Hello there! The names IronFate, but you can just call me Iron. Although this account is new, I have actually been here before but had some problems with life and had to leave. Fortunately I’m back now and looking for a few roleplays to take my mind off reality. Just to make sure I’m not looking for a roleplay that is extremely dark or gloomy or way into horror. I’d like something that’s light and fun!
Yes, I would like to have romance in these roleplays. Unfortunately I’m a person who likes the fluff. Yeah, I know, I like the mushy stuff and the adorableness that comes with fluffy romance. I don’t know why but I do and I apologize for those who aren’t into that.
The gender pairings I do are MxF and FxF. My main character is always female-- going to be blunt on that. I have played males before, several times in fact, and it just didn’t work out. They are strange and unnatural to me. I do have side characters that are males to help break out of this, but they are not open for romantic relationships.
I post around 2 to 4 paragraphs, I ask that you at least do 2 paragraphs per post. 1 paragraph if there is writers block or the story is thinning and needs discussion about what to do next.
Please talk to me outside of the roleplay! Talking helps me to feel comfortable with my roleplay partner. If I am not comfortable, then I am not confident in what I’m doing. Which means my writing is going to be bad. Besides, it’s nice to talk and have fun with another person!
All right, I think I have my main points out of the way. Onto the more interesting things; the pairings. Now, just as the search title suggests, the pairings I’m looking for the most are only going to be for a few people and on the mature side. I do have some plots and pairings that are not for mature roleplays if you’re interested, but not interested in the mature pairings.
* Roles in italics are the roles I wish to take *

CHARACTERS
Rannah Reath | Age: 20 |
Human |
Wolf |
Once a human, Rannah now faces her struggles in controlling the beast within her. Although she is closely related to the werewolf, she is not considered to be a true one. Her wolf side walks like a natural one, but the size and shape is vastly different. Another contrast between her and a werewolf is that she carries a human scent instead of always smelling similar to a wolf, which can cause other monsters to mistake her for being defenseless. The last key for her being different is that she is forced to shift every crescent moon instead of a full one. Otherwise she is free to shift whenever.
Rajani Tu'Clar | Age: 212 |
Human |
Dragon |
Often mistaken for being a demon by humans because of her pointed ears, dark red eyes, and the shape of her small wings. Demons and other creatures who encounter her, however, know her as the Dragon of Angels. In a sense she is more good than evil, an ancient creature who once served one of the wisest kings in history. Right up until she was betrayed by his eldest son who detested humanoid beings and mythical creatures, believing them to be lower than humans. To him humanoids are unnatural and have no right to exist. So to have a white dragon mimicking the form of a human enraged him.
After the wise king passed away from an "illness," the eldest son took over. Before Rajani could understand what was happening, he sealed her away beneath the castle to fall in a deep slumber and bound her in chains. During her long sleep a war broke out between the kingdom and the angry creatures not wanting to become slaves. The knights serving the new king, however, had expected Rajani to aid in battle as the dragon she was, but they soon felt betrayed. The humans suffered great losses and became bitter toward the guardian they once relied on, believing her to have abandoned them.
When Rajani wakes she finds her home kingdom has become nothing but ruins, a graveyard for the war. Ashamed to have failed her people and not wanting to be surrounded by the remains of the chaos, she wanders the lands alone.
And discovers that the world she knew is long gone.
IDEAS - Open to changes
→ For many generations two private schools have been at war in the lovely city of Laheina. No one knows why and no one knows how it even started, but there has always been bad blood between the two schools. This is even more apparent in the current student council president’s of each school who are hell bent in being better than the other. School pride is a big thing to them, and their school is the best!
That’s the start of the idea. It could stem off to the two schools being forced to cooperate when a newer school enters the mix, threatening students and being overly competitive during games. Another is that the two schools must combine because of financial troubles. The last idea I have is that the two headmasters of each school want to make things interesting by setting up a two week long festival that includes games. Whichever school gets the most points would be considered the best. (The games would cover all aspects-- not just athletic related.)
→ Rannah Reath was once a human girl who enjoyed taking risks, and she loved to take more of them whenever she got away with things. Many warned her that this would lead her into trouble, but like any arrogant child she ignored them and eventually came face-to-face with a witch. The old woman dressed in bright clothing found amusement in the young girl’s naive and reckless mind and offered to play a game of cards. There was, however, a catch and a bet would be set in place. If the witch lost then she would grant any desire young Rannah longed for, but if the witch won then a curse would come between the girl and the people around her.
As a child Rannah thought the woman was joking, chuckling after making the arrangements for the bet. After all the old lady was pleasant, dressed brightly, and had the sweetest smile. Besides, everyone knew that curses were for legends and that witches didn’t exist. So the game went on and as one would expect, Rannah lost and her life would forever change. The woman bid the young child goodbye and the world went along as it always had.
Until that night. When the sun went down and the crescent moon rose up in the sky Rannah changed in appearance-- taking on the form of a monstrous black wolf the size of a large horse with bright icy blue eyes.
Years later Rannah wanders alone. As a non-human she finds that she no longer belongs in this world, and that as a beast she has no purpose and no right to live. One day, however, during her travels through heavily forested mountains-- where it’s cloudy, cold, and damp-- she stumbles across an old looking mansion hidden in the shadows. Intrigued and assuming it to be empty, Rannah enters and wanders around for a good hour before coming across a lit room. Curiosity getting the better of her, the shifter pushes the doors open and is met by the eyes of a young man/woman.
That’s the basic back story of Rannah. The young man or woman-- depending on you-- comes from a long line of proud and royal vampires, but is the last of his/her family. When Rannah enters the mansion, the vampire knows immediately, but assumes she’s human from afar.
I had thought that, because the vampire has been alone for so long, he/she is actually more afraid of the world than the cursed shifter is.
