine! And I think showing off your magic would be a knowledgeable experience." The Necromancer was glad that Nero understood the complications for her dark magic, using necromancy for harm would be horrible! Forcing the undead to unwillingly attack another person! Unthinkable! However, the undead sometimes wishes to exact vengeance on the people that killed them, but that would only work if the person was bad enough for even Eve to react to with violence, and that person would never exist! At least she hoped with the bottom of her heart that such a being would ever exist. Delving on the potential horrible future, Eve found herself moving with the group as they made their way over to the firing range.

They seemed the stop as Nero made his way over to the booth. This display will be an actual knowledgeable experience, she had only seen his powers being used as a way to shape others in his image. She looked down at her body, and then remembered how she had gotten her voice, Nero did actually seem to be some sort of Genie if she thought about it. With a funny thought inside of her head, she watched the Genie closely with expecting eyes, this was going to be interesting! So, as Nero yelled out some sort of phrase that she didn't exactly understand, he shot his finger pistol with an actual deadly force. Eve couldn't keep track of the object, she barely even registered that it existed! So, she leaned forward after the dummy had been hit, and she saw that some little black dot had pierced dead center! Whoa, that was pretty cool. She continued to try to focus her eyes on the needle, but her attention soon diverted towards the proud Nero. "Deception or not, that thing went fast! So, I give you my, clap of mild amusement!" Eve gently clapped her hands together, not acknowledging the deadly uses of the move, but rather seeing it as some sort of party trick.

Two bits come to mind:
I am reminded of deadman wonderland, which would be fun to play in this prison scenario.
I want to either create my own faction or remain independent but I can't make up my mind because Manuel is a violent and short-tempered asshole who is the most well known arena fighter in the prison. If someone could stay independent it would be him, but I don't want to make a typical mary-sue. Mamaging a faction is too much for Manuel, and he wouldn't be anybody's bitch as a part of a faction.

Could you help me out here?

Follow his advice, Clovis had the same problem, but it is solved now.

If you're character's just too arrogant to want to be ordered around you're best bet would be to use the faction like a shield but stay as independent as possible.

You could always created one. You can create a faction without your character being the leader.

<Snipped quote by Invisible Man>

In my opinion, I'd put him in a faction. Even if he is more of a loner, he doesn't necessarily have to like his faction or be friends with the people in his faction. He just has to use them to stay safe.

Yeah, that would make sense. Though, finding the right faction would be hard. If he joins the wrong one, he will most likely butt heads with the leader sooner or later for his decisions and get himself killed. He would know better than to do that, but he has a rather strict code in his morality, he knows what lines he would never cross.

Edit: Ok, I think Clovis shall join a faction. Still, finding the right one will be rather tricky.
I'm wondering if Clovis would ever join a faction. I mean, I know he prefers to be alone, staying in his own little corner, and most likely smart enough to avoid too much trouble. However, not being in a faction would be detrimental to one's health, but I don't think Clovis would allow himself to be ordered around by another person, his ego would be too big. Also, I don't think he would ever try to start a new faction due to his new arrival and age, and even making one in the early stages would be easily shut down by the stronger and older factions. So, should I make Clovis independent? It seems that it is pointing towards that direction.

Edit: I don't know, maybe he could suck up his pride and join a faction? It's like, he really isn't a team player, and will only do things that would benefit himself. So, would benefiting himself be by not getting randomly shanked? I'm actually having real trouble with this part.
<Snipped quote by Invisible Man>

I'm gonna stop you short on that last one, I realize that when I was describing some added advantages and disadvantages I compared your character to Sebastian Shaw (who if you don't read X-Men is a pretty powerful guy) but when I said that his energy reserves would be able to increase his strength, speed, stamina, and other physical abilities I didn't mean to that extent. Of course with doing damage to something (like a punch) his strength isn't so much the factor as his level of energy but he shouldn't be able to run at 80-120 miles an hour. Having high energy reserves would put him in like the top one percent of fit people, so he'd be able to run pretty fast and keep it up, he'd be able to lift stuff but he's not running faster than a speeding bullet or anything like that.

Not to cramp your abilities but someone may sign up wanting to have super speed/strength and I don't want them to feel as though someone's co opted their abilities.

Ok, I have to admit, I was kind of feeling weak when I realized that a lot of people have a large advantage over him so I over exaggerated his powers, sorry. I am trying to devise a way in which he could somehow manage to defeat elemental users, but I guess they are is his worst enemy.
<Snipped quote by Invisible Man>

Hate to break it to you but eighty percent of the characters have combat powers not based on strength.

Clovis knows that fact, so he just has to be smart with the usage of his absorbed energy. Just everyone has to remember, he can punch a hole into anything if he has enough energy stored within him, flick a people to shatter a skull, run for miles without getting tired, or even run as fast as a car!
